Noa James is an accomplished rapper with one hell of a story. He's a staple in the Los Angeles hip hop scene and a legend in the Inland Empire. Just google him, he's on Wikipedia. In this episode we discuss his rocky childhood spent bouncing around between group homes, being left in the care of drug dealers as collateral for his mother's drug transactions, his mother's imprisonment, his father's deportation, and his grandmother's grace. We also touch on his relentless mission to conquer his health - both physical and mental. And he prefers Martin over Fresh Prince.
