Essential oils are powerful herbal remedies and essences. Nancy DiMao, Director of Hippocrates Health Institute's Oasis Spa, is an expert on aromatic alchemy, the history of essential oils and their uses.  Essential oils affect your body on the physical, emotional and energetic level. It is not aromatherapy. Interestingly, angels and saints were said to be preceded by a "most sweet scent" the viewer could not explain. The word, messiah, means 'to annoint'. insense is a "per (thru)-fume (smoke).  Nature has given us these plants with healing properties we scarcely understand. Science can distill essential oils in plants and rank them by frequency of vibration. It is very interesting that some of the most powerful herbs and flowers on earth with regard to anti-microbial properties, such as clove, record incredibly high frequency vibrations. They help you raise YOUR vibration to heal or ward off disease. For instance the floral essential oil of ROSE is famous for combating depression, and is also an aphrodesiac. Thus, it makes you feel good all over!   Topics in this episode: .Spirituality and essential oils .Uses of essential oils for healing .My favorite essential oils
