Jen and Matt Rhodes discuss the concept of the "parking lot moment," where individuals hesitate to commit to personal growth due to internal conflicts. They share a story of a new club manager whose client left her debit card and delayed starting a 16-week transformation package. The hosts emphasize that such moments often stem from deeper issues like self-worth and identity rather than money or time. They highlight common excuses like "I don't have the money" or "I don't have time" as surface-level and stress the importance of self-investment. The episode concludes with a call to action for you to address your self-worth and take the first step towards personal growth.Listen In!Thank you for listening to this episode of Ignite Your Impact! As referenced in the show you can visit our website at phenixmethod.comJoin our Private Group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/phenixmethodbodyandlifestyletransformations for lifestyle transformation hacks that the pros use.

What if financial success had nothing to do with working harder or making more money? In this episode, I sit down with Kate Northrup (@katenorthrup on Instagram), best-selling author and founder of The Origin Company, to talk about how our relationship with time, money, and energy is deeply connected to our nervous system and sense of self-worth. Kate shares how she broke free from time scarcity, how she healed her money patterns, and why most people unknowingly block their own abundance. Kate Northrup is an author, entrepreneur, and thought leader who empowers individuals to achieve financial freedom and personal fulfillment through innovative time and energy management strategies. She combines practical tools with soulful insights to help people align their goals with their values. We also explore how frequency and financial stewardship work together, why making more money doesn't automatically make you good with money, and how to create wealth in a way that feels effortless. Kate's approach combines neuroscience, embodiment practices, and financial systems to help people step into financial ease—and she's sharing it all inside her upcoming Good With Money workshop. If you're ready to shift how you create, receive, and manage money, this episode will change the way you see wealth forever. And for me, I simply wanted to earn enough to replace my full-time salary. However, over time, how I view money has evolved. As I've talked about before, I now put a lot of my effort into making the business more efficient; optimising our time and the energy required to do our work.Show notes (please leave me a comment with your questions and feedback) » https://paulminors.com/306/If you enjoyed this episode, I'd love it if you could leave me a review.Intro/Outro Music: "Synthia" by Scott & Brendo

When we manage ourselves well, we have more freedom and better lives.” Bob Gilbreath is longtime friend of the Pod, and fellow P&G Alum - who's also a repeat startup founder with two exits. His latest post “Mind on your Money, Time and Freedom” is a continuation of last week's post on time/mind management. For us, we need to remember that money and time are often linked. From the basic, tactical choices — to laddering up to big-picture strategy with a personal story from his childhood that still drives him today. Bob now serves as Co-Founder and CEO of Hearty, a people-tech company, as well as a few other interesting ventures.
In this episode, James Nutter explores the concept of time versus money and how it relates to physicians' lives. He discusses the common belief that time is money and how physicians often equate more time worked with more money earned. However, he also highlights the negative consequences of this mindset, such as burnout and a lack of work-life balance. James encourages physicians to reflect on how they are spending their time and to consider whether they can delegate tasks that don't bring them joy or hire a capable team to help them complete their mission in life. He emphasizes the importance of valuing time as the most precious resource and using money to buy back time and create a more fulfilling life. Time can feel like a subjective experience—different at different points in our lives. It's also a real, measurable thing. The universe may be too big to fully comprehend, but what we do know could help inform the ways we approach our understanding of ourselves, our purpose, and our time. Theoretical physicist and black-hole expert Janna Levin explains how the science of time can inspire new thinking and fresh perspectives on a much larger scale.
