"Fear prevents us from doing the things that create abundance, that create change, that move the world in the direction that we would like to see. If you want to make a lot of money and be free, looking at the negative is just not going to get you there. You have to look at the opportunities … and how those can be leveraged in order to match your ideals. That's the only appropriate response,"—Ryan Daniel Moran Currently, many entrepreneurs and investors are viewing the world through a lens of negativity and fear. As 40-year high in inflation and market turmoil cast a shadow on every new hope that shows any momentum. But, there is another point of view that is more optimistic, believing that the next two to four years will be a time of great wealth creation. Ryan Daniel Moran is a serial entrepreneur, investor, author, and the owner of Capitalism.com, where entrepreneurs are empowered to create change in their lives and the lives of those around them. He is also the host of the Capitalism.com Podcast and the author of 12 Months To $1 Million. Today, on The Wiggin Sessions, Ryan joins me to discuss his views on capitalism and how he is helping entrepreneurs grow their wealth through tools that help them get the exposure they need to grow their businesses. We discuss how myth-based fears keep us from creating the change we want to see in the world and why he believes we need to lean into the possibilities in a Web3 future, an Elon Musk run Twitter, and a return to freedom. Plus, he shares why he believes the next 2 to 4 years will provide significant opportunities for long-term wealth creation and a new era of abundance. Key Takeaways Ryan shares his vision for the Capitalism.com website The number one thing that a person must do to launch a new business How Capitalism.com is bringing together entrepreneurs and the investors they need to help them bring their vision to life How government slows down the solving of problems Ryan shares how financial agreements (money) can be used to solve most of our problems Ryan shares his opinion of the World Economic Forum How myths based on fear keep us from creating the world we want Why he's excited about Twitter again since Elon's takeover The impact of restricting freedom (and raising government skepticism) Why he thinks the next 2 to 4 years are going to be the greatest opportunities to create wealth long term Ryan shares his passion for cryptos and NFTs despite the recent market upheaval Why he thinks it is wise for investors to delve into Web3 He explains why he believes technological development will lead to a new era of abundance Connect with Ryan Daniel Moran Ryan Daniel Moran Ryan on Instagram Connect with Addison Wiggin Consilience Financial Be sure to follow The Wiggin Sessions on your socials. Today, join Alex (@AlexHormozi) as he guests on Ryan Daniel Moran's YouTube to talk about creating flow, adding friction, how much friction to create and when to improve the customer experience. He also answers the question of reconciling the difference between an MVP and a grand slam offer. This is part 2 of the interview. Welcome to The Game Podcast where we talk about how to get more customers, make more profit per customer, and keep them longer, and the many failures and lessons we have learned along the way to $100M in sales. We've got roll-up-your-sleeves kind of hustle with a little bit of cleverness and a lot of heart. Check out the episode on Ryan Daniel Moran's YouTube Channel! Ryan Daniel Moran is a serial entrepreneur, investor, author, and the founder of Capitalism.com, responsible for creating over 100 millionaires, many in 12 months or less. While Ryan's specialty is helping entrepreneurs make their first million, that's only a small piece of his overall business model. The company acts as an incubator for entrepreneurs with high growth potential. In return for a 30% equity stake in their business, Ryan provides them with funding, mentorship, and access to his network. Essentially, the community he coaches is a pipeline for future deal flow. His goal is to help them reach the $10M mark, exit within 3-5 years, rinse and repeat. In this episode, not only do we talk about Ryan's business model, but he explains how he uniquely structures the company to increase valuations, raise capital, and incentivize employees. We also dig into how he built Sheer Strength Labs, a muscle-building supplement brand that led to a $15M exit for him and his partner. Unfortunately, the private equity firm that bought it drove it into the ground. They took it from a million dollar per month top line revenue with multimillion-dollar EBITDA to a company that did just over $1M per year in sales and took home no profit. Five years later, Ryan bought the company back for pennies on the dollar. You'll learn why the existing company failed to scale, how exactly he was able to re-acquire it, and his plan to reposition the brand to bring it back to life. Key Takeaways with Ryan Moran How Ryan built and sold a $15M supplement brand, and why he bought it back 5 years later at a major discount. How Ryan's company, Capitalism.com, invests in entrepreneurs early on and takes a 30% equity stake in their businesses by agreeing to help them reach the $10M mark. Ryan's roadmap to reposition an existing brand, revitalize the product line, and acquire customers, so he can scale from $1M to $10M. Why good communication and understanding people is a superpower in your business. One of the biggest reasons entrepreneurs fail to scale between the $1M-10M mark. Why taking as much off the table as possible when exiting a company is so important. Ryan explains how putting out content leads to incredible community and connections. How to structure your company in a way that allows you to attract and retain top talent. Defining your customer avatar and creating product lines that serve them at different stages of life. The power of self-talk and how to use it to accomplish anything. What Ryan believes is the most effective sales strategy in the entire world. How your beliefs determine the filter through which you see the world. Subscribe to the Podcast We hope you enjoy this episode and that you find some golden nuggets within this interview. Discover the inspiring story of Ryan Moran, an entrepreneur who went from $0 to $1,000,000 in just 12 months. In this episode, I chat with Ryan Daniel Moran about looking at who you are in the mirror and deciding if you see desire or fear. These two emotions will drive you to take action. For example, someone with fear is dissatisfied with their current situation. On the other hand, someone with desire has a vision so great that they have to take action on that vision. No matter how you feel, it's all in your head. You must choose to use these emotions to change yourself to achieve your destiny. You can't just seek a short-term fix, or you'll never be satisfied. Ryan Daniel Moran was recently at an investor meet up when he met a man with the most fascinating life story he had ever heard. Having done 100s of interviews over the years this became an immediate top 5. This man, Adel Sayegh, had everything you could ever want in life. He had everything entrepreneurs chase after and he lost it all. In this interview he shares everything he learned through that painful process and what he now believes about life on the other side. This is one you won't want to miss.
If there's one thing entrepreneurs wish they could have when they first start on their journey, it's this… a clear step-by-step process for how to take a business from zero to a million dollars. But the other wish on their list has to be getting to see some real-life examples of others who actually followed those steps to create a million dollar business. There's no shortage of success stories out there. But they're almost always told in retrospect. They start with some amazing result, dip back to the origin story, maybe highlight some high points, and throw in some inspirational wisdom. But what we really want to know is… what was it really like along the way? What missteps and challenges popped up and how did the entrepreneur work through them? How'd they get their idea in the first place? What advice did they get - and did they take it? That's what The Road to $1 Million is all about. I've helped hundreds of entrepreneurs become million-dollar business owners over the past few years. But now, we're telling their stories starting from the very beginning. In this podcast series, we'll share the next wave of success stories so you can follow in their footsteps. Even more, as you listen to a few episodes, you'll walk away feeling inspired and empowered, like, “I can do this!” You'll come to see a very clear path to go from zero to a 7-figure business. Plus, you'll find your mind brimming with ideas for your own business. As you follow along with the stories of these case studies, you'll find yourself rooting for them just as hard as I am… and rooting for yourself, too, as you build a business that truly excites you.

“That guy. We want to invest in that guy.” In this episode, Ryan Daniel Moran and Sam Prentice give an update on the Capitalism Fund for the second quarter of 2021. You'll hear the surprising advice they've given Scott, Jesse, and Nick, the three brand owners the Fund invested in already. But you'll also get a sneak peek into the brands the Fund is in discussions with, before any ink hits the paper. Also, you'll learn what Sam and Ryan look for in the entrepreneurs and brands the Fund invests in - and what an infusion of capital can do to grow a brand to 8, 9, or even 10 figures. If you've ever wondered what it would be like to bring on investors in your brand, and what would happen if you traded a bit of equity for what those investors could bring to the table, you won't want to miss this frank conversation.
