Listen in as Nicole shares: How the realization that it was her prospects' job to ask about fees and even if they could be lowered that led to a shift in her mindset How getting a parking ticket on a dark rainy night was a turning point The power of moving from objections and negotiations to conversations Having the courage to create your own definition of success and being able to stand in that when around others Her two bits of advice for agents in this current market …and so much more About Nicole I see your perseverance and resilience. Hi, I'm Nicole Mangina, I've been a top-selling real estate agent in the Seattle area for over 25 years. In my quest to not only master business but also have a life I love, I have found a few tricks along the way that make all the difference. I've been sharing these secrets with agents and entrepreneurs since 2010 and find great joy seeing others succeed. The cornerstone of my teachings focuses on the energy we bring to everything we do. The seemingly often overlooked thing is the foundation, catalyst, and turbocharger for everything we do in all areas of our life. Energy is a common word these days, but not many can teach others how to master it intentionally and direct it. Yet, once you figure this out, it's the difference between everything coming together magically and an uphill battle each step of the way. ***WE DO NOT OWN THE RIGHTS TO ANY MUSIC*** Welcome Black!!! This week we got a great show we have a long time friend of Mark on as a guest host. She is a poet and shares some of her work with us and our audience. After some lengthy small talk and opening banter we dive into this weeks topics. We kick it off speaking on men with a "Mangina" and Hate; and somehow transition to the new fashion trend when men wearing D Wade level shorts. Later we speak on Drake sliding in the DM of another man's wife and pose the question would your girl fold if Drake was in her DM. We ask our guest host about what makes "good pussy" and what how they know that their pussy is good. Jules and Dontay attack Mark again, for not liking to hold hands and then Mark flips it on them. We wrap it up speaking on spend the night bags and so much more then finally end the show the way we started it. Today I'd like to talk about angry manginas. These are men that hear the mgtow or mra message that men are oppressed but they don't want to believe that men can be manipulated and controlled by a women. No matter how many rational arguments we bring up as men going our own way they won't hear it. They refuse to believe that men can be covertly controlled and manipulated by women. It's easy for them to see how some women were overtly controlled by men in the past. How women didn't have the right to vote and didn't have the right to their own children if they wanted to divorce their husbands. The overt oppression of women in the past is easy to see, even if you're a simpleton. But if you dig below the surface of the female psyche then you will see how female control over men has never been overt but instead below the surface of the water. Many women know consciously or unconsciously that men love them and love is used by many women as a knife to stab at a man's heart to get what she wants. It's scientifically proven that men fall in love very quickly with women and these emotions can easily be taken advantage of by women. Just walk down any street and women have the power of rejection at their fingertips. Often simply by looking into a woman's direction and having her look away is signal enough that she's not interested in you. The rejection is instantaneous. But I don't want to talk about the law of attraction, I'm here to talk about Manginas and Male Feminists. Why do they do it? Why do they sell other men out and discredit us? You see up until the early to middle part of last year I was one of these guys, defending women and I guess I took on the motto of "Happy wife, happy life." I wasn't married but after almost ten years it sure felt like that in some ways. And I believed that women could do no wrong and that there was always something wrong with me. And that if only I tried harder at being a better man and defending women when men criticized them I would feel good about myself. But that wasn't the case. After many years I felt like I was being used and emotionally pushed away. I thought the way to get closer to women was to do things for them. Once I realized I was being a mangina I got angry because I thought to myself how could someone that smiles, acts polite and isn't mean to me a bad person? They often say that if a person makes you laugh you can't hate them. There is a part of your brain that will like them. That's why people use humor to break the ice. But women smile because it's welcoming and disarms your sense of danger. You see a woman smiling boost her own self esteem and if a persons smile is fake but practiced enough to look real there are truck loads of suckers willing to do things for a woman with a great smile. And many women practice the art of listening to a man speak and pretending to care what he's talking about. Don't believe me? Well how many times has a woman pointed out to you when you aren't listening to her? Your body language, posture and tone of voice change. Most men are terrible at hiding their lack of interest. Now ask yourself how many times you've consciously caught a woman pretending to be interested and listening to what you are saying but eventually you realize she wasn't? For me it used to happen all the time. But anyways, let me get back to Manginas.Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/mgtow/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
For as long as America has been a country, the straight white American man has been king of the hill. But as society changes and culture evolves, the ground beneath that hill is growing shaky. Economically, physically and emotionally, many American men are fighting to maintain a foothold. What it means to be a man today is different than what it meant 20 years ago, says James O'Neil, PhD, a psychologist at the University of Connecticut who studies gender role conflict. There's a paradigm shift occurring in our country regarding what it means to be masculine, and many men have had difficulty adjusting to that transition. That shift might have been a factor in the 2016 presidential race. President Donald J. Trump's vow to make America great again seemed to resonate with the nation's male voters: Exit polls showed the widest gender gap among voters since exit polling began in the 1970s, with men favoring Trump over Hillary Clinton by 12 percentage points and women favoring Clinton over Trump by the same margin—for a total gender gap of 24 percentage points. Tune in and learn about what is dramatically happening to men!

We're ending the third season of the Queen of the Sciences with an apocalyptic bang! Whether you're a fanatical dispensationalist stockpiling canned goods against a rapture that might just leave you behind, or a sniffily disapproving enlightened sort with your own fanatical visions of making the world a better place, we have good news for you: Jesus. History is in his hands, not yours, and you can trust him to bring all things to a place where death and Hades are no more. In the meanwhile, dive into Revelation (no -s at the end, please) for tonic christology, stereoscopic vision, a lament for lost civilizations, and a cure for lukewarmness. Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and talk to you in 2022! (But don't worry—there will be a number of bonus episodes between now and then.) Notes: 1. All this and more in my Theology & a Recipe issue on "Radical Amillennialism: Or, an Open Letter to the Book of Revelation." And while you're there, sign up for Theology & a Recipe! 2. Check out Dad's Joshua commentary, his book on Slovak theologian Osusky entitled Between Humanist Philosophy and Apocalyptic Theology (and our episode about Osusky, too), and his detailed discussion of demythologization vs. deliteralization in Beloved Community pp. 34–36 and elsewhere. 3. Top picks for commentaries on Revelation are those by Mangina and Koester. 4. I read out from the Second and Third Petitions of the Lord's Prayer in my "Memorizing Edition" of the Small Catechism. 5. My book of "parables at the final threshold" was inspired by the vision of the 12 gates of the New Jerusalem standing permanently open: see the book Pearly Gates or listen to our episode about it. We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gyms was founded to provide a place for children of all ability levels to play and grow together. As the only kids gym that offers an inclusive philosophy we have found all children can benefit from our uniquely designed sensory equipment that is specifically designed to aid children with sensory processing disorders. However, in our experience, all children are able to benefit greatly from this equipment and by allowing children of all ability levels to play together they are able to learn a great deal from each other and become the best motivation for success on every level. The staff at We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gyms are comprised of the most caring, understanding and energetic people around. We have a host of staffers and volunteers who come to us in order to assist our gym and its goal of aiding children with special needs in growing beyond the expectations of doctors and therapists. Often a therapist for a child with special needs will attend the gym with the children in order to observe and provide their therapy while using the equipment in our gym. This allows kids the access they want to the amazing equipment while the therapist is able to take advantage of the support and availability of the staff and equipment which might not be present in other settings.
