VOV1 - Lừa đảo qua điện thoại vẫn là một trong những hình thức tội phạm mạng phổ biến tại Nga. Giới chuyên gia cảnh báo biện pháp này không còn đủ hiệu quả khi các đối tượng liên tục thay đổi thủ đoạn, kết hợp trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) và các chiêu thức thao túng tâm lý để tiếp cận nạn nhân. Kết quả khảo sát do tổ chức phi lợi nhuận của Nga Dialog Region thực hiện trong tháng 6/2026 với 3.600 người cho thấy, 83% số người được hỏi từng trở thành mục tiêu của các đối tượng lừa đảo qua điện thoại hoặc Internet. Trong đó, 81% cho biết cách ứng phó phổ biến nhất là không trả lời các cuộc gọi hoặc tin nhắn nghi ngờ.        Các hình thức lừa đảo phổ biến gồm tin nhắn giả mạo, thông báo trúng thưởng, giả danh người quen để vay tiền, tuyển dụng việc làm không có thật và kêu gọi từ thiện giả mạo. Wizards of the Coast has revealed its plans for the future of Dungeons & Dragons, and apparently the strategy is simple: fix D&D Beyond, return to Gen Con, outsource adventures to people who know what they are doing, cross over with World of Warcraft, and traumatize a convention hall full of children with a Dark Sun trailer featuring a freshly removed spine. Tyler attended the secret briefing and emerged with five pages of notes, several enormous announcements, and absolutely no idea what D&D Icons are. So prepare yourselves for new books, old settings, digital upgrades, live puppies, and enough upcoming content to make your wallet roll a death save. EnWorld: President of WotC Steps Down Forbidden Lands (affiliate link) Show Notes Wizards of the Coast has revealed its roadmap for Dungeons & Dragons through 2027, and Tyler is here to unload everything he learned during an embargoed presentation. We begin at Gen Con, which Wizards plans to turn into the recurring home for its annual D&D announcements. There will be a massive convention presence, live events, streams, adoptable puppies, and something called D&D Icons. Everyone involved seems extremely excited about Icons. Unfortunately, nobody appears capable of explaining what they actually are. D&D Beyond is also getting a substantial overhaul. Wizards plans to introduce tools for finding groups, allow local game stores to advertise events, and form an official partnership with StartPlaying. The mobile app is being redesigned, the character builder and rules engine are being rebuilt, and new DM tools, improved search, and campaign-creation features are somewhere on the horizon. Several details remain vague, partly because the presentation's prerecorded D&D Beyond video stopped working halfway through. Technology! On the video game side, Wizards appears to be pulling back from its plan to release a major game every year. Several projects have reportedly been canceled, but Warlock and Exodus remain in development. Warlock will feature a protagonist whose patron is Tasha, while Exodus is shaping up as a science-fiction RPG with strong Mass Effect energy and a tabletop tie-in that nobody on the podcast entirely understands. The tabletop schedule begins with Arcana Unleashed, a large rules expansion containing eight subclasses, ten backgrounds, twenty-nine feats, thirty-three spells, group patrons, magical factions, forty-seven magic items, and nineteen creature stat blocks. It will also introduce evolving magic items that can grow alongside the characters using them. Its companion campaign, Deadfall, is an espionage-focused adventure running from levels 11 through 20. The characters must save Thay by opposing Szass Tam, which means the situation has become so dire that saving Thay somehow qualifies as the good outcome. The Season of Champions brings a full Dungeons & Dragons crossover with World of Warcraft. The book is being led by longtime D&D designer and Warcraft fan James Wyatt and will include eleven species, six subclasses, iconic locations, recognizable characters, dungeons, monsters designed to provide a raid-like experience, a DM screen, and a map pack with a digital adventure. It will also come in three different editions, allowing Horde and Alliance fans to continue fighting the most important battle of all: which logo belongs on the front of the book. Then comes Dark Sun. Wizards is presenting Athas as the first mature D&D setting, complete with shrink-wrapped books, content warnings, extreme violence, and a trailer that apparently wastes no time separating people from their spinal columns. Dark Sun will receive separate setting and gameplay expansions, a limited-edition Player's Handbook, a new Scion class, a DM screen, maps, and some form of adventure support. The gameplay material alone is expected to approach five hundred pages, suggesting that Wizards is not returning to Athas quietly. Greyhawk will also return during the 2027 Season of Sword and Sorcery. Crown of the Witch Queen is a 160-page adventure featuring Tasha's daughter as its central antagonist, supported by a map pack and DM screen. The final 2027 season, the Season of Rebellion, was announced without details, leaving everyone to speculate angrily until Wizards decides to explain itself. Perhaps the largest long-term change is Wizards' plan for annual setting support produced in partnership with established third-party publishers. Ghostfire Gaming will work on Ravenloft, Visionary Products and Designs will handle Eberron, and Kobold Press will support the Forgotten Realms. Wizards is also developing something with the Hickmans, although details remain scarce. The approach could finally give neglected settings regular adventures and character options, but it also raises questions about outsourcing, quality control, digital-only releases, and whether D&D is about to recreate the overwhelming flood of material from the third-edition era. Despite those concerns, the group is cautiously optimistic. Wizards seems willing to experiment, work with proven creators, support more settings, focus on tabletop products, and admit that maybe trying to become a video game company was not the best use of everyone's time. It could produce an exciting new era for D&D, or it could become an exhausting avalanche of crossovers and subscription content. Greyhawk returns with Crown of the Witch Queen. The adventure will feature Tasha's daughter as the antagonist and lean into a colorful, operatic sword-and-sorcery style. Classic settings may receive annual support. Wizards is partnering with experienced publishers to produce new Ravenloft, Eberron, and Forgotten Realms material, with another Hickman-related project also in development. Third-party partnerships could solve D&D's setting problem. Instead of leaving worlds unsupported for years, specialized publishers can create material while Wizards focuses on core rules and major releases. The biggest risk is content overload. More books, digital releases, partnerships, settings, and crossovers could strengthen the game, but they could also recreate the crowded and difficult-to-navigate release schedule of earlier editions. The overall mood is cautiously optimistic. The announcements suggest that Wizards is taking creative risks, investing in tabletop content, and making decisions that could benefit both players and the wider TTRPG industry. The tabletop schedule begins with Arcana Unleashed, a large rules expansion containing eight subclasses, ten backgrounds, twenty-nine feats, thirty-three spells, group patrons, magical factions, forty-seven magic items, and nineteen creature stat blocks. It will also introduce evolving magic items that can grow alongside the characters using them. Its companion campaign, Deadfall, is an espionage-focused adventure running from levels 11 through 20. The characters must save Thay by opposing Szass Tam, which means the situation has become so dire that saving Thay somehow qualifies as the good outcome. The Season of Champions brings a full Dungeons & Dragons crossover with World of Warcraft. The book is being led by longtime D&D designer and Warcraft fan James Wyatt and will include eleven species, six subclasses, iconic locations, recognizable characters, dungeons, monsters designed to provide a raid-like experience, a DM screen, and a map pack with a digital adventure. It will also come in three different editions, allowing Horde and Alliance fans to continue fighting the most important battle of all: which logo belongs on the front of the book. Then comes Dark Sun. Wizards is presenting Athas as the first mature D&D setting, complete with shrink-wrapped books, content warnings, extreme violence, and a trailer that apparently wastes no time separating people from their spinal columns. Dark Sun will receive separate setting and gameplay expansions, a limited-edition Player's Handbook, a new Scion class, a DM screen, maps, and some form of adventure support. The gameplay material alone is expected to approach five hundred pages, suggesting that Wizards is not returning to Athas quietly. Greyhawk will also return during the 2027 Season of Sword and Sorcery. Crown of the Witch Queen is a 160-page adventure featuring Tasha's daughter as its central antagonist, supported by a map pack and DM screen. The final 2027 season, the Season of Rebellion, was announced without details, leaving everyone to speculate angrily until Wizards decides to explain itself. Perhaps the largest long-term change is Wizards' plan for annual setting support produced in partnership with established third-party publishers. Ghostfire Gaming will work on Ravenloft, Visionary Products and Designs will handle Eberron, and Kobold Press will support the Forgotten Realms. Wizards is also developing something with the Hickmans, although details remain scarce. The approach could finally give neglected settings regular adventures and character options, but it also raises questions about outsourcing, quality control, digital-only releases, and whether D&D is about to recreate the overwhelming flood of material from the third-edition era. Despite those concerns, the group is cautiously optimistic. Wizards seems willing to experiment, work with proven creators, support more settings, focus on tabletop products, and admit that maybe trying to become a video game company was not the best use of everyone's time. It could produce an exciting new era for D&D, or it could become an exhausting avalanche of crossovers and subscription content. Greyhawk returns with Crown of the Witch Queen. The adventure will feature Tasha's daughter as the antagonist and lean into a colorful, operatic sword-and-sorcery style. Classic settings may receive annual support. Wizards is partnering with experienced publishers to produce new Ravenloft, Eberron, and Forgotten Realms material, with another Hickman-related project also in development. Third-party partnerships could solve D&D's setting problem. Instead of leaving worlds unsupported for years, specialized publishers can create material while Wizards focuses on core rules and major releases. The biggest risk is content overload. More books, digital releases, partnerships, settings, and crossovers could strengthen the game, but they could also recreate the crowded and difficult-to-navigate release schedule of earlier editions. The overall mood is cautiously optimistic. The announcements suggest that Wizards is taking creative risks, investing in tabletop content, and making decisions that could benefit both players and the wider TTRPG industry. Lần đầu tiên, sự kiện sẽ diễn ra tại Hoàng thành Thăng Long - Di sản Văn hóa thế giới từ ngày 7 đến 9/8/2026 với chủ đề “Hào khí Thăng Long - Tinh hoa võ Việt”.Festival Võ thuật quốc tế Hà Nội 2026 dự kiến quy tụ khoảng 1.500 đến 2.000 võ sư, võ sinh, huấn luyện viên, vận động viên, nghệ sĩ trong nước và quốc tế. Bên cạnh các chương trình biểu diễn, giao lưu võ thuật, sự kiện còn có hoạt động triển lãm, trưng bày hiện vật, tư liệu lịch sử và các sản phẩm văn hóa gắn với võ thuật. Đây cũng là dịp để quảng bá hình ảnh Thủ đô, tăng cường giao lưu văn hóa, thể thao và khai thác các giá trị di sản phục vụ phát triển du lịch.Theo Ban Tổ chức, Festival được định hướng trở thành hoạt động thường niên mang thương hiệu riêng của Hà Nội, góp phần khẳng định vị thế của Thủ đô là trung tâm văn hóa, thể thao lớn của cả nước. Thông qua sự kiện, thành phố tiếp tục giới thiệu, thành phố tiếp tục giới thiệu hình ảnh thủ đô văn hiến, hiện đại, hội nhập, quảng bá đất nước, con người Việt Nam với đông đảo nhân dân, du khách và bạn bè quốc tế. Theo Đạo diễn Hoàng Công Cường phụ trách Tổng đạo diễn Festival Võ thuật quốc tế Hà Nội 2026, Festival năm nay được kỳ vọng sẽ tạo dấu ấn mới khi lần đầu tiên yếu tố văn hóa được đặt ở vị trí trung tâm trong một sự kiện võ thuật quốc tế: "Lần đầu tiên trong một chương trình Võ thuật quốc tế, chúng ta mang cả câu chuyện văn hóa của Việt Nam qua 4000 năm thông qua câu chuyện võ thuật, để vừa tôn vinh về văn hóa, vừa gìn giữ phát triển câu chuyện văn hóa của đất nước thông qua ngôn ngữ võ. VOV1 - Nghị quyết Đại hội Đảng bộ thành phố Hà Nội lần thứ XVIII xác định phát triển nông nghiệp theo hướng sinh thái, ứng dụng mạnh mẽ khoa học công nghệ, đổi mới phương thức sản xuất và nâng cao giá trị gia tăng. Thực hiện mục tiêu đó, Hà Nội đang đẩy mạnh cơ giới hóa đồng bộ trên đồng ruộng.Những ngày này, trên những cánh đồng ở xã Trung Giã, ngoại thành Hà Nội, tiếng động cơ máy cấy đều đều vang lên như báo hiệu mùa vụ mới bắt đầu. Theo từng vòng quay của bánh xích, những khóm mạ non lần lượt bén rễ trên mặt ruộng, tạo thành những đường thẳng tắp trải dài đến tận cuối cánh đồng. Chỉ trong ít phút, từng khóm mạ non được đặt ngay ngắn xuống ruộng theo những hàng thẳng tắp. Khung cảnh những người nông dân còng lưng cấy lúa dưới cái nắng  hè giờ đã dần lùi vào ký ức. Thay vào đó là hình ảnh những cánh đồng sản xuất tập trung, đồng bộ, máy móc từng bước thay thế sức lao động thủ công.Trên bờ ruộng, bà Hà Thị Toan, xã viên Hợp tác xã Dịch vụ nông nghiệp kinh doanh tổng hợp Nam Sơn chăm chú theo dõi chiếc máy cấy đang vận hành. Bà Toan cho biết gia đình có 5 sào ruộng nhưng giờ đây bà không còn phải tất bật huy động người thân xuống đồng như trước:"Nhà nước hỗ trợ chuyển đổi cơ giới hóa nên giờ cấy cũng không vất vả như trước đây mà năng suất lúa cũng cao. Nhà cấy 5 sào mà có 1 mình cũng không thấy vất vả. Mong muốn hỗ trợ thêm máy gặt để tạo thuận lợi cho nông dân khi vào chính vụ thu hoạch".Niềm vui của bà Toan cũng là tâm trạng chung của nhiều nông dân Trung Giã. Sau khi hoàn thành nhiệm vụ đưa tầng hai vào quỹ đạo, tầng một của tên lửa đã quay trở lại theo phương thẳng đứng và được thu hồi an toàn trên nền tảng ngoài khơi.Nhiệm vụ phóng và thu hồi thành công tầng một của tên lửa Trường Chinh 10B đưa Trung Quốc trở thành quốc gia đầu tiên áp dụng thành công công nghệ thu hồi bằng hệ lưới đối với tên lửa đẩy, đánh dấu bước tiến quan trọng đưa công nghệ này tiến tới ứng dụng thực tế.Theo thông tin từ đơn vị phát triển, Trường Chinh 10B có lực đẩy cất cánh khoảng 890 tấn, khối lượng cất cánh khoảng 760 tấn và chiều dài gần 63 m. Trong cấu hình tái sử dụng, tên lửa có thể đưa khoảng 16 tấn tải trọng lên quỹ đạo Trái Đất tầm thấp, đáp ứng nhu cầu phóng thương mại với chi phí tối ưu.So với cuộc thử nghiệm hồi tháng 2/2026, khi tầng một chỉ đáp xuống biển để kiểm chứng sơ bộ, nhiệm vụ lần này đã hoàn thành toàn bộ quy trình bay, bao gồm phóng, đưa tải trọng vào quỹ đạo và thu hồi tên lửa, mô phỏng đầy đủ điều kiện vận hành thực tế.Về mặt công nghệ, Trung Quốc đã áp dụng công nghệ thu hồi bằng hệ lưới trên biển. Thay vì sử dụng chân hạ cánh như các phương án phổ biến hiện nay, tên lửa được thiết kế để “móc” vào hệ thống dây cáp bố trí trên không trung của tàu thu hồi. Nhờ sự phối hợp chính xác giữa tên lửa và nền tảng ngoài khơi, quá trình “bắt giữ” diễn ra an toàn, giảm yêu cầu khắt khe về độ chính xác điểm hạ cánh.Phương pháp này giúp đơn giản hóa cấu trúc tên lửa, giảm trọng lượng do không cần trang bị chân hạ cánh, từ đó tăng hiệu quả tải trọng. Đồng thời, hệ thống lưới có khả năng mở rộng “cửa sổ” thu hồi, nâng cao tỷ lệ thành công và khả năng chịu sai lệch.Bên cạnh đó, nhiều công nghệ then chốt cũng được kiểm chứng, bao gồm điều khiển dẫn đường chính xác cao, thích ứng với môi trường khí động phức tạp và hệ thống vận chuyển – dựng đứng tên lửa cỡ lớn.Giới chuyên gia nhận định, thành công này mở ra triển vọng xây dựng hệ thống vận tải không gian chi phí thấp, tần suất cao và bền vững. Leadership coach Jo Confino was joined by Zen Buddhist nun Sister Tam Muoi and Dharma teacher Shantum Seth to discuss what it means to renew Buddhism, and Thich Nhat Hanh’s vision for doing so – including his emphasis on simplicity, equality, and making the teachings accessible and relevant to the contemporary world. They also reflect on their 14-day pilgrimage in India, and how it deepened their understanding of and connection to the Buddha’s teachings. This includes Sister Tam Muoi's insights about the strong sangha formed among the diverse group of 60 pilgrims from 16 different countries. She also reflects on her personal connection to India and her healing journey of reconnecting with the Buddha’s teachings in their land of origin. Shantum Seth, who has been leading pilgrimages in India for over 30 years, explains the transformative power of these journeys in allowing people to connect with the Buddha as a human being and experience his teachings' relevance to their own lives. He also shares plans for the Ahimsa Trust to establish a Plum Village center in India, to continue Thich Nhat Hanh’s legacy and bring the Dharma to a wider audience, especially a young one. Shantum Seth, an ordained Dharmacharya (Dharma teacher) in the Buddhist Mindfulness lineage of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, teaches in India and across the world. A co-founder of Ahimsa Trust, he has been a student of Thich Nhat Hanh's teachings for the past 35 years, and, since 1988, has led pilgrimages and other multi-faith, educational, cultural, spiritual, and transformative journeys across diverse regions of India and Asia. He is actively involved in educational, social, and ecological programmes, including work on cultivating mindfulness in society, including with educators, the Indian Central Reserve Police Force, and the corporate sector. Across various Indian sanghas, Dharmacharya Shantum is the primary teacher of different practices of mindfulness from Thich Nhat Hanh's tradition. Sister Tam Muoi (Sister Samadhi) is from the UK and was ordained in 2012 and became a Dharma teacher in 2022. Having encountered the practice whilst living in France, she became engaged in the French lay sangha and was ordained into the Order of Interbeing in 2004. She is actively supporting the recently created Being Peace Practice Centre in the UK and is deeply committed to the work of healing ancestral harm, and to participation in trainings and retreats exploring White Awareness. And that’s why I think the Buddha Dharma is relevant to our Earth: we have to care for this little planet of ours, we have to care for our rivers, we have to care for our climate, to care for each other. And it’s not about an outcome in some past or future life; the karma happens right here and now. Every action has a result and that result can be seen in this life and in this community.” “You sit, you enjoy your breath, you get a little sense of being a Buddha for a moment.
