Prayers & Bible Study x Lekeshia Cody Happy Tuesday!! Welcome back! So good to have you on :) Ladies, we are officially in the last month of 2024. December. And let me tell you, this is a moment where you can either coast through to the end of the year or you can lock in and position yourself for what God has ahead of you for 2025. This is the time to reflect, assess, and truly lock in on the areas of your life that need focus and attention. Maybe you've been distracted by the busyness of life, financial struggles, relational disappointments, or even the weight of past mistakes. Maybe you've been feeling overwhelmed, just trying to make it through, but God is calling you to do more than just survive. He's calling you to lock in on your purpose, on your goals, and most importantly, on Him. It's time to lock in spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. It's time to take your position and build the life God has destined for you. As we reflect on Nehemiah's journey and look at the significance of this month, especially as we are in the month of Kislev on the Hebrew calendar (which falls around November/December), we see God is calling us to finish the year strong and focus on the work He has set before us. The month of Kislev is marked by dedication—a time for us to commit and dedicate ourselves to the tasks God has placed before us. Today, I want to challenge each of you to lock in just as Nehemiah did: focused, steadfast, and determined. This is the moment to reflect, assess where you've been, where you are, and where God is calling you to go. Just like Nehemiah, we must ask ourselves, “Why should I come down from what I'm doing?”

When God Says 'Be Still': A New Season Begins

In today's study, we're diving into what it means to live with a “dangerous anointing” and the signs of a life set apart by God. Often, those who are truly anointed find it difficult to recognize or believe it because of the constant challenges, setbacks, and spiritual attacks they face. But it's important to realize that this resistance isn't a sign of weakness—it's one of the clearest indicators that you're dangerously anointed. The enemy doesn't target those who lack power; he goes after those who are a threat to darkness. Many anointed individuals experience heavy resistance, isolation, self-doubt, and relentless obstacles. Yet, even in the midst of these battles, God's purpose and power in your life remain undeniable. Today, we'll unpack what being anointed really means, explore the biblical signs of an anointed life, and discuss how we can persevere and tap into our fullest power, even when facing opposition. Because when you push through, you become your most powerful self—destroying yokes, breaking chains, and shining God's light into the world. And remember: even when the enemy attacks relationships or brings setbacks, God has a perfect plan for His anointed. As Psalm 84:10 reminds us, "Better is one day in His courts than a thousand elsewhere.”

Ladies, tonight I want to speak to those who feel like they're on their last leg, just about ready to throw in the towel. Many of us are worn down, like someone in the ICU, uncertain if we can even make it through. The enemy has come at us from every angle, using every trick to steal, kill, and destroy—to distract us, to pull us away from God's plan. But even when it feels like we can't push any longer, we must remember that God still has a purpose for each of us. _____ Tonight's Topic: Girl, Pull Through Tonight's Scripture: John 10:10 NKJV "The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." (NKJV) In this verse, Jesus combats the enemy's plans with His own purpose. While the enemy's goal is to bring harm, Jesus promises a life filled with purpose, joy, and abundance. This abundant life isn't just about material things—it's about a deep, fulfilling relationship with Him that transforms every area of our lives. It's about living life to the FULL.

Breaking the Cycle of Inconsistency: Don't Let the Enemy Trap You! One of the biggest traps the enemy loves to set, especially in a believer's life, is the spirit of inconsistency. Many of us can admit to recognizing areas of inconsistency in our lives—whether it's in our thoughts, health, relationships, workplace, or even in our relationship with God. Inconsistency can manifest in so many ways. Some people struggle with it on a daily basis, while for others, it appears sporadically. But regardless of how it shows up, it has the potential to hinder our progress and keep us from experiencing God's best for our lives. In this episode, we'll explore how to identify the root of inconsistency and eliminate it from our lives. The enemy would love nothing more than to keep us trapped in a cycle of inconsistency, but together, we can break free and walk in the fullness of God's plan.

Happy Tuesday!! Welcome back! So good to have you on :) Happy new month! Happy August! Are you feeling it too? That sense of change that's hard to put into words? You're not alone. Many of us sense that God is moving in our lives, even if we're unsure of exactly what He's doing in this season. Maybe you feel like God is pulling you away from certain people, places, things, and habits. Perhaps there's a sudden hunger for God's word, or a feeling that you're in a season of transition that's not as comfortable as you'd like. We might be tempted to ask God for an ETA or a tracking number for His plans. Feeling weary in well-doing, some of us may even turn back to old or wrong ways. It's common to feel defeated, discouraged, cast down, forgotten, or even at peace, content, joyous, and happy. These feelings, whether sudden or lingering, have left many of us with questions. What is God doing in this season? What is He saying? Join us as we explore these questions together.

We've been in a series called "Eat This Not That," and honestly, it's been a life-changing teaching series. So far, we've covered how to pray, talked about different spirits and how they impact you, how to get delivered, and how to identify spirits and strongholds. These are all necessary in order to possess the promise that God has for our lives. Think about it: if we don't pray for, against, and identify certain attacks and spirits that are trying to hinder us from reaching our destiny, then unless God sends divine intervention, the enemy will always try to block God's plans. We are in an all new series called Eat This Not That. Last week we talked about Prayers That Availeth Much (How to Pray). That teaching was practically a prayer training. Many people reached out after the study advising how the study impacted them and changed their perspective on prayer. This week we are going to continue on with the series. While it's important to know how to pray, who you're praying to, what you're praying for, it's also important to know your enemies. A lot of times, our prayers aren't effective because we haven't identified the real enemy. The bible says in Hosea 4:6 that my people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge. We don't want to continue being destroyed, we want to be able to identify Satan's devices. This is all part of having spiritual intelligence. The kingdom of darkness is a spiritual kingdom, it's spiritual in nature (see Jude 6) Satan's kingdom of darkness has twelve systems that exist: Social system (culture, entertainment, language, marriage, family) Entertainment Environmental Economical Educational Technological Religious (anti-God, atheist, humanistic) Governmental 4. God has given us the power and authority to expose Satan's tactics and overcome every attack 5. Satan has set himself up to be a god in the earth realm 6. Satan and his demonic minions (cohorts) have the ability to oppress, possess, and terrorize humanity 7. Satan has a sophisticated economy - to be sophisticated means to have a great deal of worldly experience and knowledge of fashion and culture 8. The kingdom of satan is the kingdom of darkness

Heeyy yall!! Last week we kicked off the Parenting Series talking about The Dismissive Mom. So many moms were blessed by that message and even reached out afterwards. Some of them are still reaching out. What I would like to say is that I am so proud of you all for having the courage to listen in, and having the desire to take action, heal, and be better for not only your kids but for yourself. As we mentioned last week. It's not that we don't want to be good parents, sometimes it's just that we feel we don't know how to and as a result we don't. I want you who are listening in to take this opportunity to forgive your parents and grandparents for what they didn't know. Many of them did the best with what they had and were given. Does this make it okay? No. however as parents, and as a mom, what I realized is that I have to extend the same grace that I would hope and pray my children will extend to me one day because they fact of the matter is that we are all still figuring it out. So tonight's message is for those of you who is like, I never had the model. I don't even know where to start. I don't know how to be a mom or a parent.

Heeyyy yall! What I know about God is that He is not only concerned with the material and the outer blessings, He's concerned with us as a whole. God want us thriving in every area, starting with our family. Not enough people in ministry are talking about how to be better parents. As a result, we are left to raise broken children being raised by broken parents, who were once broken children. We pray all the time about breaking generational curses, however we have to put some action behind those prayers. I know I always say that our bible studies are for everyone, including those without children, however if you don't have children yet, you may want to stick around because, if i knew in advance what to do and what not to do, I would have been better for it. I will warn you, or say: Trigger Warning This is not intended to crush you in spirit, the intention is to bring awareness which will bring about change and transformation. Knowledge is power. The bible says in all thy getting, get understanding.
