The summer of 2000 rolls into August as Extreme Three Way Dance continues its chronological review of the final year of Extreme Championship Wrestling. On Episode 160, JT, Jenny, and Matt break down the July 29, August 4, and August 5, 2000 episodes of ECW TV, as the company continues building toward Anarchy Rulz 2000. With the promotion searching for momentum during a turbulent period, the roster continues to evolve and new contenders emerge. The crew discusses Justin Credible's reign as ECW World Heavyweight Champion, Rhino's continued path of destruction, and the latest developments involving ECW's top stars as rivalries intensify heading into the fall. Along the way, they revisit memorable promos, brutal brawls, standout matches, and the unpredictable storytelling that made ECW unlike any other wrestling promotion. As always, JT, Jenny, and Matt break down every episode with match grades, standout performances, storyline analysis, and plenty of discussion about where ECW was succeeding—and where it continued to face challenges during its final year. Was ECW finding renewed direction on the road to Anarchy Rulz, or were the obstacles becoming too great to overcome? Join us as the Extreme Three Way Dance continues its journey through the history of Extreme Championship Wrestling, one episode at a time. On this episode of The Green Way Outdoors Podcast, the crew brings back everyone's favorite chaotic animal-fact game show: Wacky Wildlife Wonders. Jeff steps into full game show host mode, complete with a wig, whiteboards, strange prizes, and some of the weirdest wildlife trivia we've ever heard. Kyle, AJ, and Ryan try to guess which animals shoot blood from their eyes, sleep in mucus cocoons, smell like bananas when threatened, have human-like fingerprints, and somehow manage to be even stranger than they sound. From horned lizards and honeybees to hippos, koalas, owls, parrotfish, and colossal squid, this episode proves once again that the natural world is way weirder than anything we could make up. #gameshow #animalfacts #conservation #huntingpodcast #fishingpodcast Watch our HISTORY Channel show on: HISTORY: https://www.history.com/shows/the-green-way-outdoors & WAYPOINT TV: https://waypointtv.com/watch/the-green-way-outdoors Follow us on: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheGreenWayOutdoors/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thegreenwayoutdoors/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/thegreenwayout?lang=en Youtube: https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCjR5r6WwXcPKK0xVldNT5_g Website: www.thegreenwayoutdoors.com Watch our HISTORY Channel show on:HISTORYWAYPOINT TVFollow us on:FacebookInstagramTwitterYoutubeOur Website

On Your World of Creativity, we travel around the world talking with creative practitioners, entrepreneurs, artists, and innovators about how they get inspired, organize ideas, and turn imagination into impact.Today's guest didn't just build a successful business—he helped create an entirely new category within the entertainment industry.Richard Foos was the co-founder of Rhino Records and most recently of Shout! Factory, two companies that transformed the way music, television, and film archives are valued, distributed, and monetized. What began as a passion for out-of-print records became a movement that helped define today's streaming culture, vinyl resurgence, and the growing importance of content libraries.Richard's WebsiteRichard's Facebook pageWe'll explore creativity, entrepreneurship, cultural preservation, and what happens when you discover opportunity hiding in plain sight.Guest BioRichard Foos is the co-founder of Rhino Records, one of the most influential reissue labels in music history, and later Shout! Factory, a pioneering company focused on television and film distribution.Beginning with a small record store on Santa Monica Boulevard, Richard and his partner Harold Bronson built Rhino into a globally respected brand known for preserving, restoring, and reintroducing forgotten and out-of-print music to new generations of listeners. The success of Rhino helped establish what many now call reissue culture—a model that transformed entertainment economics by demonstrating the long-term value of existing catalogs. Rhino was eventually acquired by Time Warner and became the catalog development and marketing division of Warner Music Group.Richard later co-founded Shout! Factory, bringing similar innovation to television and film archives. Today he continues advising the entertainment industry while focusing on social impact through organizations including The Narrative Method, Volunteer Collective, Cedars Sinai, and other nonprofit initiatives. His career sits at the intersection of creativity, commerce, culture, memory, and preservation.1: Seeing Opportunity Where Others Saw ObsolescenceRichard, one of the themes we explore on this podcast is creative vision—the ability to see possibilities that others overlook.Back in the 1970s, most of the entertainment industry was focused almost exclusively on the next release, the next hit, the next trend. What led you to recognize value in out-of-print recordings and forgotten catalogs when much of the industry considered them yesterday's news? Was there a specific artist, album, or moment that convinced you this could become a business? How much of that insight came from being a fan versus being an entrepreneur?2: The Soul of the Rhino BrandLooking back at Rhino Records and now Shout! Factory:What was your focus? What work were you really doing beyond selling records and media?Who were you serving? What gave you credibility? What industry assumptions were you challenging? And what larger mission connected all of it?3: Reissue Culture Changed EverythingToday we take streaming libraries, catalog recommendations, and rediscovered classics for granted. But Rhino helped create the blueprint. How did the process of licensing, restoring, packaging, and reintroducing older content evolve into what has now become one of the dominant business models in entertainment? What resistance did you encounter from record labels and rights holders in the early days? When did you realize the model was bigger than a niche collector audience?4: What Audiences Teach Us About CreativityOne of the fascinating aspects of your career is that you've spent decades observing how audiences reconnect with older creative work. What patterns have you seen in how people rediscover music, television, and film from previous generations? And what does that tell us about human creativity, nostalgia, storytelling, and cultural memory?5: The Future of Creativity, Archives, and Cultural LegacyToday, entertainment companies increasingly view their catalogs as some of their most valuable assets.Streaming platforms are built on libraries. Vinyl sales continue to grow. Legacy content often outperforms new releases. What does this shift tell us about the future of creativity and content consumption? And what advice would you give today's creators about building work that remains valuable decades from now?If you enjoyed today's conversation, please subscribe, rate, and review the podcast.

How can architects expand their role upstream in project decision-making, and what happens when live massing, area data, and cost metrics replace fragmented, slow feasibility workflows? In this episode of Practice Disrupted, host Evelyn Lee explores what it takes for architecture practices to show up earlier with clients, entering the room before the brief is fixed and the budget is locked. She is joined by Brad Sara, Principal and Digital Services Lead, and Anton Shaw, Senior Associate, BIM Manager, and Automation Lead at Warren and Mahoney (WAM), a 70-year-old practice named one of the 10 most innovative architecture firms in the world by Fast Company. Together, they discuss how WAM developed Quick Stack, a feasibility playbook enabled by Arcol that brings real-time cost, area, and zoning metrics directly into massing models.Brad and Anton unpack the traditional friction of early feasibility phases, where teams constantly cycle through disconnected tools like SketchUp or Rhino, Excel spreadsheets, and InDesign reports. This fragmented workflow creates version drift, manual data errors, and delayed answers during fast-paced client negotiations. By implementing Arcol within WAM's "One Studio" approach, connecting 350 staff across offices in New Zealand and Australia, the firm enables live, single-environment updates. The moment a design or massing shape changes, the numbers update instantly for the entire team and client. The discussion dives into the business and relationship benefits of swimming upstream. Brad and Anton share how co-designing live with clients and cost consultants builds deep trust, eliminates the traditional "starving artist" dynamic, and enables WAM to generate fees for pre-concept feasibility work they previously couldn't capture. "Architects don't need to become developers. They don't need to become cost consultants or software companies. But we do need to become more fluent in the decisions our clients are making before that project becomes a project." - Brad SaraThey also share practical advice on change management, explaining how targeted rollouts, solving real workflow pain points, and letting computers handle tedious tasks allow architects to focus on strategic judgment and design quality.Guests:Brad Sara is a Principal and Digital Services Lead at Warren and Mahoney. Over a two-decade career spanning New Zealand, Australia, the UAE, Asia, and the US, he has advocated for digital transformation and strategic client partnerships across all stages of project delivery.Anton Shaw is a Senior Associate, BIM Manager, and Automation Lead at Warren and Mahoney. With a background in technical delivery, he specializes in building internal systems, automation workflows, and digital tools that improve project efficiency and overall design quality. This episode is especially for you if:✅You want to learn how Warren and Mahoney uses ArcOL and Quick Stack to unify massing models, area metrics, and cost data in one live environment.✅You are interested in "swimming upstream" to engage clients earlier during site selection and pro forma testing before project briefs are locked.✅You want to explore how live, collaborative feasibility sessions build deep client trust and unlock new revenue streams for early-stage design services.✅You want practical change management strategies for introducing new technology into multi-office practices without causing friction or tool fatigue.✅You want to eliminate manual data entry, version drift, and slow iteration loops between modeling software, spreadsheets, and design presentations. What have you done to take action lately? Rhino conservation in South Africa is not for everyone. It's fraught with security liabilities, risks, and poaching concerns, all in an environment that is devaluing Rhinos. Wicus Diedericks, owner of one of only 2 or 3 white rhino conservation breeding facilities in South Africa, invited Robbie to Rockwood to see the scale of the operation. Wicus has been in a legal fight with the South African government about the trade of legal Rhino Horn. If you want to listen to the first podcast in this series check out episode 605 . Today Wicus and Robbie sit down at Rockwood, on the ground at his facility. From feed to camera to security infrastructure, one thing is clear: these people care about Rhinos deeply. "LET'S GO CATCH A SPIDER." After the lukewarm reception to The Amazing Spider-Man, Sony quickly got to work on a sequel that would be bigger, bolder, and more appealing. Racking up Electro, Harry Osborn, Mary Jane (until she was cut), and Rhino, everything but the kitchen sink was thrown into this with the expectation of Dark Knight numbers. Unfortunately, the film failed to make as big of a splash as they wanted, and coupled with the subsequent firing of Andrew Garfield and the infamous hack in 2014, the franchise was rebooted yet again less than a year later. The second film in the Webb duology has been met with disdain and appreciation over the years, but do its strengths truly overcome its weaknesses? Come join Brian, Alec, Darby, and Trey to find out as they continue the Spider-Manathon and wrap up the Andrew Garfield with THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2!
Bill Eigel comes on to set the record straight, and he doesn't hold back. Marc gives the St. Charles County executive candidate a chance to respond directly to the lying rhino-hat mailer, and together they trace the money straight back to a St. Louis city Democrat PAC tied to consultant Michael Kelly's Show Me Victories firm — the same operation behind Crystal Quade's failed 2024 governor run. Eigel argues the attack proves he's winning, pointing to his conservative record fighting Jeff City rhinos and his intent to cut taxes and property burdens in St. Charles County. The conversation turns to a bigger fear driving city Democrats: Eigel's firm opposition to a city-county merger, even as Mayor Cara Spencer reportedly courts regional leaders toward one. Bill Eigel closes confident, pointing back to his decisive 2022 primary win despite millions spent on similar hit pieces. The Marc Cox Morning Show gives conservatives the real story behind the smear campaign. It's time for one of ECW's biggest events of the year as the Extreme Three Way Dance crew dives into ECW Heat Wave 2000! On Episode 158, JT, Jenny, and Matt break down the entire card from Heat Wave 2000, a show that arrived during one of the most turbulent periods in ECW history. With the company battling financial issues, roster turnover, and an uncertain future, Heat Wave offered ECW a chance to prove it could still deliver the unique blend of violence, athleticism, and unpredictability that made it legendary. The crew discusses Rob Van Dam gaining revenge on Scotty Anton, the continued rise of Rhino as one of ECW's most dominant stars, and Justin Credible's ECW World Heavyweight Championship defense in the main event. Along the way, they break down every match, analyze the major storylines, hand out awards, and examine where this event ranks among ECW's final pay-per-view offerings. Was Heat Wave 2000 a bright spot during a difficult year for ECW? Or was it another sign of a promotion struggling to recapture its former glory? In this first of a two part series on rhino conservation (one of the most delicate, complex and nuanced areas of conservation) Robbie sits down with the fan favorite Slots Media boys (and newbie Freddie) to discuss Rhino conservation on the ground. This podcast was recorded right after a rhino hunt, and just before a lot of fieldwork around Rhino conservation. Robbie wanted to gain their perception and perspective of how they feel about the hunt, generally about Rhino Conservation, BEFORE they spent several weeks learning all about it. Episode 4158 │ June 25, 2026 Belfast burned. The media called it chaos. It wasn't. The same riot cycle ran in 2024 and 2025. Three times is not chaos — three times is a pattern. WHAT THIS EPISODE COVERS Scott Kesterson opens with the Belfast riots of June 2026 — 27 families displaced, 62 fire calls in five hours, a two-month-old carried out of a burning building — and immediately applies two analytical frameworks to strip the media narrative away from the event: the Gray Rhino, Michelle Wucker's concept of the highly probable, high-impact event that is visible for years and ignored anyway, versus the Black Swan, Nassim Taleb's genuine outlier that produces disorganized, improvised, contradictory response. Belfast fails every Black Swan test — the script was identical in 2024 and 2025, the official response read from the same page, and every element of the event was visible in plain sight for a decade — which makes it a Gray Rhino wearing black feathers, manufactured to look like chaos because the media needs you afraid and reactive. The episode then applies the same framework to COVID-19 — the plexiglass barriers, the globally standardized floor stickers, the overnight convergence of identical media language across competitive markets — arguing that a true Black Swan produces disorganized response, and what the world witnessed in March 2020 was organized pre-positioning, closing with Vincit's core thesis: he conquers who endures, not who panics, and seeing the pattern clearly is the only ground worth standing on. KEY QUESTIONS ADDRESSED What is the difference between a Black Swan and a Gray Rhino — and why does Belfast fail every test for a genuine Black Swan while passing every test for a manufactured one? What do the plexiglass barriers, floor stickers, and overnight media convergence of March 2020 prove about whether COVID was an unknowable catastrophe or a pre-positioned organized response? Why does Black Swan thinking paralyze people and keep them reactive — and what happens when you sit still long enough to see the strings instead of responding to the puppet? Robbie is joined by South African outfitter and Helix Program member Ruan of Inkulu Adventures to discuss his 21 years in the hunting industry and the meaning behind building his own safari operation from the conservation standpoint, to the community impact, and beyond. Ruan breaks down the significant costs involved in managing rhinos (security, insurance, fencing, feed, and anti-poaching measures) and explains why regulated rhino hunting provides critical revenue that incentivizes private landowners to maintain and protect rhino populations.
