And this statement to Jesus made you will know them by their fruit I think my mom's kind words of wisdom coincides with what Jesus Christ said about watch the fruit they bear, by see the things they do, will tell you what kind of person you're dealing with. Whether a good, right, bad or wrong. Watch their fruit!Ok, I tried to grow watermelons for 3 years in the desert. I'd plant them they have these beautiful plants but the melons were so small and some never made it to being a full grown melon. I just got discouraged and quit. Until one day I was in this department store. I saw they had this Crenshaw melon and it grows anywhere. I wonder what it tasted like, so I asked around and someone said it's good in a fruit salads. I thought if it's as good as a cantaloupe or honeydew I'm good. So I planted 2 plants, wow, I had no idea what I was in for. They multiplied, got so big took over my entire garden. At harvest they never did turn the yellowish orange like the picture showed. I cut it open, I tasted it and I looked at it; thought that's different. I really couldn't see myself eating a lot of it. I had a lot of them in the yard. I tried giving some away, most people hadn't taste or heard of them. Yes did you know that some of us we can be others Easter Blessing or Resurrection from the dead, people who have been downtrodden for years and have always seem to be neglected, then all of a sudden God sends you to be that one and only person who can reach them as you has the compassion to give them a cup of water or a bite to eat you revive them you resurrect them from this dying life of thirst and hunger, loneliness, despair, pain and suffering. Just by a kind act or being their Easter blessing if you will by shining the light of Christ through your generosity just by showing them the love of God. God won't forget your good deed, in fact he'll write it down in His book of remembrance, and then one day all of a sudden you need someone to say "it's going to be okay just trust the Lord,"They pray with you, they might be the one the keeps you from committing suicide. When we think of the infinite wisdom of God and we consider our finite thinking about God, we should be extremely careful to even think of limiting what he's capable of doing. Just because you don't understand something, that doesn't mean it doesn't exist, it don't mean that it's not happening around you. Remember this, the Spirit is what created the physical, that being the case, heck there is spiritual warfare going on around you at all times to preserve your soul, that you have no clue and the only thing that separate you from being lost or saved is your decision the one that decide to follow Christ and the one that does not. The devil knows this better than anybody because when he was in the garden.He plotting this he knew that man was like God, and unless man would sin, he'd have no power over man. Now because God gave man a choice the devil said that's my only way to get him. To have him rebel against God, to sin, to choose against God's will; because that's how he Lucifer himself became Satan. He rebel against God and His will. God kick him and those 1/3 rebellious angels out of heaven who willfully chose against God's will as iniquity was found in him, therefore the archangel Michael and God's 2/3 good angels kick them out of heaven. Now ever since, he's been on this Earth, his desire is to undo or destroy anything that has to do with God. Remember when Jesus said he could do not much work in his home town because the people thought they knew him and wouldn't believe in him. as the scripture says: "Jesus said unto them a prophet is not without honor, but it is own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house. And he could there do no mighty work, save that he laid hands up on a few sick folk, and heal them." (Mark 6:4, 5) read it. You see His family and friends thought they knew him and they're boxed him in, and limited their blessings too; his own family. Folks limit the power of God by unbelief. So if you ever want to know why you don't see the power of God working in your life, you might want to check yourself, get out the way, step out of your comfort zone, so the Word of God can speak to you.It's you yourself who's blocking your blessing. You're limiting the things that God can do in your life, by unbelief therefore get out of your own way and let the power of God's Word initiate itself in your spirit and heal and bless and do the those miraculous things that God do best. The way people think of one of a kind is when they see someone who do something that no one else can easily duplicate we cry out he or she is one of a kind. And so they are, we see them outstanding, they perform above the call of duty, we think of someone who's notable in society, who's up right, outgoing, beautiful, doing good, and of course there are also notorious ones out there who do evil, that we don't care to mention; but we like to think of those one of a kinds who is being especially good to mankind, or God. Even though God made all of us "one of a kinds" as there's no two people on this Earth that's identically alike, you've heard the joke when God made me he threw away the mold," ha-ha theoretically that's true and you know what believe it or not it's s true because you are one of a kind, someone might say you act like so and so, that may very well be true too, but you're not like 100% them. No one before you nor any one after you can be you as you're one of a kind.Even a man-made clone of you is not like you, as the DNA get separated to make your clone will break into its own identity, they'll be differences. And David say we are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalms 139:14) read it again. You may find two animals that look alike but they're not, you may find two flowers on the same branch that looks alike, but they're not. And I think the reason God created us that way is that we can accept and enjoy the beauty of his creation and you can just hear people use the phrase loosely he's one of a kind of she's one of a kind, yeah it is true. They may be one of a kind who can do that particular task and we like to uplift, adore them, we praise them, some are so fascinating and famous that we cry over them, we are excited just to be near, we bow down you know, exalt them up on a pedestal, some people even worship them, not! There was  nobody before you like you, nobody today like you, and there will never be another like you, because God design us all uniquely. For the reason of multiplying, we always had two of a kind, even at creation. There would be two of a kind. God made 2 of a kind. I feel number 1 to assure that we are not alone, and 2 to make sure we wouldn't be lonely down here. He made 2 humans: male and female, He also made male and female of all the animal Including birds, fish, species and creatures, all plants and nature, all that's necessary to reproduce here on earth. To keep seed alive in both man, beasts, and nature. He made two of a kind. Yes, in most cases it takes 2 to procreate. "It takes two baby," remember that song!But He also made "one of that kind." In essence We don't have anyone who is like you. So, He made one of a kind as well. And No matter how much we reproduce, multiply or populate this world. (Acts 2:20 and 21), talks about events just before the day of our Lord I like the last part where it says: "And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." When I think about the day of the Lord is on its way which is ultimately the day I'm talking about. We as men would have completely made up our mind to either be good or evil there won't be any Middle ground nobody won't be straddling the fence and I think the world is going in that direction today as you got a group of people who completely believe that they are right and yet going in the wrong direction and then you got a group of people who are prayerfully deciding to do that which is right according to the word of God.I beg you this day to be among those people who are choosing to do right according to the Word of God, even though you're struggling with your decision on salvation. Keep up the good fight of faith. I beg you to be among those who are seeking to do that which is right according to the Word of God because when the Holy Spirit seals you that decision will be complete that you are ready for the Kingdom of Heaven. There would be no more to prove in a court of law down here on Earth who's right or who's wrong there won't be any more pointing of the fingers who cause this catastrophe, whose negligence cause the life of all these people. Who is responsible for a pandemic, like covid-19 that we just recently went through. Government might turn their face, and their true blame may be hidden from Men, but God sees, and God knows who did that horrific act against humanity and that will be included in the judgment. As with the action of Nero, with Hitler, Caesars, with many kings/dictators who have carried out the atrocities for the enemy Satan. They will all be brought into judgment even to the very group of Roman soldiers who crucified our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ it will all come before the white throne judgment.How do I know that? Because the Lord says so in his word every eye shall see him, let me read it: "He is coming with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all Kindreds of the Earth shall wail because of Him. even so, Amen." As we think of what love is and what love is not, we can come to this conclusion if God is love then our enemy Satan must not be love. If love for our spouse is given from the heart, if caring for our spouse is done from the heart and if cherish & nurture for our spouse is given from the heart you can't go wrong. If love for our children is given from the heart, if caring for our children is given from the heart, if nurture for our children is given from the heart we can't go wrong. If love for our parents is given from the heart, if caring for our parents is given from the heart, if nurture for our parents is given from the heart we can't go wrong. One might say, why did I specifically name them out in this long dissertation because I want each one to have and hold the same value. Love is a spirit, love is also an action word; therefore, you must do love, you can't just say it and think that makes it happen. You must do love. When I hear the many reasons why men and women don't want to be together today it saddens me to know that a large portion of it has to do with money and material things and most women will not accept a man who can't buy things for her, so what if you men took the same approach he won't accept the woman unless she can buy things for him did you hear what I just said that's exactly what's happening men know women's income is coming up the scale to become equal with them, now they are considering that their next potential partner be someone who can buy things for them not have him buying things for her so you have a stand off oh yeah we'll still do the one night stands, which will never become a happy marriage that's just one happy night. God never meant for it to be this way God wanted man and woman to procreate which means they're going to have to live together, dwell together and raise the kids together. We have determined that there are 4 different types of love that's Agape which means love for God, an unconditional, selfless love, we help neighbors, helping community, treating others with kindness. Greatest example of agape love is what God did for man through Jesus Christ. Eros the physical and sexual love for your spouse (passion & romance), Philia the love for your fellow man. Meaning friendship or an affectionate regard for them. Storge the natural affection and fondness that family members have for one another storge is a type of love that's built on comfort, familiarity, trust, acceptance, warranty and support it's the love that parents feel for their children and vice versa. So as you can see throughout the generations of mankind, there has always been times when God set man up for good, and Satan comes along and brings about evil whether he brings it through man's lust or man's pleasure or man's pride, he knows how to get into the mind of man. So, because God made man a free moral agent, he allowed men a choice to choose good and evil. When man choose the wrong way God had to come back and redeem man over and over and over and over. Something's happening in life that we don't quite understand like the child who's born in a home without a father or the child who lose their parents at a young age baby reloaded relocated to a foreign country or you have no relatives and maybe you were taking as a prisoner however and wherever you found in life please notice that God know where you are and if you return and seek the Lord he will be found of you it don't matter where you came from who You are what your background most of us don't realize that a lot of these circumstances that happened to us as a setup from God, a God ordained setup as he plans to bless us later on in life. So don't think it's strange, our most recent election just happened to be orchestrated by a large group of believers both church and state, now nobody in their right mind would tell you that this is something that's biblical. Or would they? An election of biblical proportion? Hmm? Where we had both poor and wealthy people voting. It may go down as the biggest election ever had or ever will have, for that matter, where the most votes are recorded. It just may be as those students of the Bible know that right before the end, we would have a religious state that's orchestrated by Antichrist and when he comes into power, he's going to take absolute power. Have you heard that somewhere before? God is going to Grant him that for a season is brother Gene saying that we're now in the era of antichrist. I will let the Word of God say that, but just keep reading students and keep watching & praying without ceasing, pray to understand, all that you read in the Word of God. This I'll say: That we are truly living in very curious times right now, that's unmistakably interesting. Could we the people have given our voice to let the time begin and let's see how it plays out in the hearts of men let's see where our newfound Great America goes from here. Church and state can work together, I believe, when it comes down to civil matters. Children born out of wedlock; The father and the mother of that child should be responsible and bring that child into the world and give him/her a home, as the child can't help because they are conceived or born. This is where our church and state can lend a hand to one another. The church should counsel new expecting parents, on what the Bible say about childbirth. And the state gets involved with rape, incest, or promiscuous sex, that there should be civil laws to deal with these issues. They both can agree and say you may abort this child because of rape. But incest or promiscuous sex, The Bible & God says it's wrong, and when state agrees therefore it's not allowed. Men and women should realize their bodies belong to God. (1Corinthians 6:19-20) read it. Here's another one: Wars that Caesar's starts, we need to pray for peace, but because we live in this country or that country or wherever we live.If our country goes to war, that war is going to affect everybody. So therefore, you can't say "no I will not fight for Caesar's in the battle to support my country." You may not need to fight necessarily, to help support your country. So, whatever you do it from the heart God can bless. You might be someone who's going to feed the soldiers, care for them as doctors and nurses, pray for the soldiers and the battle, you may not see where you fit in but help is always needed. You can still support your nation as a Christian, get involved just because it belongs to Caesar's it affects everybody who lives in the state. We can all agree that the government should not be involved in religious matters, nor the church seek to control the government. But a middle ground is always needed, we must agree somewhere to help each other to keep society in check. The church for the moral side and the state for the civil legal side. That's why God ordained governments. The point I'm making again folks is that when any politician runs for the White House and promises they'll fix the economy. You who lived here long enough knows that it's not going to happen overnight even when that pandemic crash the world economy we knew this was going to take a while to get back on track. The US economy under president Biden's is doing much better than most. But to be in step with the Deuteronomy Economy we've got to get back to serving God.  Also an administration who gets up in office and wants to change everything, that the previous administration has accomplished. This stops and restarts progress, it doesn't help instead of building on the progress made, it's our loss, to tear down, build a new economy. Associated with a need for greed.Remember to, when someone defrauds the government they're stealing from us, the taxpayers as we have to repay that loss. This expense adds to our recovery time. Keep in mind it takes time to fix any thing right. Even God with all His mighty power took 7 days to creat our world that we know as Earth okay, so if He took seven days to creat the Earth why do you think it took Him so long as I'm not grading or degrading God's power by saying why it took so long. If we would even say God could have created the Earth in 7 hours, then we would be in our right frame of mind with all His infinite wisdom and power. But he took 7 days because he wanted it right/perfect. Remember what he said when He was done: "God said it was very good." Yes, the economy, buildings, roads infrastructure. So think more in line of renew build, remodel, rededicating what we've already established rather than tearing down and building new all the time. This is the taxpayer money that you're doing this with. To tear down a previous administration's work unless you got something better you can do at the same cost. Destroying my fellow man that's a pitfall of our society. Undermining his work, that's another downfall of the nation's economy. God gave Israel a copy of the law in Deuteronomy, Moses reiterates it, but he didn't change the original law but he was rehearsing it in their minds what they were supposed to do, that which they had not done; because if they had done what they were asked to do, he would not need to reiterate it to them.The same way with our economy here, if we would build on a previous administration's economy we would be in much better shape, with our economy growth, today and further down the road if you will. When are you going to try to fix the problems of this nation with one administration as we've tried to do so many times in the past? Not building on the previous administration's progress but instating our own new economy. We're costing the taxpayers more. Starting from nothing and because of inflation yesterday's dollar will not buy what it bought yesterday. We need to retain, remodel, rather than buy new. It's like to reprogram if you will. so, we can start all over again and that's exactly why we can't keep our economy solid because we don't build on the previous administration accomplishments or lessons learned. I didn't want to leave the word character without touching on the TV or big screens. There is the acting character that we often see on the TV or big screen, and it's called a character also, in acting this character plays a non-lead role. They come in and they play unusual roles who have physical looks are offbeat different personalities. Well, offbeats in music is cool as I like them. But I don't think it goes so well in the movies. You want to be the main actor. Hahaha! It's a much different role. If I had to explain a character role it's essential but not necessarily what makes the movie. They act out what the writer and producer ask them to do. It's a great way to start in the movies, you can become famous, make some money, here and there depending on the role.But not to deviate from our subject "A Good Character," Hollywood and other movie sets throughout the world. They like bad actors, with bad characters, I guess that old saying sex & sin sells. They generally don't focus on good/godly characters, rarely do you see a good godly movie produced. I guess it's just not lucrative enough. When I first saw the "Ten Commandments," I thought that was the greatest movie ever. It wasn't 100% biblical but they did a good job, both the writers, producers, and the actors. Because it portrays a time in history/Bible. A good character is not one that's really portrayed much in the world except in the church/someone who is led by the Spirit of God. This podcast about the signposts of life would be easy to just end by saying oh Jesus is going to come back and he's going to take His church back to heaven and all of them folks who are not a part of the church it's just going to be burnt up along with Satan in hell. And we will forever live in our Laodicean state, you know lukewarm, lackadaisical, laid back don't really have any cares, we going to go up to heaven and play on harps and eat and enjoy life the same type of life we live down here we going to enjoy there, the same pleasures that we had down here we'll clean them up a little bit you know because we're in heaven and this is going to be the new blissful-wonderful life to come. Friends, I would be lying to you if I told you this. That will not the case, the church/God's people must go through the tribulation here. Later be changed, May I remind you that:The tribulation is not a walk in the park. But will be in the words of Jesus: "For there shall be great tribulations, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be." (Matthew 24:21) read it. It will be very violent, it would be incredibly stressful, and it will be the saddest chapter in the history of Earth. But this is our reward for worshiping Satan and sin, for these many years. You might say: I'm not worshiping Satan, I don't serve sin, well, let me ask this question: Who do you worship or who do you serve? Are you worshiping God according to God's Word? We will be there relaxing from our struggle and victory over sin, just living a blissful life, a life of fun, peace, happiness, reunite with loved ones who also made it. To begin our eternity. We will have a big feast, but my friends, after dinner if you will, we've got work to do. We have a job to do, we will be judging the wicked, for 1,000 years. After our judgment we will hand the verdict to the King of kings, Lord of lords, Jesus Christ. He will render that verdict when He comes back to Earth with all His saints, then resurrect the wicked. Remember for there to be a judgment, there must be a trial, so the purpose of Jesus Christ coming physically again a second time is to take His saints to heaven. So, we can be the jury of Heaven to finally judge the wicked. A jury pool made of their peers! You need to hear my podcast series the judgment. To complete that task, He will need to resurrect the wicked.The resurrection shall prove to us that are alive, that it is Jesus Christ as only God can resurrect His saints. Listen, the saints to be resurrected, they already know that they will be resurrected but we which are alive and remain here will see the resurrection as proof that low here is our God whom we waited for, He is come for us. As he promised. So, He will resurrect His saint and take us living saints with them to heaven, for the 1000-year judgment. As Heaven is real, so as hell. Listen, just because you don't see it, that doesn't mean it's not there. Therefore, many say that hell doesn't exist. The same logic with God just because we don't see God, we think He doesn't exist, and we think we can get away with everything down here. But that's not the case God do exist and sometimes He must correct man, shake him up to let man know "I'm still up here." We can't see righteousness, but we can see the effects of righteousness in the good this done. Nor can we see sin, but we can see the effects of sin, in the bad that's done. So therefore, sin is still present and the only way we can escape sin is forgiveness in Jesus Christ, to accept His blood bought sacrifice and be born again, living in our current state without Jesus we're all Hell bound.Jesus Christ didn't just die for the ones who accept, serve and receives him, he died for all mankind. The fix for sin was like what we call a catch twenty-two. He couldn't just die for the righteous and snuff out the wicked, that would not be in line with the character of God. So, what he had to do to be in line with his original plan; he had to save all of us, to give us a chance to make a choice to either be with him in heaven or perish in hell. Because God's choice was to save us all, the other half of the equation is we must choose to be saved to complete the deal if you will. When God created man in the beginning, he gave man the ability to choose, it was a choice that makes man a free moral or later an immoral agent that's why when Adam chose to do wrong God made adjustments and killed a lamb, to make coats to cover them; a shadow of things to come. But He did so because He knew He had given Adam that choice to choose good or evil. And as we know Adam later on chose evil and sin which brought sin upon the whole human race.When the Lord Jesus Christ come back to judge the Earth to determine those who will go to heaven or those who will go to hell. You see the decision to stop, yield, or go can be a life-changing decision. As we think we're in many ways the same. I shared how my life was spared by making the decision to stop the other driver's life was spared by making the decision to yield and of course the guy who broke the law his life was spared by us allowing him to take the right of way, just fly through the intersection. We all three benefited for our actions. And I remember that old saying mama said "baby sometime you have to give up the right for the wrong." I just live with it and I've seen it play out many times in my life. In relationships, at work, on the school play ground, just life in general. Those three words: stop, yield and go. They can make  life changing decisions. Such as when your parents tell you not to touch the fire and you don't yield or stop you go right ahead and you get your finger burned, or the law on the street there's a red light it means stop, but you go right ahead you run the light you could lose your life or take someone else's life. Scripture show many places where the Bible refer to yield, you can yield to God to do the right thing or you can yield to sin/Satan and do the wrong thing either way there are consequences for your actions. Consequences for good or evil. What will we choose today? Will we decide to stop doing wrong, to yield when we are not sure about something, or go when God bids us come! You see whether we are like the young man who probably bounce from church to church to see if he can find someone who's preaching: That God don't want 10% just give him a nice offering. Or give such a donation that you can dictate to the pastor what you want to hear. By prompting the pastor saying you know I would like to hear a sermon about this or  about that, you know the Itchy ear prompt. Then just tossed in whatever you feel was cool, as people in the church had never seen big money dropped in the basket like that before, so they'll pat him on the back and say very good brethren. Remember God has only ask for 10% Plus an offering throughout Bible history when this gentleman met Jesus, the Lord told him to sell all that he had and give to the poor. Wow all??Yes all, Not because God was breaking His own rule but this young man'smoney was separating his heart from God, that's why Jesus asked him to sell everything he had and give to the poor and follow him. We talk about the little god, we're talking about everything that men worship other than Jesus Christ. That can be a lot of god's, that's why the Bible call them are the god's of men; because there's a lot of them some people worship people, other creatures, they worship the devil, they worship evil spirits, they worship material things, they worship little idols, such as little trinkets, they worship little figurines and some even worship themselves. They do all this to fill that void where they feel they need to look up to something and little do they know they actually looking down to something, because only the supreme God Jesus Christ is He whom we look up to. "The Lord looked down from heaven upon The children of Men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God. They are all together become filthy there is none that doeth good no not one." (Psalms 14:2, 3) read it. So our big G-O-D tried reasons with us by beholding, looking down and seeing if there's any that really seek to be with, Him the true God. The god/God Quest is not just any search; it's kind of like the kid getting his first nickel and he loses it, and he desperately looks for it everywhere. Then it's like that lady who lost her coin in the Bible parable, she sweep the house, search all over that house, searching high and low until she found it. Call her friends to rejoice with her. or like the lost sheep that the Lord talks about in the parable, how he searched all surrounding areas until he found his sheep. A quest for God is to really search for Him with all your heart. God say you will find me when you search for me with all your heart, as spoken in (Jeremiah 29:13) paraphrased read it.I took the liberty and look up quest: it means a long or arduous search for something. Then I looked up the word arduous and it say: is to search that involved or requires strenuous search, difficult and tiring. It being a difficult search it's obvious that when we look for God, him being invisible Our search become intense we really have to search with our spirit to connect with His. You see we here on planet Earth has become wealthy, a place where we are thinking; hey I've got mine why should I worry about anybody else, but where we're void and lack understanding is that's the whole reason, we've got what we have is so we can coexist, care for others, help others, have compassion on others. God don't need our wealth he own the whole world, be we need to love him and to love one another; you see that's the 10 commandments wrapped up in a nutshell when he told Abraham back in Deuteronomy I'm giving man power to get wealth he was strictly saying; thereafter so you can be a blessing to others. To do good down here as a man of God. As we discussed earlier the good people are taken so they don't have to suffer the evil that is yet to come. I think of my late father my late mother my late eldest sister and my late baby sister they were good people and I struggled to accept and being taken but God being the merciful god he is help me with description Isaiah. Because God knows the future, he knows what evil shall be fall us. "The righteous perish and no man lay it to heart and merciful men are taken away none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come he shall enter into peace they shall rest in their beds each one walking in his uprightness." Why do good people die? I was told when I was young the reason, we die is we have to get out the way may room for others to come along and live as though the Earth is not big enough for us to stay around. Later on in life I found out that it was to the contrary that we die because our life has accomplished its purpose, we have bared the fruit of what we will be, just like a plant that's planted once it bears fruit it dies. Offspring/seed comes along and they repeat the cycle. If an average generation is 35 years that mean anyone who lived to be three scores/60 and 10 or 70 years have lived two generations and you have a lot to be grateful for. (Psalms 90:10) read it. And (Matthew 1:17) read it. This was determined from 490 year ÷14 generations = 35 years each, most like to round a generation up to 40 years it's all good: (Daniel 9:24-27) read it.We know the real reason our years got cut from 120 to 70 is because of sin, I also believe the reason the Lord give us 70 years is so after we produce our seed/children by age 35, we can be grandparents and teach our kids and grand kid to be respectful and the fearful of the Lord. How to follow the Lord our God's way. Teach them by the wayside, when they come in and when they go out; to read His law right on the door post, (Deuteronomy 6:9) read it. Houses today, a lot don't have doorposts, so you need to print out the commandments of God or get a plaque of it and post it in your home. We who are the sons of God, which is a name for both male and female, we should be living the practical lifestyle. Being serious about the coming of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ not adhering to the fake news or the fake prophets but adhere to the Word of God. We should never be accused of being carefree, unconcerned or living frivolous lifestyle like the Laodicean church (Revelation 3:14-22) where we put material things and thoughtless living as priority to the will of God. To adhere to this godless lifestyle make it more important than living a godly lifestyle, notice I didn't say religious lifestyle. Because religion has picked up a bad name thanks to those of us who have live carelessly, loose ungodly lives before God. So, He tells us: "My son, do not make light of the Lord's discipline, and do not lose heart when He rebukes you, because the Lord discipline the one He loves, and He chastens everyone He accepts as His son. Endure hardship and discipline; God is treating you as His children. For what children are not disciplined by their earthly father? If you are not disciplined and everyone undergoes discipline then you are not legitimate, not true sons and daughters at all. Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us, and we respect them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of spirits and live! They discipline us for a little while as they thought best; but God discipline us for our good, in order that we may share in His holiness. No discipline seem pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it. As we used to say: "learn their lessons." In the end, we are going to get even closer to God, when we are taking to heaven to be with God, Jesus will change us at the twinkling of an eye. Then we will be raptured alone with those righteous souls from the grave who lived a righteous life before God, who have been waiting for His glorious appearing. We who are alive and waiting will join them in the sky to go home and live with God (1Corinthians 15:52) paraphrased read it. But friends it doesn't end there, you see the same home in heaven will later be brought to Earth where we'll spend eternity close than ever with God. Remember when Moses came down from the mount he had the glory of the Lord shine from his face, the children of Israel feared to come near him, as he had been in the presence of Almighty God" (Exodus 34:29-35) read it. When we visit with the Lord Jesus Christ today our face doesn't shine with the glory of God from being in His presence; one might ask: why is that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever right? (Hebrews 13:8) read it. Yes, but the difference is Christ encompasses all the glory of God and shield/veil us from His glory, that we may come close, to be in His presence without fear from death, but rather being able to look at God face to face.Therefore, being close while following in the Lord's footstep we can freely confess: "The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in Green pastures: He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness or his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me; Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever." (Psalms 23:1-6) read it. We are all family," in that we came from two people father Adam and mother Eve, there's nowhere else recorded in history of the world where any other man and woman were created, they were the only two people created by the hand of God. Therefore, all these people you see running around here having issues with one another; they are all brothers and sisters. And your brothers and sisters; they are our family, they may not admit it, they may not even look like each other, but as we know looks can be deceiving, that's how we got in this mess in the first place. We wanted to seal our identity, make us one people, one neighborhood. But we wouldn't have to have been changed, if we had left well enough alone,And just accepted what God had already set up. But we want to make our own name, want to be our own people. We even wanted to be able to go to heaven on our terms, anytime we want to and negotiate with God, so we built ourselves a tower, we built it up toward heaven and God threw down. Today we figured we can go far beyond what we were talking about back in Shinar. We can actually fly into heaven, heck why not build us a space station midway. God may meet us there or we can go on up to another planet where God is and we can visit with him there. The scripture makes it very clear: in the words of Jesus Christ: "And the King shall answer and say unto them, verily I say unto you, inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me." (Matthew 25:40-45) paraphrased read it. He says if we have done good unto the least of our fellowmen we have done it for him.Maybe you don't have a brother or sister, maybe you are and only child in your family but did you know in our human race you have millions of brothers and sisters, so don't withdraw your hand from helping just because you don't have a close brother and sister. We're not necessarily talking sibling brother and sister although they are important. There is a lot of need throughout this world and you don't have to go to the ends of the earth to find them. You can look right in your neighborhood and you can find someone who needs your help. What we need to remember as citizens of this Earth is that we are only stewards of God's Earth as the scripture say: "The Earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof." (Psalms 21:1) read it. So the many of us who own these goods, businesses, wealth, properties we are supposed to help one another. We are to be our Brother's Keeper! We are only stewards of the King of Heaven's wealth. We supposed to be a service to the people, followed by the greedy grocery stores and the people who are supposed to provide food for the people,Then there are the greedy housing owners which is supposed to house the people, and let us not forget the greedy corporations and businesses which is supposed to provide jobs for the people. The one thing they all have in common and that is: "they're all greedy." I don't care how much you profit you can't take it with you. I understand that every business must profit to stay in business, but why do you seek excessive profits that you squeeze the life out of the poor and needy the ones, God gave your riches to help them. There will always be natural occurrences or disasters as earth make adjustments here to accommodate almighty God's plan and order. As she fits within our universe. We have the authority and dominion, but because it hasn't been passed down to us or in most cases haven't read our kingdom authority from Jesus Christ our King, Lord and Savior, we question it, we don't exercise it, as we go from generation to generation not knowing what we can do. The enemy like a roaring lion go about seeking any one of us that he may devour. (1Peter 5:8) read it. Like the 2 dogs mentioned in my podcast: "Have you ever noticed the difference between an abused dog and a dog who has been loved, nourish and cared for. It's like night and day. The Abused dog is skittish anybody make a noise he jumps, and he shies away? from people, he hardly trusts anybody. Whereas the loved dog is friendly, happy, he trusts almost everybody. I'll say it again:"Man has been beat down and abused by Satan and sin, so much over the years, we don't trust God or His Word, nor His promises therein, we are so beat up the enemy gotten man ready to leave planet earth his home, and his dominion. Man is even at the point, or should I say we are already to abandon ship so to speak, where man seeks to go to other planets, thinking to find a better place to live, to see if he can find another home. Hello, reality check this is man's home, this planet will always be man's home, we're only going to heaven to judge the wicked, then we are going to return with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, in the New Jerusalem, then even after we return from heaven with a new heaven and our new Earth, Earth will still be man's home. When I finally understood that "Once Saved, Always Saved," was not true; then I go forward not being wishy-washy, whereas a little bit of sin today and throughout my week, then on the weekend; I go up in God's church and do a little bit of righteousness. No! There's a word for people who do stuff like that, I think they call them hypocrites! You see walking with the Lord Jesus Christ is a daily experience not weekends only, but a 24/7. We walk while awake, while we sleep. You wake up with Christ you go to bed with Christ. That also help stops us from going to bed with somebody else's man/woman, smile. America, pay close attention to what I'm about to say: "Then the king and his nobles sent this decree throughout the city! Translation then the President and the Congress (the leadership of the land) sent this decree/official order throughout the country what was the degree: "No one, not even the animals on the ranch or farms, you herdsmen, and city folk alike, may eat or drink anything at all both people and animals alike (must fast) must wear garments of mourning, "And everyone must pray earnestly to God" they must turn from their evil ways and stop all their violence!" (Jonah 3:7-9) paraphrased read it. America who can tell: Perhaps even today God may change His mind and hold back His fierce anger from destroying us." I saved the best for last, verse 10) "When God saw what Nineveh/America had done, and how they had put a stop to their evil ways, God changed His mind & did not carry out the destruction of the Nineveh/United States of America as intended." The scriptures plainly say: "For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast." (Ephesians 2:8, 9) read it. So if salvation is a gift, can it not be refused, can it not be rejected, can it not be lost, can it not be taken for granted; Or even taken away buy a disobedient sinful lifestyle? The sower parable depicts we receive the word: the birds of the air eating seed that fell by the wayside (Matthew 13:4) and explained in (Matthew 13:18-19) read it. And I've heard some people say oh this is just a parable, that don't mean that really happened. Even though it was a parable Jesus Christ our God never waste time just to run off at the mouth, when he spoke a parable He had a purpose behind it. So read it!In that parable they all heard the word as stated throughout the parable, as some the enemy snatched the word from them, others vaguely paying attention heard the word and not understanding it, with character attacks affiliated with the word felt persecuted and offended, it's easier to just walked away; there were those who were engulfed with their smart phones, and pursuing the cares of this life, and deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, so they became unfruitful. When I talk of "Once a Nobody, now God's body," I'm simply speaking of how the people we think of being unimportant in the world just happened to be the most important people to God in this world. You see they only have God and because they only have God, God is all they need. As this world will soon pass away, so will the people who are lusting after the things of this world, but the poor who are rich in faith they will be with God, Jesus in the Bible refers it as being in Abraham's bosom, let me read that parable: "There was a certain man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and fared sumptuously every day. But that was a certain beggar named Lazarus, full of sores, who was laid at his gate, desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table.Moreover the dogs came and licked Lazarus sores. So it was that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels to Abraham's bosom. The rich man also died and was buried. And being in torments in Hades/hell he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham far off, and Lazarus and his bosom. Then he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he made dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. But Abraham said Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus evil/bad things; but now he's comforted and you're in torment." Today we go on record to acknowledge that we the aged have become like that old oak tree, we want to do our level best to pass on to our children and our grandchildren and any other child that we come in contact with the Good News of Jesus Christ and what He has done for us in our lives. God Himself admonishes us through Moses to do that (Deuteronomy 6:7) read it. What children can learn is by caring for parents it prolongs their own lives, God commands: "Honor thy father and thy mother as the Lord thy God has commanded thee that thy days may be prolonged and that it may go well with thee and the land the Lord by God giveth thee." (Deuteronomy 5:16) read it.Solomon admonishes parents to train their children he says: "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." (Proverbs 22:6) read it. The apostle Paul goes on record by way of his son in Christ Timothy in his writings he says: "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love His appearing." I will reiterate what I said in my previous Resurrection Day Podcast 144. We will understand it better by and by! After we are in heaven and we sit down at the feet of Jesus, He'll explains to us why He came, to lay down His life to redeem us, and why there was no other sacrifice that could be pleasing to God to atone for our sin, it's then I believe we will understand and appreciate all that He did to redeem man. Then this scripture will make more sense, "How he covered our sins, why we're there, why God want see us but Christ in us, not because of what we did, but because of what He did." (Psalms 32:1, 2) paraphrased read it. I am not here to rain on anyone's Easter or Resurrection Day parade, but to wish you all God's blessings. So Happy Easter or Happy Resurrection Day," as I learned later in life that the name Easter really didn't have a biblical origin.I'm hoping either way people come together during this season, remember it was because of the day of Jesus Christ crucifixion and resurrection that we set aside this day. How he helped mankind escape eternal damnation through the shedding of His blood, the one and only true Lamb and Son of God. He brought us justification through His cross. (Romans 4:25) read it. You called the fullness of time; I believe another fullness of time is upon us; that we should come to home to Heaven. Jesus relationship with man was not just a sacrifice for heaven, but His sacrificed was for all eternity to be with man in relationship of sacrifice. And since our union with Him, He will forever be a God-man! Self sacrifice fosters peace, so let A relationship of sacrifice be what we do on a daily basis. We have to sacrifice to coexist here on this Earth, because if everybody was having their own way we would be at war at all times. War within ourselves, war  with others and this whole world would be in chaos. For example: If there wasn't a sacrifice, someone to say: hey it's okay you can have the right away, it's okay you can have that parking spot. Or, It's okay, accidents happen.Or in a relationship, it's okay I forgive you for cheating on me. Or it's okay I know you meant well, these things happen, I forgive you. Or I'm sorry son but because of that ticket, you're grounded from the car. Of all these relationships of sacrifice one thing they do and that is they help maintain the peace. Whatever the case this last sacrifice goes for myself and anyone who listen to my podcasts, "stay the course, I want to see you in heaven. Therefore in the end; let not these words be said of us: "I'm sorry my child, depart from me, I never knew you." (Matthew 7:21-23) read it. There is a reason we as parents should train up our children in the way that they should go, while they're young, so when they grow up, they go out into the world; they will bring good reflections on themselves as well as be a good reflection of you in the community. Being someone to have continue your good reputation in the world. People will see them coming and say oh that's that kid that plays ball over at the college, or that kid who just join the NBA or that new baseball player or that girl who got that number one hit on the Billboard chart, things to make a parent proud of. Although Congress may not have the greatest reputation at this time, but you still would like your child to grow up in the world, to be a good leader in city, state or federal governments. Someone has to step up and lead!Nobody really wants to hear it said, there's that kid who every time you look around, he's in trouble, or in jail. Or about your daughter: She's the one that's running the street and causing her parents so much heartache. A society looks at your child, mark them as a bad kid, a bad reputation, can't make friends. That is not a relationship we can call nice. True we are to love everyone, but if our reputation is bad, society sometimes is not so forgiving. Well, I consider myself having a relationship with God, and being a friend of God although our first conversation He rebuke me as He let me know, that I was called. First off my room got rather warm, in His presence as He began to say: "You are hard-hearted, you are stubborn; but there will come a time when you will do my good pleasures," (I guess because I had never heard or understood his audible voice before, I was wanting to flee, to get away). Then he said: "Fear not! know ye the Lord, He is God and it is I that speak with you." (Then I calmed down and relax as he proceeded to say)"Though you will not listen, there will come a time, when you will do my good pleasures." Then He Departed and my room return with a cool Summer breeze again. I have heard His voice many times via His Holy Spirit but this time was more like He Himself/an angel speaking on His behalf; That I had never experienced before. After which I tried to call my friend and her number just would ring, then I tried to call my mom and the message came on: "We're sorry. All circuits are busy now, please try your call again later." you remember that old  announcement when your call didn't go through. So I had time to sit there and think about what I just heard. I can relate to hard times, we came through some hard times, in our family they're in Georgia, and you think when you leave Georgia and go somewhere else that the times are going to be great, I admit they were better but not great, in essence hard times have always paid me visits throughout my life. In essence when you work hard you still can't make enough to make ends meet/get ahead, you live right and you still get kicked back, you smile and there's still some who will frown back. You love and you still encounter haters. You have some good circumstances, you have some bad ones, you have some good relationships, you have some bad ones, you'll find some people behave good, and some behave bad. But I try to live by the Word of God, I especially like the scripture that says:"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the Earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; though the waters there are moved and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof."(Psalm 46:1-3) read it. Being born to a Christian family, I can understand why my relationships here on Earth are hard, there is a devil, and anybody who will live Godly will have troubles here on Earth. So I can relate well with the statement: "I can't seem to catch a good break." But I'm not bitter I fought the good fight of faith and I am grateful for the life the Lord has led and blessed me with. I only hope my children have learned one thing of me and that is to learn to: "Trust in the Lord their God with all their hearts and lean not to their own understanding; in all their ways submit to God and He will make their path straight." I used the term bon voyage in my podcast here to speak to the heart of those who are taking sail in a new relationship. "Good luck," is not a bad thing, but in Scripture we like to do things intentionally and saying "good luck" is really nonexistent in Scripture, whereas we rather say blessings to you. Our God don't do anything by luck, He knows the outcome before the input, so there's no luck involved; by being all wise and all present and all powerful He can do that, and if we are His children we need to follow in His footsteps. So I meant well in my bon voyage. But never let it take the place of being blessed. A love relationship that sings blesses the person of its affection, there's a song we sing that "You can't beat God giving," and a love relationship that sings, followers in that same vein; they will give their socks off. Even if they have one pair, they'll share!Also a relationship that sings always keep you happy, they find something to smile about even when the world is falling apart and we who live in this day and age really need a love relationship with God that sings, because we can see how Earth's falling apart around us, and we appear powerless to do anything about it, that is if you don't know God. You see the world is dying from fear of what is to come; we have people for years who have committed suicide, because they don't want to face their reality. But  Christians lift up their heads in singing their praises to God. And I'm sure the world looks at them and say: what's wrong with them fools? Don't they know the world's coming to the end! Why aren't they fearful, doing the same thing we're doing: crying & weeping. Ah, may I say something here please, we've been crying and weeping ever since the beginning when sin entered our world, it's time for us to rejoice! Because our redemption draws near!
