What if church was never meant to be just a crowd… but a family? In Part 2 of The Joy of Gathering, Pastor Lacey brings a powerful, personal message about why Jesus loves both big gatherings and small gatherings—and why your spiritual growth needs both. From hiding in the back row as a wounded new believer… to being known, discipled, challenged, and sent— this message walks through Jesus' pattern for building the Kingdom: Gather the many. Teach the few deeply. Raise leaders. Send them back to the many. If you've ever felt like a spectator instead of a participant… If you've ever loved big church but still felt unseen… If you're hungry for real discipleship, real family, and real purpose… this message will stir something in you. You'll hear: • Why big gatherings matter • Why small groups change everything • How "false intimacy" keeps people stuck • Why spectating can't be your forever role • How God grows disciples in community • Why Jesus didn't call the gifted — He called the faithful • How God uproots us to grow us • Why the Church isn't an empire… it's a family This isn't about church size. It's about spiritual growth. It's about moving from watching… to walking with Jesus in community. Don't stay in the stands. Get in the game. Find your people. Gather with joy — in all sizes. Listen now and let the Holy Spirit invite you into more.

DAY 15 | SHAPES AND SIZESGod's purpose is not one-size-fits-all. In this eye-opening message, we discover how God uniquely shapes each person differently to fulfill specific assignments in His kingdom. Your design is intentional, and your difference is divine.Listen with understanding, embrace your uniqueness, and walk confidently in your God-given purpose.
Continuing on in this new Season 11, I FINALLY give you an episode(s) that I have discussed doing for several years. I offer to you, a two-part exploration of D*ck Sizes around the globe and the issues and problems that arise because of expectations and societal pressures. There will be four distinct areas discussed. Two in this first episode of the series and two in the last. Additionally, at the conclusion of the two parts, I will give a breakdown of 42 countries that have been studied regarding this subject and I will list all 42 from the largest to the smallest dicks, including measurements. Where will YOUR Country fall on the list? Help me reach 3000 subscribers on An Older Gay Guy Show YouTube Channel ! PRE-ORDER MY NEW BOOK (OUT MAY 5, 2026)!!! — https://bit.ly/43BquPd Teacher besties… this episode I'm talking about hosting nearly 30 people for Thanksgiving (including a self-appointed “Director of Thanksgiving”), discovering my husband's family may have some intense World War II memorabilia, and the moment I suddenly had to ask, “Was he… on the right side?” And then, because the universe wasn't done with me, we dive into a student who shotgunned a seltzer in the middle of a lesson like he was training for a frat he cannot legally join yet… and another student who thought it would be hilarious to make his teacher's mom his Chromebook wallpaper. Plus, I'm climbing onto a hill that I know is going to get me fired up, because if we don't fix this issue in education, nothing else even matters. Takeaways: The unexpected family “heirloom” that made me question everything I knew about my husband's family tree. The seventh grader who cracked open a seltzer like he was at a tailgate… during a lesson on industrialization. Why I now fully believe middle schoolers work for the FBI. A brain break resource that turns even high-schoolers into unhinged backup dancers. The one education issue that will ruin every reform effort until we actually address it. -- Teachers' night out? Best Of 2GG: Jay's Heart Grew 3 Sizes Putting Up The Christmas Tree by Two Girls and a Guy
This week we continued in 2 Corinthians and uncovered a surprising truth: Paul's words in 6:1–2 actually point us straight to Christmas. When Paul warns us not to “receive God's grace in vain,” he's reminding us that grace has a purpose—God always intended His salvation to reach all nations. By quoting Isaiah 49, Paul shows us that Jesus is the fulfillment of God's covenant with Israel. Jesus is the Servant who brings God's salvation to the ends of the earth. That's the heart of Christmas. The season isn't ultimately about traditions, gifts, or family rhythms—even the good ones. Christmas is God keeping His promise to bless all people through Jesus. So the invitation for us is simple: don't let the season revolve around you. Let your heart for Christmas reach beyond yourself and join God's heart for the world.

In this special episode of Cloud Wars Live, Bob Evans speaks with Chad Wahlquist, Architect at Palantir, about the company's explosive Q3 growth and the accelerating adoption of its AI Platform (AIP). They explore how AIP serves as an operating system for the enterprise, enabling customers to achieve global optimization, faster ROI, and model flexibility. Wahlquist also talks about Palantir's open, interoperable architecture and its commitment to delivering value at speed, especially for customers in high-stakes, high-pressure environments.Operate Smarter, Not SlowerThe Big Themes:Speed to Value: Many companies still operate under the assumption that meaningful transformation requires multi‑year timelines (two to three years, sometimes more). Palantir is pushing the idea that you must deliver value in months, three to six months, rather than years. This shift is critical because when business markets move fast, and when competitive advantage erodes quickly, speed becomes a differentiator. If you wait for years, you may miss the window or be out‑paced.Interoperability and Ecosystem Integration: The platform isn't trying to lock you into a “box” you must keep your data in; it instead emphasizes plug‑in interoperability with systems you already have. Wahlquist mentions connectors, SDKs, APIs, and plug‑ins to partners like Snowflake, Databricks, SAP, NVIDIA. The concept: if you already have investment in some systems, don't throw them away; just connect them. This increases the speed to value and reduces friction.Ambition, Willingness to Operate in Crisis: Wahlquist points out they often engage with customers who are under pressure. These customers need value now, not two or three years out. Situations like supply chain disruption, plant outages, labor issues, etc., are real. This situational urgency forces companies to adopt architectures and partners that can deliver now. The takeaway: It's not enough to believe you'll transform in the future; transformation architecture must be built for today's fires. The Big Quote: “Our goal is really: how do we scale our customers and the outcomes they're delivering — not just the number of customers?"More from Chad and Palantir:Follow Chad on LinkedIn or get an overview of Palantir's Q3 in its letter to shareholders. Jason discusses various economic and cultural trends impacting real estate investment. The core argument revolves around the decline in household size due to factors like lower marriage and fertility rates, the rise of feminism, and government policies like welfare programs, which consequently increases demand for housing units. Jason connects these societal changes to the desire of consumer product companies and taxing authorities to encourage single-person households and divorce to boost sales and tax revenue, respectively. Finally, he strongly advocates for direct investment in real estate over investing in syndications or funds, warning of potential fraud, incompetence, and excessive fees associated with those investment vehicles, citing a recent criminal indictment as an example, and arguing that when correctly calculated, real estate offers superior leveraged returns compared to the stock market or gold.
