Hvad drømmer du om? Et godt job? Sundhed? At julegaverne skal glæde? Eller bare at få hverdagen til at hænge sammen? I dag - 1. søndag i advent - talte Nicolai Winther Nielsen om noget helt centralt: Guds drømmeår. Det var Jesus' allerførste prædiken i sin hjemby Nazareth. Han åbnede skriftrullen og læste om profetien: "Herrens ånd er over mig... Han har sendt mig for at bringe godt budskab til fattige, for at udråbe frigivelse til fangne, syn til blinde... og for at udråbe et nådeår fra Herren." Og så sagde Jesus noget revolutionerende: "I dag er det I har hørt gået i opfyldelse!" Men det endte ikke med jubel. Det endte med at folk ville kaste ham ud over klippen Hvorfor? Fordi Jesus talte om en fattig fremmed enke og en syg fjende som eksempler på Guds nåde. Fordi budskabet var radikalt anderledes end det, folk forventede. Fordi de ikke troede de havde brug for en læge - de raske har jo ikke brug for læge, kun de syge. "Det velbehagelige år" - Guds foretrukne år - handler om frigivelse for fangne, helbredelse for sønderknuste hjerter, trøst for sørgende. Det handler om at Gud åbner blinde øjne og ikke slukker den rygendende væge. Som Nicolai sagde: Hvis vi vil vide hvad Gud drømmer om os, er der kun ét sted at finde sandheden - i teksterne. Ellers drømmer vi bare om vores egen forestilling om Gud. Efter prædiken svarede Nicolai på spørgsmål sendt via SMS.
