Mike and Liz provide support and ideas for tackling the challenges being faced as a result of the current outbreak. They explore topics that include, protecting your mental health, maintaining healthy relationships, and managing stress. They provide tangible take-aways to assist you in getting through these difficult times. In addition, they also explore every day mental and emotional health concerns and provide ideas on how to manage these concerns more effectively. Michael Klinkner is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Michael has received specialty training in CBT, DBT, and Neurolinguistic Programming. Michael is certified in EMDR. Michael provides therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. He specializes in treating issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD for over 20 years. In addition to outpatient services, Michael teaches graduate level courses for the School of Social Work at Arizona State University. Dr. Elizabeth Fedrick is a Licensed Professional Counselor and owns a private practice in Gilbert, AZ. She has been providing counseling services for adults, children, and families for over ten years. Elizabeth is trained in various modalities, including CBT, EMDR, and Parent-Child Relationship Therapy. Elizabeth specializes in working in areas such as, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and personal improvement. In addition, Elizabeth teaches psychology courses for Grand Canyon University, as well as Chandler Gilbert Community College.
