Send us fan responses! The journey toward legal sovereignty begins with a profound realization – your name is not you. In this eye-opening conversation, Don Kilam walks through the practical steps of separating your natural person from the corporate entity that bears your name, revealing how this fundamental distinction can shield you from overreaching legal jurisdiction. At the heart of status correction lies a powerful strategy: converting your name into a business entity. "My basic status correction is making your name a business," Don explains, demonstrating how this approach creates a buffer between your living self and the legal realm. When your name operates as an LLC or unincorporated association, you position yourself as the administrator rather than subjecting your natural person to courts that lack legitimate jurisdiction over living beings. The discussion unveils how the current legal system has inverted natural authority. Families once created governments, not the other way around. Don showcases how establishing proper documentation through "Family Bibles" (essentially meeting minutes for your family) restores this natural order. These private records establish your identity outside government-issued birth certificates, which create what Don calls a "civil death" – rendering you property in the eyes of administrative courts.Perhaps most revealing is Don's breakdown of ecclesiastical jurisdiction. Courts operate under canon law (explaining why judges wear robes similar to religious figures), and attorneys hold bar cards representing membership in private associations rather than actual licenses to practice law. "There is no such thing as a license to practice law," Don emphasizes, exposing why attorneys can only represent property, not living people.Through real examples, including dismissed child support cases and courtroom victories, Don demonstrates these principles in action. He shares practical affidavit templates, status correction resources, and strategies for navigating confrontations with a system designed to confuse your identity with a corporate entity.Ready to reclaim your natural personhood and understand the true boundaries of legal jurisdiction? This conversation offers the roadmap and tools to begin your journey toward sovereignty. In "United States Of Pimpin'," Don Kilam shares his perceptions from his street culture to explain the corporate world in a way that may feel uncomfortable yet brutally honest. Send us fan responses! Are you operating as a sovereign individual or unwittingly functioning as government property? The answer lies in understanding the critical difference between nationality and citizenship—a distinction that fundamentally changes how you interact with the economic and legal systems surrounding you.Don Kilam delivers a powerful breakdown of how Americans have been systematically placed under government control through elaborate legal structures most never question. He reveals the stark contrast between informed families who understand their inherent rights as nationals and uninformed families who operate solely as citizens within the public sector."When you're getting public housing, public assistance—if you're getting these things, you're a product of the government. The government owns you," Kilam explains with remarkable clarity. This ownership extends through your Social Security Trust, which actually funds an astonishing $24 trillion of the United States national debt. Every time you use your Social Security number, you subject yourself to countless taxes—even after death through estate taxes, which Kalam describes as "literally a tax on your right to transfer property when you die."The solution? Private family business trusts. Kalam breaks down how these legal entities provide protection from courts and creditors while establishing proper structures for wealth preservation. He distinguishes between legal title (your right to use assets) and equitable title (true ownership), explaining how most Americans only experience "beneficiary use" of their possessions rather than genuine ownership. What makes this knowledge so powerful is its practical application. Rather than merely identifying problems, Kilam provides actionable strategies for establishing private family business trusts that legitimately protect your assets and minimize unnecessary taxation. As he emphasizes throughout, "prosperity is your divine birthright"—but claiming that birthright requires understanding the system and positioning yourself to operate within the private sector.Ready to reclaim your financial sovereignty? LTC Lee Robinson, USA, director of the U.S. Military Academy's American Politics Program and an academy professor in the Department of Social Sciences, joins the podcast to address questions like this. Hailing from Georgia and having graduated from West Point in 2000, Lee now teaches and researches topics like civil-military relations and organizational leadership. In this episode, Lee shares about the cadet ministry that takes place through USMA OCF, led by Field Staff Bob & Tracy Phillips, then dives into complex topics ranging from balancing personal and professional choices to studying the United States' historical approach to religion. If you would like to share your own story, complete the form on OCF's “Be a Guest” webpage. Alternatively, if you have an idea for a guest or topic we should consider for a future episode of the show, send an email to podcast@ocfusa.org. https://www.ocfusa.org/podcastguest/ POINTS TO PONDER As you listen to this conversation with Lee, here are a few questions to ponder in your personal time, with a small group, or with a mentor: Why is it important to understand the historical context of the First Amendment? How does the vague language of the First Amendment impact us today? As you listen to Lee's example of the company commander with the cross on his desk, how would you respond if you were in Lee's position? How do you think you balance your private and public personas? What do you learn from Jesus' example of rejecting political power? “In essentials unity, in non-essentials liberty, in all things charity.” How does this quote from seventeenth-century German Lutheran theologian Rupertus Meldenius tie into today's conversation? In what ways can your life be an example of the gospel and the work of Christ? What Scriptures shape your leadership philosophy, even in ways that might be subtle to the non-believer? Where's the line between encouraging religion and morality and compelling it? What can we learn from the Founding Fathers as they faced tension and disagreement regarding the government's approach to religion? Lee explains that "liberty is freedom to follow laws and freedom of conscience." What are your thoughts on this definition? Why is it important to understand not only what the Constitution says but also why it says what it does?
Last month, President Donald Trump openly questioned the separation of church and state during the establishment of the Presidential Commission on Religious Liberty. Donald Trump's new Commission on Religious Liberty met last week for the first time. When Trump signed the executive order in May establishing the group, he marked the occasion by saying, "We're bringing religion back to our country, and it's a big deal."But isn't the separation of church and state guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution? Can the president just "forget about it" even once? We discuss the complicated answer.Want to support 1A? Give to your local public radio station and subscribe to this podcast. Have questions? In this episode of Uncommon Sense, we're talking about Tucker Carlson's highly discussed interview with Senator Ted Cruz. I'll be sharing my honest thoughts on how it went, why I think Tucker came out ahead, and what this kind of bold, unscripted, and unapologetically frank conversation means for the future of political discourse (spoiler: I'm all for it). We'll go into why I support constructive confrontation—yes, even when it gets "mean" and uncomfortable. The Founding Fathers didn't tiptoe around the truth, so why should we? They debated passionately because the stakes were high. The polite punditry act is wearing thin, and people are tired of political puppets mouthing safe lines. They're craving what we saw here: real conviction, real disagreement, and real questions. We'll cover why I believe Tucker won this exchange: from his biblical literacy to his serious concerns about foreign lobbying groups like AIPAC having a hand in U.S. policy. Ted got visibly nervous when pressed about Scripture, about Israel, and about U.S. involvement in a possible war with Iran. And the question still lingers: Why are we only now suddenly being pushed to act, when Trump was reportedly targeted by Iran two years ago? Most importantly, we'll reflect on Tucker's question—a theological one with deep political ramifications: Who is the real Israel according to God? Is it the modern state that does not believe Jesus is Lord and historically has required a denial of Christ for Jewish returnees? Or is it the true church—those who belong to Christ?I'll share my belief unapologetically: Israel is the body of believers in Jesus Christ. Not those who reject Him. Not those who crucified Him. That's a hard truth, but a necessary one in these last days when clarity very much matters.Faith shouldn't be a popularity contest.--https://www.thebrandsunday.com/products/the-bible-study-physical?srsltid=AfmBOorwAVEYslTlOGA-36_bHHjruNDOebEKWQ6M2115NZZwL8WG_ali

Send us fan responses! The relationship between your identity and true wealth runs far deeper than most people realize. In this explosive session, Don Kilam shatters conventional financial wisdom by revealing a fundamental truth: "You are the bag, you are the money." This isn't metaphorical—it's literal within the legal framework that governs commerce and identity.Kilam meticulously deconstructs the legal distinctions between a "national" and a "US citizen," citing specific statutes like 8 USC 1408 and 15 USC 4724E1 that explicitly define United States citizens as business entities. When you understand that "ownership means liability" and that the entire documentation system functions as a form of contractual magic binding your natural person to commercial obligations, you begin to see why most people struggle financially despite working within the system. The most powerful revelation comes when Kilam explains how private families created governments—not the reverse—and how these established families continue to operate from a position of true sovereignty while the public operates as "peasants" within a system they didn't design. By examining historical figures like Mansa Musa (the wealthiest person to ever live) and the destruction of his legacy through bloodline disruption, we see why establishing your name as a private business entity matters for creating lasting generational wealth. This isn't just about money—it's about reclaiming your birthright. The wisdom shared here challenges listeners to stop functioning as beneficiaries and start operating as trustees of their own commercial identity. As Kilam passionately explains, "A natural person doesn't need a birth certificate" because true sovereignty exists beyond public documentation systems.Ready to break free from financial servitude and learn how to operate in private? 6/13/25 - In today's world, abortion and euthanasia are promoted as “compassionate” choices - but in truth, they are grave evils that attack the very foundation of human dignity. Jim and Father Imbarrato unpack recent developments in the pro-life movement and examine how the rise of the culture of death has been fueled not only by moral confusion, but by a failure of leadership, especially among men in both the Church and civil society. We're calling on men to rise up with courage, conviction, and faith. The Church needs fathers, priests, and leaders who are unafraid to speak the truth, defend the innocent, and protect life at every stage from conception to natural death. The time for silence is over. The time for strong men anchored in truth, humility, and sacrificial love is now.

Today, we're taking a look at the unraveling mayhem situation in California, where Governor Gavin Newsom's failure to lead has allowed chaos to run absolutely wild. Violent riots involving illegal immigrants (most of whom are military-aged men) are breaking out across the state. These individuals are not assimilating, they are disrupting, demanding, and waving foreign flags while burning ours on American soil. As California spirals, it's no surprise that federal intervention has become necessary. President Trump has stepped in where state "leadership" would not. This really isn't about politics, it's about preserving order, protecting citizens, and upholding the rule of law. We are a people who serve a God of justice, not disorder. What's happening is not compassionate, it's destabilizing. California deserves better, and America must wake up before this becomes the norm nationwide. God forbid. Let's talk about what's really going on in California and why prayer, truth, and resolve are crucial right now.--https://www.thebrandsunday.com/products/the-bible-study-physical?srsltid=AfmBOoqJuDPZk6H7VWSxgepSo3RWAJCtIGO9wrHmULH1iMgxSzkJ791_--Order CULTure: https://www.paypal.com/ncp/payment/SLYWFXAB6479S
Send us fan responses! Ever wondered why some families build wealth for generations while others struggle despite hard work? The answer lies in understanding the game of personhood most people never learn.Don Kilam pulls back the curtain on how the legal system classifies individuals through what he calls "amalgamation" - the merging of natural and legal personhood that happens when your name appears in all capital letters on official documents. This isn't random formatting but designates your name as a business entity, creating the foundation for how you're treated within commerce and taxation. While most of us operate with our Social Security numbers as our primary identifier, private families have long understood how to navigate around these limitations. They establish trusts that protect assets and transfer wealth tax-free across generations - explaining the origin of "trust fund babies." Meanwhile, public families unknowingly participate in what Kalam describes as "the public trust fund" through Social Security, subjecting themselves to taxation most could legally avoid with proper knowledge. The most profound revelation comes when Kalam explains that the United States is legally defined as a "federal corporation" (28 USC 3002, section 15A), making citizenship equivalent to participation in a business structure. This corporate framework explains why your last name represents more than just family lineage - it's intellectual property and a potential business asset when structured correctly. For those tired of living paycheck to paycheck while others seem to effortlessly preserve wealth, this episode provides the first glimpse into how informed families operate differently than uninformed ones. The difference isn't just about income but about structure - creating separate entities that receive money for your family rather than having individuals directly receive income.Ready to break free from financial limitations and learn how prosperity is your divine birthright? Send us fan responses! What if everything you thought you knew about the legal and financial systems was designed to keep you trapped in an invisible matrix? That's the provocative question at the heart of Don Kalam's philosophy, which we unpack in this mind-expanding episode. We dive deep into Kalam's controversial "unplugging from the matrix" concept from his Dream Keepers radio podcast, exploring alternative perspectives on law, finance, and personal sovereignty that exist at the fringes of mainstream thought. From the fascinating "straw man theory" (the idea that the government creates a corporate entity in your name at birth) to the ancient Roman concept of "Capitis Diminutio Maxima" and its supposed connection to the use of all-capital letters in legal documents, we examine these unconventional ideas with both curiosity and critical thinking. The episode also unpacks the "letter rogatory" and its bold claims about courts functioning as for-profit corporations rather than institutions of justice. We discuss why these ideas appeal to people who feel disenfranchised by complex systems they don't fully understand, while also highlighting the potential risks of taking these concepts at face value without proper legal consultation. What emerges from our discussion isn't necessarily a roadmap for "escaping the system," but rather an invitation to develop critical awareness about the structures that shape our lives. The real value may not be in the specific actions Kalam recommends, but in how he encourages listeners to question assumptions, conduct independent research, and become more engaged citizens. Whether you're intrigued or skeptical, this conversation will leave you thinking more deeply about personal sovereignty and institutional transparency in an increasingly complex world.Ready to challenge your assumptions? Listen now, and don't forget to share your thoughts on these provocative theories. Which aspects make you curious to learn more, and which ones set off your skepticism alarm? Constitutional Chats hosted by Janine Turner and Cathy Gillespie
Did you know the phrase “separation of church and state” does not appear in our Constitution? The phrase was used by Thomas Jefferson in a letter to the Danbury Baptist Association in 1802. The First Amendment does guarantee “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” What was the intent of the founders in codifying this in the Constitution? Did they intend to keep religion out of government or rather government out of religion? Did you know the phrase “separation of church and state” does not appear in our Constitution? The phrase was used by Thomas Jefferson in a letter to the Danbury Baptist Association in 1802. The First Amendment does guarantee “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” What was the intent of the founders in codifying this in the Constitution? Did they intend to keep religion out of government or rather government out of religion? To help us answer these questions and so many more, we are pleased to welcome Vincent Phillip Muñoz, Tocqueville Professor of Political Science and Concurrent Associate Professor of Law at The University of Notre Dame, as our special guest this week.
Is it appropriate for the church to be involved in legislation in a secular society? Today, R.C. Sproul considers the point at which the church must call the state to account. Send us fan responses! Dive deep into the hidden legal architecture of America with Don Kilam as he unveils the startling truth that the United States is defined in federal law as a corporation, not a sovereign government. With his unique blend of legal expertise and straightforward delivery, Don peels back layers of deception to reveal how this system actually operates. The revelation begins with 28 USC 3002 subsection 15A, which explicitly states "United States means Federal Corporation." This isn't conspiracy - it's codified law. Don explains how this corporate structure operates under bankruptcy, transforming your relationship with government into commercial transactions governed by contract law. Your birth certificate, social security card, and driver's license aren't just identification - they're commercial contracts placing you under corporate jurisdiction. Most powerfully, Don shares the first step toward reclaiming your sovereignty: converting your name into a business entity. "The social is the slave, the EIN is the master," he explains, offering practical guidance on how to reposition yourself within this system. You'll learn why certain communities like the Amish and Native American tribes operate differently and aren't subject to the same financial burdens as average Americans. The episode challenges conventional understanding of our legal system, revealing there are no criminal laws in America - only civil corporate regulations that appear criminal through deception. This explains why traffic infractions and many "crimes" are legally considered non-arrestable offenses when properly challenged.Whether you're new to these concepts or already exploring sovereignty, Don provides actionable knowledge to navigate the corporate matrix. The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution reads ‘Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion. In 1802, founding father Thomas Jefferson, wrote a letter to the Danbury, Connecticut Baptist Convention insisting that their legislature "make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof," thus building a wall of separation between church and state. On April 30th, 2025, SCOTUS heard arguments in the consolidated cases of St. Isidore of Seville Catholic Virtual School v. Drummond and Oklahoma Statewide Charter School Board v. Drummond which could redefine the fine line between religion and government in public education. In this episode, Craig is joined by Frank Ravitch, professor of law & religion at Michigan State University's College of Law. Together, Craig and Professor Ravitch delve into the significant legal topic of SCOTUS and the separation of church and state. Their discussion encompasses the details of these cases, Chief Justice Roberts' prior involvement in similar matters, the complex question of whether faith-based schools should be part of the public charter system, the importance of safeguarding religious freedom, and the potential ramifications of this forthcoming landmark decision.

Context is always key in discussing constitutional law.

Does the Constitution REQUIRE your taxpayer money to fund a charter school developed by the Catholic church? The Supreme Court hears a case that could potentially green light the first faith-based charter school in the nation. Send us fan responses! Prosperity is your divine birthright—but accessing it requires a fundamental shift from public school thinking to private financial knowledge. In this revealing episode, Don Kilam breaks down the critical distinction between "family trusts" and "dynasty trusts," exposing why the ultra-wealthy avoid the term "family" altogether.Did you know "family" etymologically means "servants of a household"? Meanwhile, a dynasty represents "a race or succession of sovereigns governing a country." This linguistic difference reveals why the Rothschilds, Windsors, and other powerful lineages structured their wealth through dynasty trusts rather than conventional family planning. These sophisticated financial instruments can preserve wealth for hundreds of years, bypass probate, minimize estate taxes, and protect assets from creditors and divorces across multiple generations.Don Kalam doesn't just explain concepts—he provides an insider's view of how dynasty trusts are structured through 13 specific articles that cover everything from beneficiary powers to trust governance. You'll learn why these trusts create tax advantages for education, business ventures, and other family expenses that ordinary financial planning simply can't match. This is the same knowledge used by royal families for centuries to maintain their influence despite political and economic upheavals.Ready to stop thinking like a servant and start building a sovereign financial legacy? Today, we're discussing the recent passing of Pope Francis. As a Protestant, I don't hold to Catholic doctrine, and I've had some serious theological issues with the papacy—but that doesn't mean I won't stop to reflect when someone steps into eternity. In this episode, I'm praying for Pope Francis' soul and hoping he had a deathbed conversion—because no one is beyond God's reach. I also hope Catholics choose a biblical pope next time, not one more interested in pleasing the world than honoring the Word. We'll talk about the things he did right—his care for the poor and moments of humility. But we'll also look at the dangerous things he got wrong:Promoting open borders that have devastated countries and erased traditionSaying all religions worship the same God (they don't)Claiming the human heart is good (the Bible says it's deceitful above all things)Ignoring original sin and the fallen nature of manThis is a respectful but honest take on a figure who meant a lot to many—but who, like all of us, needed Christ above all.--https://noblegoldinvestments.com/

Send us fan responses! Imagine discovering that your legal name isn't just who you are—it's actually a business entity that functions within the financial system. This revelation forms the cornerstone of Don Kalam's masterclass on financial sovereignty, where he reveals how understanding this concept can transform your approach to taxation and wealth-building.With remarkable clarity, Don breaks down how wealthy individuals and savvy entrepreneurs leverage tax credits rather than mere deductions to put substantial money back in their pockets. The difference is crucial: deductions only reduce what you owe, while credits generate actual returns. His detailed explanation of research and development tax credits (Form 6765) demonstrates how this single strategy can potentially return hundreds of thousands of dollars to those who properly document their business activities. The discussion moves seamlessly from vehicle write-offs (where vehicles over 6,000 pounds can be 100% deducted under Section 179) to the strategic establishment of unincorporated associations and ministry trusts that operate outside typical taxation structures. These private entities create financial firewalls that protect assets while preserving personal sovereignty. What sets this conversation apart is Don's authentic approach to complex financial concepts. He doesn't just theorize—he shares personal experiences, including his own journey of financial liberation and the mistakes he made along the way. This raw honesty creates an intimate learning environment where listeners feel they've gained access to insider knowledge typically reserved for the wealthy.Ready to reclaim financial sovereignty and apply these powerful strategies in your own life? The Table of Duties is the third section of the Small Catechism that helps us to know our place in life as Christians. Pastors are to live their lives so that they do not become a scandal to the Word of God that they are given to teach to their hearers, and hearers are given to support their pastors financially and gladly hear the Word that their pastor preaches. The civil government must recognize that all authority comes from God and use it to promote what is good and punish what is evil, while citizens should respect and submit to the authority God has vested in civil government, praying for their leaders. Employers and employees are to live and work in relationship toward each other recognizing that God is their ultimate Lord. Rev. Dustin Beck, pastor at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Warda, TX, joins host Rev. Timothy Appel to study the Table of Duties from the Small Catechism. Learn more about Sharathon 2025 and give now at kfuo.org/sharathon. Sharper Iron, hosted by Rev. Timothy Appel, looks at the text of Holy Scripture both in its broad context and its narrow detail, all for the sake of proclaiming Christ crucified and risen for sinners. Two pastors engage with God's Word to sharpen not only their own faith and knowledge, but the faith and knowledge of all who listen. Submit comments or questions to: listener@kfuo.org
