Found my new favorite guy. Caldwell-esque sex discrimination expert Scott Yenor joins me to discuss an absolutely incontrovertible truth: Ruth Bader Ginsburg destroyed Virginia Military Institute in United States v. Virginia (1996). Not only that, the entire pretense of the decision was that allowing women to be admitted wouldn't effect the culture at all.
