In episode 2 we are joined by two SOUL GIVING friends in Jasmine and Samm. We hold space for them to share their walks in and through forgiveness. They talk about combatting the damaging thoughts and growing deeper in faith. We touch on forgiveness as a choice rather than a feeling. We talk friendship and what it means to be the face of Jesus everyday to others around you.Grab some coffee, tea or some chips and GUAC (our personal fave) as we navigate these stories of forgiving others but most importantly forgiving ourselves.Let's Walk Now!Theme Song: Walk After Falling by Julian R GarciaClosing song: We're Gonna Get There by Patrick Mayberry
In the very first episode, Julian breaks down his own walls to show up with vulnerability in self doubt, attachment to his image, and self realization. He challenges Kathryn to be bold in calling him out as he accepts his own areas of weakness.Join them as they cover mental blocks, self doubt, running 5k's, yoga, and letting go.Let's Walk Now!Theme Song: Walk After Falling by Julian R GarciaClosing song: We're Gonna Get There by Patrick Mayberry
