Sorry for the short episode this week MoB Squad - I had some PC issues! But hey - we do have a short boi for ya.. and one that didn't get enough love as a free-view on our Patreon! Spidey Super Stories was a cool concept. It a comic printed in collaboration with The Electric Company and the Children's Television Workshop to help bring fun, easy to read stories to children... in theory. In practice, some stories were misogynistic AF, while others were just stupid. Either way, some fun could always be gleaned from them, and this issue (introducing the Thanos Copter made famous in Loki) is no exception. This was .. just.. a crazy comic. Criminal Macabre is an amazingly dark comic series from Darkhorse Comics that JVD from the Crossover Collision and like 28 other podcasts introduced us to. This comic is.. kinda sexist and toxic. And, shockingly, the worst offender is.. Daredevil? Black Widow gets hit with a full barrel of misogyny this entire issue, and Mike and Zach want nothing to do with it. Zach, on the other hand, has higher standards... usually... but when it comes to Frog-Man, all bets are off!
