The NFL regular season is right around the corner, and this episode begins with all of the fantasy-relevant nuggets since cutdown day earlier this week! While Kenyan Drake landing in Baltimore shouldn't be ignored for fantasy purposes, neither host thinks it means bad news for JK Dobbins. They also agree you should mostly ignore the Trey Sermon signing in Philly, but Sony Michel's move across the country could have significant impacts for both teams involved. After getting caught up on the latest news, the second half of the episode is all about the tight ends. You didn't think they forgot about the position, did you? There's not much debating Kelce and Andrews at the top, but Bart tries to convince Andrew that Kyle Pitts belongs in a Round 3 tier of his own. Andrew then provides a great case for Dalton Schultz at the top of the next tier, and both guys agree that Hockenson over Goedert is the way to go. Things get a little crazy after the top-8, but hang in there for good discussions on players like Cole Kmet, Zach Ertz, David Njoku, Albert Okwuegbunam, and so many more! While Carroll presents plenty of excitement for the stretch run, things aren't quite so rosy for deposed Padres closer Josh Hader. Things have gotten so rough for Hader lately that it begs the question: Is he (gasp)...droppable? Then there are all the fantasy superstars who are either returning from an injury or dealing with a new one. They start at the top debating whether or not Cooper Kupp or Justin Jefferson should be the first receiver drafted, and they get all the way to receivers like Joshua Palmer and Jamison Crowder toward the end. But there's plenty to discuss in between like whether or not Davante Adams is still a first round pick in fantasy drafts or can Michael Pittman, Jr. break into the top-10 WRs with Matt Ryan as his quarterback? Andrew has Courtland Sutton well above Jerry Jeudy, and Bart likes Darnell Mooney to take another step in his third year in the league. Topics include: -Josh Allen is number one, but who's number two: Patrick Mahomes or Justin Herbert? -Is Jalen Hurts a top-six fantasy QB? -Do we need to downgrade Dak Prescott or Aaron Rodgers because of WR concerns? How about Matthew Stafford because of his elbow issue? -Is Trey Lance ready to be a QB1? -Is a big season in store for Jameis Winston and/or Trevor Lawrence? -How does Zach Wilson's knee injury affect his stock? -Will offensive struggles doom Daniel Jones and Mac Jones? -Will Desmond Ridder be starting for Atlanta by midseason? Dameon Pierce is another rookie in an even better position in Houston to be the lead back, but the guys talk about why you might want to pump the brakes a little on Ken Walker in Seattle. As for receiver rooms, injuries to Tim Patrick and James Washington have opened the door for KJ Hamler in Denver and Jalen Tolbert in Dallas to move up the rankings.
