I was asked recently: What is happiness? My answer - happiness equals Peace. Because happiness is such a fleeting human emotion, we can not rely on this somewhat shallow emotion to dig us out of our far deeper emotions when required.Peace - it's our souls language, which knows far deeper depths that any of our human ego emotions. Peace is ultimate - it is passion, contentment, happiness, depth, acknowledgment, mindfulness and love…. all interconnected into one deep inner knowing. "My daily spiritual practise has made me the richest person in the world. I am rarely ever ‘lost’ these days. Yes - the lights still go off (we are here to grow after all) but as soon as the lights are off, I’m looking forward to that way out - fully aware of the tools on my tool belt that will assist me. Prior to my self practise the lights would go out, and I would feel extremely scared, lost and paralysed. Where as now, I move blindly in the dark almost with a greater sense of peace, because I know I am supported - and my journey through the dark is apart of a much larger picture. If you paid for a terrible cup of coffee, you wouldn’t CHOOSE to keep going back to the same coffee shop and spend your hard earned money on a crappy cup of coffee. So why is it any different when it comes to energy? If you dislike your job or a person you spend time with - why would you CHOOSE to go back and spend your valuable time there if you don’t enjoy it?My question for you today: If you had all of the money in the world right now in your bank account - how would you choose to spend your TIME?

We can either use that energy upon mind and use it for thinking abundantly OR we can stay a victim to life and complain our days away (you will be surprised how often we complain, and how it affects us, even in our own mind quietly). How do we transform scarcity way of thinking into an abundant way of thinking? We just choose different thoughts right? It comes down to our mindset. So we know it comes down to our thoughts - life is a mirror of our subconscious and conscious thoughts. Mostly subconscious - so that is why it is important to do the Self work to heal trauma and any past experiences that has you thinking from a place of lack- it gives us the opportunity to note all areas of our Self, to asses WHERE we think (and there for act) from in order to transform it if we wish. We have a greater, larger, higher self - our spirit.We are also made up of our smaller, more fearful, emotionally charged ego and human self.A lot of understanding can be done in simply acknowledge the two points of difference.You can not escape your human self - you can practise managing it, but we can't escape our human self. Why? Because we are human!So, we must learn to settle in.A lot of spiritual teachers say we must study Self until we reach the highest level of enlightenment- I understand respect this, but to offer a differing opinion - I also think there is so much valuable learning in also experiencing and observing the human life.We have been blessed with this experience - this game of life, it is so important to allow our SELF to actually experience it. Life - in my perspective is about finding harmony in balance.

This has been coming up for me a lot recently in conversations - Living A Vibrant Life.Something that I want to note before unpacking the three tips I have for you today, is the importance of acknowledging what brings you happiness. We must learn what makes us happy.We need to honour what brings us joy. When you learn that truth - we must then delete all of the things in our life that do not make us happy - and follow the things that DO bring happiness.Because happiness = vibrancy. It equals expansion of joy.
Today we are talking about simplicity. Simplifying our thoughts, our relationships, and our environment - allowing us the space to connect with our true Self. Keeping things... simple.

So much of how we think and act is based about our lessons taught to us by family, society, and outside influences - but how do you REALLY feel about these lessons? Today we are looking at 10 lessons taught to us in this life, and learning to define how they (or if they) align with our true nature.
Our physical self is extremely intelligent. Our bodies will let us know when something is not right or something is out of whack. Our intuition will flag a situation, or feeling or thought that doesn't align with our truth. What's great about this is that we get to choose then what we do about these nudges. A lot of people think consistency comes down to motivation and how motivated an individual is, but I must say - I myself, can be HIGHLY unmotivated at times, yet I am still extremely consistent.I really think consistency in our life comes down to how well we use our mind - it’s our perspective.
