In the case of Jane Doe v. Sean Combs, the plaintiff, Jane Doe, filed a lawsuit against Sean Combs and associated entities, alleging that Combs sexually assaulted her at a charity event he co-sponsored in 1991. The plaintiff sought to proceed anonymously, citing the sensitive nature of the allegations and potential harm if her identity were disclosed. Initially, the court granted a temporary order allowing her to proceed under a pseudonym, pending further review.Upon subsequent evaluation, the court applied the ten-factor balancing test from Sealed Plaintiff v. Sealed Defendant to determine whether the plaintiff could continue anonymously. The court found that while the case involved sensitive personal matters, other factors—such as the significant public interest in the proceedings, potential prejudice to the defendants, and the plaintiff's ability to present her case without anonymity—outweighed the arguments for anonymity. Consequently, the court denied the plaintiff's motion to proceed under a pseudonym, emphasizing the importance of transparency and public access in judicial proceedings.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:gov.uscourts.nysd.633975.44.0.pdfBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.

Neil W. Blackmon (Saturday Down South) and Eric Fawcett (Gator Country, Burner Ball) team up to preview Florida's Final Four matchup with Auburn. Florida defeated Auburn 90-81 in the Jungle in February. Will the Gators win the rematch in what will be the biggest SEC Basketball game ever played? The guys break down the keys to the game, from slowing Johni Broome in the frontcourt, to corralling Auburn's awesome backcourt, to the continued outstanding play of Walter Clayton Jr. and Thomas Haugh. Plus, how will Florida integrate Alijah Martin and Micah Handlogten into their gameplan after both missed the game at Auburn in February. This and more in Florida Basketball Hour's Final Four preview. For more excellent and exclusive Florida and SEC basketball content, subscribe to FBH's patreon at patreon.com/floridabbhour.

As I continued my journey after the loss of my wife Pam I've had a series of what I call God moments that have happened in some of the most unlikely places. No matter what your beliefs, these events I share cannot be attributed to simple fate, luck or whatever you want to call it. No, I truly believe God was there and arranged these events. I think you will agree after listening to this one which involves me attending a college basketball game in Febuary 2020 between Oregon and Oregon State. I hope you enjoy.

In December 2024, a woman identified as Jane Doe filed a lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs, alleging that he sexually assaulted her during a charity basketball event at the City College of New York on December 28, 1991. According to the lawsuit, Doe and a friend attended the event, which was co-sponsored by Combs, then an emerging music producer. Upon arrival, they were escorted to a makeshift dressing room where Combs was present. Doe alleges that Combs offered her a drink, purportedly Coca-Cola, which caused her to feel disoriented after consumption. She claims that when she attempted to leave, Combs blocked her exit, proceeded to fondle her, and ultimately raped her. The assault allegedly ended when Combs was interrupted by a bodyguard informing him of a developing situation outside—a stampede that tragically resulted in nine fatalities.Combs' legal team has categorically denied the allegations, describing them as "facially ridiculous or demonstrably false." They assert that Combs has never engaged in sexual assault or sex trafficking and express confidence that the judicial process will exonerate him. This lawsuit adds to a series of legal challenges Combs has faced, including multiple allegations of sexual misconduct spanning several decades. As of December 2024, Combs is in federal custody, awaiting trial on charges including sex trafficking and racketeering, to which he has pleaded not guilty.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:gov.uscourts.nysd.633975.1.0_1.pdf
