It feels a little bit like we're in the eye of a tornado right now. The idea that there's a center to a storm, a place in the midst of chaos where the intensity is a bit lower, but only for a moment- until you step back into it. To try and work through it. This week an ASMR + Tequila episode felt like what we needed to do. My stomach has been churning this week, the energy is high. Lets sit in this discomfort together.Join us.This week we discuss:-my new boyfriend (whaaaaat?)-the re-opening of the counties in WA state-red lining-Gerrymandering-Jesse mows the lawn for a clientJoin us.You can find Finely Clicked on all major platforms:

I have sat here, in my office, staring at my computer screen for what feels like hours. I have no idea what to title this, how to write it- and so I’ll do what I have learned to do while “Doing Life Together” here at Pickett Street, I will begin. It’s time for me to leap. LEAP: to pass abruptly from one state or topic to another. My word for 2020.Right now, I’d like to start with a thank you. Thank you to my forever friends at Pickett Street. Every member that has passed through the door has very literally changed my life. I entered the doors at Keller Williams Bothell at 31 years old, dressed in a simple black dress with no idea what I was walking into- and how drastically my life would change in 8 years. Every time I step into the gray area, wander around and find my way- I come out a better human. There is discomfort in the in-between, and it is in that discomfort that I have found my comfort :) I have Pickett Street as a company, Jesse D. Moore, Keller Williams, and every member of Pickett Street Properties to thank for helping me find my way to the loveliest, grayest area of life- where I can say with total passion and excitement- THIS, THIS is where I find my joy. I have no idea what I’m going to do- and I have never been more excited for the journey. There will be more to come from me on this topic. But for today, I would just like to sit with this news for a moment. If you don’t mind. I never imagined I would be in a place where I would be sitting here, at my computer, writing to a community of people that have watched me grow in such a vulnerable, authentic and real manner. Thank you for all the love, support, compassion and empathy.I see you. Thank you for seeing me.xo,MOYou can find Finely Clicked on all major platforms:

It's been a minute since we sipped some whiskey. This is an episode where we touch on some serious hot topics in the world right now. Freedom + Human Rights, the NBA & China. Jesse gets us up to speed on what he's learned, and where he stands on the freedom we often take for granted here in the United States. Would you stand beside someone who's had their freedom of speech taken away?
Mo first ran into Vanessa via the internet- where she connects with many :) When Jesse sent her an email from PRO REA Staffing, he thought she might be someone good to connect with.Mo reached out- and the rest is history. Prior to co-founding Pro R.E.A. Staffing, Vanessa Rosenblum ran a successful recruiting firm that specialized in placing administrative level staff with real estate professionals throughout the Los Angeles area. In addition to sourcing and placing candidates, she developed custom training programs for real estate teams and consulted with real estate agents to help them strategically grow their businesses. She was inspired to expand that business model and launch Pro REA because she saw the need to provide a higher level of training, support, flexibility and leverage to agents and their team members.Vanessa brings fifteen years’ experience working with small businesses and coaching entrepreneurs to Pro R.E.A. Staffing including four years’ experience in the real estate industry as the manager of a business coaching company. She has a track record of proven success in helping businesses achieve higher efficiency and stronger communication within their teams and with clients. You can email Vanessa at vanessa@proreastaffing.com or give her a call at (800) 353-5644 EXT 101. Tune in to this episode for some awesome stories- if you can imagine some of the things that Vanessa is privy to hearing :)You can find Finely Clicked on:ItunesSpotifySoundCloud Buzzsprout*Have you left us a review yet? These mean EVERYTHING to us!

Every human has a story. Something we're obsessed with here on Finely Clicked is people- and their story. This week I interviewed Ada Alvarado right here in the Finely Clicked studio in Bothell, WA.Ada is the Director of Operations for the Springboard Home Team out of Bellevue, WA. We met probably 8 months ago when she walked in the PNW Admin Mastermind at the KW Bothell Office- and I (Mo) was like, I need to meet that girl. She is bubbly, glowing, and I could tell that she listened with intention- that always catches my eye.Ada was diagnosed with Stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma in January 2015. I asked if she would share her story with our listeners- and she agreed. Tune in for some inspiration, and share her story with someone that needs to hear it.You can find Finely Clicked on:
