The rate of censorship is at an all time high for those not speaking postive about anything vaccine related... But has censorship just gone to far? We've all seen things on social media platforms that fully deserving of being sensored but often times go unchecked. The irony... Bring a fork, we bout dive into this!

Why do men feel the need to make decisions about a woman's body, what she decided to do with her body is hers and hers alone. So what is the real agenda behind the anti-abortion wave?... let's talk about it over lunch.

Has the history of schooling helped or hurt our youth? Is school more about educating or creating the next generation of workers?

Lunch Time is the most desired 1 hour (or half-hour, for you unlucky ones) of our 8-12 work day. During this time we get to escape the nuances' of our job and escape the presence of annoying ass bosses and co-workers. This is why this podcast exist. My purpose? The goal here is to provide listeners with unique perspectives about life, culture, mental & physical health, society, race, and social norms that impact our world. In all honesty in this house, we going to be brutally honest, some days we may laugh, some we're going to be frustrated, but for sure we're going to experience growth!

It's time for a difficult conversation, I believe that Black Churches could do more form black communities from an economic sense… Black people have been over indoctrinated over and over with the with “scripture” but haven't been given tangible tools to change their lives or communities. Are churches simply businesses, structured for profit? Let's chop it up! (Side Note: Episode will have full length video on YouTube soon!)

It's time for black people to reclaim our power, we have allowed other cultures and groups to profit from our pain and destruction for too damn long! It's has been globally acceptable for black entertainers to disrespect their own race of people for the entertainment of others. We're dying mentally, emotionally, and economically while other thrive and profit from our destruction.

I finally chime in on societal views surrounding the “Bad B****” persona and where it stems from. I don't believe this so-called culture happened by chance, it's something that has been indoctrinated into young women. But from where and how is the million dollar question.

Let's talk about sex, like really talk about sex. Why is it that communicating your sexual desires to your partner have to be a difficult subject. Aren't your needs and wants equally as important as theirs? Also, don't you think you both deserve the opportunity to make changes to improve on you guys sexual experience? Let's talk about it.. or at least try to lol.

The Vaccinators movement has now infiltrated one of our classics, one of the most timeless songs of our generation! I will longer look at this song the same, sleepy Joe Biden will not stop until ALL black Americans are full of his mystery juice.. This is a tactical move to target Black Americans, why?! Because they think we're simple minded dumb-asses who'll be influenced by any and everything we see or here! #FreeLunch

I've spotted a a lot of hypocrisy from the International Olympic Committee, the changing of rule 50 to eliminate black athletes from wearing or standing against racial injustices on a global scale is a bunch of bullsh*t. Racial injustice is exactly why rule 50 was created in the first place, make it make sense!

I've tried really really hard to give some clarity surrounding Bill Crosby's release and the reasons why some black people are overjoyed for his conviction being overturned..However I will add, that sexual abuse of any kind is deserving of the most brutal punishments imaginable. But historically, we've seen the unjust convictions of black men compared to our white male counterparts. I ask that you have an open mind while listening.

It's time someone addressed the overaggressive men who threaten women with violence after being rejected. I'm sick of this wack ass behavior becoming normalized. It's gotta stop, no questions asked!

Joe Biden and the United States government keep giving black people everything we didn't ask for!

Alright I was a fan of his work, but now I have to draw the line. Kevin has pushed the level of disrespect wayy to far. What's his deal!?

No one can convinced me that Asian hate is real and deserving of ANY Bill being passed that supports this “movement.” A 6 year old black kid was shot and almost murder by an Asian man. The man is given a $10k Bond AND IM PISSED!!!!!

Joe Biden is now pushing for black owned barbershops and salons to become covid vaccine hubs across America, 1000 to be exact. This is ANOTHER tactic to pimp the black community into death. They (the evil and corrupt bastard) are trying to use us against ourselves, stay woke people!

I'm sick of the ignorant sports fan who believes that he or she has the right to disrespect professional athletes. Besides being brought up on criminal charges, or fined, or banned, some of you need a good-old fashion A** whoopin!!

I know a hustle when I see one, and I believe that exactly what happening with covid vaccines. Stay woke people.

Dirt devils, Dodge demons, Hell cats, and the Air Hellion 5 won't stop y'all from buying Nike.. I believe this Lil Nas X / Nike release got people fake mad and how there are bigger issues that y'all should be mad about.

Who the hell decided putting Harriet Tubman on a $20 bill was a great idea!? This is a slap in the face for black people, this is nothing more than a token of “shut the hell up and be happy” to African Americans. Take a seat and discuss this. Also, a metal health message to all who have ears to hear. We can go only as far as our healthy minds can take us.
