In this deeply intimate conversation, I sit down with Libby and Andy Drish, a couple who have mastered the delicate balance between devotion and freedom in their 15-year relationship. Starting young and admittedly anti-relationship, they've navigated through volatile beginnings to discover a level of harmony most couples never experience. What sets their journey apart is their extraordinary commitment to relationship mastery—they've dedicated years to studying with the world's most advanced relationship teachers, experimenting with cutting-edge frameworks, and developing their own maps for love's terrain. Their journey reveals how relationships evolve through distinct stages and how the thread of devotion can sustain you through the darkest moments when nothing else is working. Unlike most couples who rely on conventional wisdom, Andy and Libby have approached their relationship like relationship astronauts—venturing into uncharted territories, testing boundaries, and bringing back wisdom that few have access to.What You'll Learn:The three stages of relationship evolution: codependence, independence, and interdependenceHow to navigate "death portals" in your relationship where old dynamics must die for new ones to emergeThe Infinite Theory of Love - a powerful map for balancing freedom and safetyWhy devotion feels like death in the darkest times but becomes the most exquisite experience in the lightest timesHow to shift from exhausting stage two "processing" to the harmony and polarity of stage threeThe difference between conditional romantic love and unconditional loveWhy vulnerability and emotional expression are more effective than verbal negotiationThe immense power of their weekly "ritual" practice and how it can transform your relationshipIf you've ever felt lost in your relationship, questioning whether the struggles are worth it, or longing for a deeper connection that seems just out of reach, this episode offers a rare glimpse into what's possible. Andy and Libby share battle-tested wisdom from their 15-year experiment, revealing maps and frameworks they wish they'd had during their hardest moments. Their journey proves that with devotion as your North Star, you can create a relationship that continually evolves into something you wouldn't have believed possible.Tools/resources mentioned here:The Three Stages of Relationship- Inspired by David DeidaConnect with Libby and Andy:Website: https://www.theartoflove.com/Connect with Raj:Instagram: @raj_janaSpotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/22Hrw6VWfnUSI45lw8LJBPYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@raj_janaLegal Disclaimer: The information and opinions discussed in this podcast are for educational and entertainment purposes only. “You can be with one person for a lifetime, but within that lifetime, you will have many different relationships with many different contexts throughout that time period.” Because we're not taught how to craft them, most people are ill-equipped to cultivate great relationships. Most modern relationships don't model the Disney fairytale fantasy! Instead, we get stuck on codependency and disappointment - leading to relationship deaths, unfulfillment, and painful break-ups. It doesn't have to be this way...If we learn how to create interdependence from a place of individual sovereignty, a relationship can remain satisfying for a lifetime. If you want your relationship to constantly grow, deepen, and last for a lifetime, there's no better teacher than Andy Drish. Andy is the one of the few people I trust to help me navigate the art of intimacy and being in a lasting relationship. I turned to Andy after my break-up and over the past year, he's been instrumental in the level of connection I feel with my new partner. I can't wait for you to tap into his wisdom in this week's brilliant episode. “The reason I'm so interested in the relationship game is because it's the hardest.”Andy Drisk is a shaman, serial, entrepreneur, leader, relationship expert and the creator of The Art of Love brand. Andy also has one of the most beautiful relationships I've ever had the privilege to observe and learn from. Together, Andy and LIbby have created a powerful container which they lean into to help them grow. In this episode, Andy dives into EVERYTHING that it takes to build a relationship for a lifetime including:Why are people resistant to leaning into endings? How do you know when to end a relationship and when to navigate into a new space. What happened when Andy's partner dated another guy for a week. What shifts when you tap into your feelings instead of your mind. Reinventing yourself after you hit a peak. Eliminating fear as a fuel source. Understanding the four stages of relationship and how to move through them. And more...As we step into new ways of being collectively, we also need to redefine how we behave and show up inside of our closest relationships. In this episode, Andy shares profound wisdom and insights that have the potential to evolve your relationship - whether you've been together for years or you're just starting out. If you want to build a relationship where the love can last a lifetime, this is one episode you'll want to check out. “I care about people having healthy relationships because I think everything in life is better. And all the other stuff kind of either goes away or is amplified when you have a great relationship.” Contact Info:Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/andydrishWebsite - http://theartoflove.comEmail - andrew@theartoflove.comSummary/ Call to Action: We thrive on your feedback, so if you've enjoyed this show, please rate us and leave us a review. Introducing Dane Maxwell Dane Maxwell is our guest today on the Steve Jobs inspired Join Up Dots business podcast. He is the Co-Founder of The Foundation along with Andy Drish, owner of a multi-million dollar SaaS business, and has started 16 businesses in his career. As he says "I've been an entrepreneur for over 10 years. I'm the Founder of The Foundation, a six month program designed to teach entrepreneurs how to build a profitable SaaS business, and currently own a multi-million dollar SaaS business as well as two smaller SaaS products where I do what I teach. If you dont know what that type of business is it means "Software as a service (SaaS)" Its a software distribution model in which a third-party provider hosts applications and makes them available to customers over the Internet. ... For example, a business can write its own software tools and use the SaaS provider's APIs to integrate those tools with the SaaS offering. Our guest goes onto say "I found building a business around a painful problem to be extremely lucrative and encouraged anyone who wants financial freedom to learn the process. I taught not to follow your passion, but to follow the pain, and become passionate about the process of problem solving. His new book Start from Zero encourages the reader to embark on the 7 learning adventures to create a business from scratch. How The Dots Joined Up For Dane This book includes research on “who” is most likely to be successful in entrepreneurship across 26 different personality factors. Would you like to join the special few who don't exchange time for money? The special few who have products and businesses paying for their dream life? No hype. No BS. No fluff. This is a comprehensive book full of examples to draw from. Start From Zero gives you the repeatable path to create a meaningful and profitable business without being dependent on any person, any platform, or anything. So is the idea more important than the actual implementation of that idea? And why are so many people focused on finding the passion, when pain works time and time again. Well let's find out as we bring onto the show to start joining up dots with the one and only Dane Maxwell Show Highlights During the show we discussed such deep subjects with Dane Maxwell such as: Dane shares the importance of setting his values and then living his life based around these values. Dane shares how building up the expertise and authority first is not necessarily the right way of doing things. Why its so important to not sell your product but to sell the solution to their problem time and time again. And lastly........... Mr Maxwell shares his goals based book reading, whereby he looks for the answers on something that he needs to know, even if he doesn't read the whole book.

Want to know what it takes to create an epic partnership? I had such an astounding conversation with Andy Drish, the co-founder of The Foundation which teaches entrepreneurs how to start and scale software business. When he is not working, he has a profound way of looking at relationships and expressing love. Woah, I'm still swooning! He's implanted such a beautiful vision of what a partnership could be, definitely something I would love to incorporate into my next relationship. It's so refreshing to have a man want, on such a deep level, to create such richness in his partnership with his beloved. We jammed on: The key to a conscious relationship Who his mentors were and how he came to create such depth in his relationship Learn the biggest reasons couples don't succeed His daily, weekly and quarterly rituals (you may want to light some candles, lower the lights and have a glass of wine when you listen to these!) This episode of Freedom Fast Lane we're featuring something a bit different. It's different because it's not the typical type of episode we bring you. Normally Ryan chats with someone who is killing it in business or investing. But this episode is reversed, it's an interview of Ryan from another podcast - The Start For Nothing Podcast. You're going to learn a lot about Ryan, his background, what got him into business, how he started working toward true wealth building, and lots more. Be sure you take the time to get to know the man behind the Freedom Fast Lane brand. The difference between making money and being an entrepreneur. There are lots of people out there who can make money. And making money is not a bad thing. But there is a world of difference between making money and being an entrepreneur. A person who is only interested in making money typically does it any way they can. The product or service doesn't matter to them, they just want to make money. But an entrepreneur is a person who is aiming at something bigger than themselves, looking to serve a specific niche market with products or services that make the end user's life truly better. On this episode, Ryan unpacks why he chose the entrepreneurial path as a better way forward. Who are you serving? What are their pain points? How can you meet them? When Ryan was asked how a person who has never run a business before could get started he had 3 simple questions. #1 - Who do you want to serve? #2 - What are their pain points? #2 - How can you meet the need they feel? Once you are able to answer those questions you will be able to come up with the right product or service and build a business. From there it depends on the execution of your plan in simple but effective ways. You can hear Ryan explain the process simply but with a good amount of detail on this episode. The biggest jumps in growth for you will come from attending live events. Both Ryan and the man who interviewed him for this episode - Andy Drish - believe that some of the greatest opportunities for personal growth and development come from attending live events. Not only is the content that is shared from the stage powerful but the energy and interaction between participants and presenters lend to a unique environment that spawns growth. Listen as the two chat about the importance of maximizing event attendance and find out more about the upcoming Freedom Fast Lane LIVE event in Austin Texas in December of 2016. Creating the best event possible while trying not to lose money. If you are not aware of the upcoming Freedom Fast Lane LIVE event you need to know that it's an event created to be the event Ryan wants to attend. His thought is that if he creates the event that he'd want to go to, people who resonate with his approach and his message will naturally be drawn to the event as well. Ryan and his team have leveraged everything they can to put on the event with top experts in their respective fields with the goal of creating the best event possible without losing money. This is an event that's not about profit - it's about adding the most value possible to those who attend. If you want to attend FFLL this December, listen to this episode to find out more about what to expect and how you can attend. Andy Drish had his dream job in his early 20s, working for a Fortune 250 company in marketing. Then a midlife crisis hit, and he threw it all away. He quit his job, broke up with his girlfriend... and even abandoned his puppy (don't worry; the girlfriend took the puppy). Andy then embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, eventually founding Referral Squirrel, a website designed to help Realtors get more referrals. In the process, he became passionate about writing copy that is effective and grows your business. In this episode, he shares some very practical tips for how to writing great copy can be used to increase your revenues. These are lessons he learned from the masters of copywriting. Today, Andy is the co-founder of The Foundation, a fast-growing online training course he leads with Dane Maxwell. The Foundation borrows ideas from Agile software development and Lean Startup methodology to train entrepreneurs how to develop new business ideas, without committing vast sums of money and time to an idea before it has been validated. The Foundation is the real deal. It is a 6-month-long, intensive training program that requires a substantial commitment from its students. However, those who commit have a chance to be really successful. I have clients who are graduates of The Foundation, and I can say they are doing really well, thanks to Andy and Dane's trainings. By the way, The Foundation starts a new class this fall. Hop on their email list so you know when it opens, if you are interested. Enjoy!
