Welcome back to the Never Ending Backlog podcast! Today Zach is reviewing the 2007, racing simulator, Race 07, made by SimBin (now Sector3). Purchased many years ago and is one of the earlier entries in Zach's backlog, Race 07 was actually shelved as a result of purchasing Dirt Showdown and other more "simpler" racing games; but, this week Race 07 was dusted off and given the proper review it deserves! Brief Description from Steam:RACE 07 - The Official WTCC Game features the full FIA WTCC season of 2007 including all cars and tracks, as well as several new support classes and tracks from all over the world. The game also features the full WTCC season of 2006 which was included in the games predecessor RACE - The WTCC Game, released in 2006 on PC.As a group who does not follow professional racing, we really couldn't tell you what all of that means. What we can tell you is that for a game that is 13 years old (at time of recording), it worked pretty well on modern technology and featured a few nice UI/UX moments that other game developers should attempt to replicate. But that's enough yapping, let's jump in the seat, strap on the harness, and get ready to do some laps on this episode of the Never Ending Backlog podcast!Important Links:Sector3 Website: https://www.sector3studios.com/Steam Store: https://store.steampowered.com/app/8600/RACE_07/

He is the Principal Consultant & Founder of Austin McCulloh Advising, which is a human capital consulting firm that is on a mission to help sales professionals grow their book of business. As Austin always says, “Life is much more fulfilling when you begin to realize what you’re capable of”. He wants everyone to see this for themselves. Austin's high energy, strong discipline, and intense drive make him the perfect fit for entry-level financial advisors looking to take their career to the next level and increase their income.Zach really enjoyed having Austin on the podcast because although he is in a very different field of work than a lot of the people Zach talks to, so much of Austin's focus is also grounded in self-awareness, relationship building, and human optimization - which are so many of the things we talk about when we talk about learning and growing.

She is a proponent for active learning platforms, and from my conversation with her it is evident that she has a deep understanding of the social/emotional nuances and needs involved within education. I really enjoyed our conversation, and I think the things we talk about are especially pertinent to teachers, administrators, and other school professionals, especially in this time of redesigning so many of our educational structures.
