Hun har lang erfaring med behandling av angst, depresjon, relasjonelle problemer, sorg, traumer og seksuelle overgrep. Hun jobber med emosjonsfokusert terapi for individer, par og familier, men hun gjør også fosterhjemveiledning og sakkyndig arbeid. Hun har skrevet flere bøker, blant annet De seks store følelsene (Kagge, 2020) og Sinte barn og sinte voksne (Gyldendal, 2021), samtidig som hun holder mange kurs og undervisning.Margrethe Standal Gleditsch er psykologspesialist og er utdannet ved UiO med fordypning i psykodynamisk behandling av voksne og spesialisering i klinisk voksenpsykologi. Hun har erfaring fra spesialisthelsetjenesten med flere år i voksenpoliklinikk og på døgninstitusjon. Hun jobbet flere år i førstelinje/kommunehelsetjeneste med barn, unge og familier, før hun startet med emosjonsfokusert terapi for fullt hos IPR Oslo.
