In this episode, Julia speaks with Belai, a young changemaker and artist, about the power of leading without words. Belai shares how she uses traditional art forms like music, dance, and weaving as leadership tools to connect people, shift energy, and ground communities in shared purpose. From playing the sape (a traditional healing instrument) to leading communal dances and weaving circles, she shows how leadership can transcend language barriers and invite deeper connection. She also speaks candidly about the risks of relying too much on words, the burnout young activists face, and the importance of replenishing energy to sustain change-making over the long run. Listen to discover how leadership can be quiet yet powerful—an invitation, a rhythm, a flow of energy that unites people and sustains movements. About the guest: Belai is a Health and Human Sciences student and climate activist currently studying in Sheffield, UK. Her passion for both human and environmental health combine in Planetary Health. Descending from the Dayak people of Borneo, she is also involved in supporting the development of local and customary communities in Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Vindalf leads Gemwin, Jendry, and Grom on an exploration of several levels of Dragonfang Mountain. First, they discover a secret room where a dwarf druid lived, and his magical treasures, then they discover some scary creatures the gnomes were keeping as mounts. They find a hidden entrance used by the gnome cultists. They descend back down to the river level, and find a saferoom guarding a spot where an elevator once worked. Vindalf becomes a giant frog to go across the river and bring back a boat there, and they all cross back together. They ascend a tunnel that takes them back up near their original entry point, where they find several dwarven tombs. They explore a streambed and find a nest of stirges and an old adventurer corpse. Ascending up another staircase, they find a dwarven trap that spews fire, and a blocked off iron gate with some orcs beyond it. Descending again, they go all the way back down to the storeroom level by the river, explore a flooded storeroom, and hole up for another short rest.

The Calling to Reorient the Self How can the sacred be recovered in a world fractured by autonomy and fragmentation? In this deeply personal episode of Kainos on The Lectern, recorded during a session hosted by Alexander Beiner on Kainos, John Vervaeke shares reflections from his recent pilgrimage across Europe—what he calls the Philosophical Silk Road. Weaving through sacred conversations and historic locations, he explores profound ideas like theosis, theoria, and voluntary necessity, inviting listeners into a lived philosophy of sacred participation. From Istanbul to Rome to Amsterdam, each location becomes a catalyst for insight and inner transformation. Vervaeke challenges the Enlightenment's idolization of autonomy and points toward a new possibility: a spirituality of finite transcendence, rooted in embodied knowing and dialogical belonging. This episode offers a raw and unfiltered account of mystical experience, intellectual shift, and spiritual disorientation—all in service of rediscovering what it means to be in contact with reality, in its fullest, most sacred form. Descending | Pentecost Moment | Part 2 Ten days before Pentecost, Jesus commissioned His disciples to be His witnesses to every nation, tribe, and tongue—empowered by the Holy Spirit. But the Spirit had not yet been poured out. It's not hard to imagine the questions stirring in their hearts. Confusion. Doubt. Curiosity. How are we supposed to do this? What will the Holy Spirit be like? How will we reach the people nearby—let alone those at the ends of the earth? They trusted Jesus' words, but what unfolded at Pentecost was beyond anything they could have anticipated. Acts 2:1–4 tells us: “When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.” God was on the move—and He still is. His ways may surprise us. His power may look different than we imagined. But the call remains the same: lean in, listen, and go. The mission given in Acts is still our mission today—to carry the good news of Jesus to the ends of the earth. Listen to the full message online at @hopechurchrva on YouTube.

Watch Call me Back on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@CallMeBackPodcastStreaming Notice:THE CHILDREN OF OCTOBER 7 — a new documentary film — reminds us all that Jewish children were slaughtered or taken hostage or made to watch the slaughtering of their parents in a systematic way not only in 1943, but in 2023. There's a reason why antisemitism is called “the oldest hatred.” It's also the most persistent. Sometimes we begin questioning what's real and what's reality. Once you start down that path, there's no turning back. They've literally collapsed with their own base!”“Everything the Democrats have done thus far only further confirms and corroborates that perception: they are the party of incoherence, the party of what one of our Courageous Conservative Club members calls devoidism.” “New Hampshire is ripe for the taking in 2026 and 2028. Trump came within 3 points of winning the Granite State, and Republicans have only gained since. The Republicans have netted an additional 10 thousand new registrations since November.”Timestamps: [00:21] Doug Schoen warning that his party is on the verge of a complete and total collapse [02:32] Britt Hume on what he thinks is going to happen to the Democrats [07:32] Trump and the Republicans continue to crush it on voter registrations--Join my new Courageous Conservative Club and get equipped to fight back and restore foundational values.
