Cam Cooksey opens episode 61 sorting out his sound (Jackie was "spreading misinformation," of course) before settling into a warm, upbeat walk through the week's Truth Social posts. His signature optimism carries throughout, with plenty of tangents, chat love, and a would-you-rather game to close things out. The heavier material comes early. Cam shares his long held theory that Operation Warp Speed was a response to a broader 2020 assault on the country, and unpacks Trump's post throwing Fauci to the wolves. From there it's lighter and more celebratory: the ongoing beautification of America and D.C. as Trump's "state" to clean up, the Todd Blanche nomination fight with Cornyn and Tillis, and a look at the Israel, Qatar, and Hamas peace angle via a Naftali Bennett article on October 7th funding. He wraps with Guard Vegas hype, a boomer TV trivia detour, and a hopeful Forrest Frank outro. Keep it flowing.
Cam Cooksey dusts off the cobwebs and returns to Flow after a short break, and he's in a reflective, patriotic mood. This one is less breaking news and more a warm celebration of America turning 250, the golden age of national beautification, and why building beautiful things matters even when the world tries to take them. Expect Cam's signature ridiculous humor (yes, there is a "no pants hour" disclaimer), a detour into World Cup drama and camera cables that may or may not be cheating, and a genuine bit of theology on beauty being downstream from God. He walks through Trump's West Wing renovations, the newly renamed Trump International Airport (complete with a tongue in cheek "decode exit 69B" moment), and a spicy Iran post. He closes with a thought provoking Orwell versus Huxley reflection on truth, noise, and indifference. It's a timeline cleanser, as one viewer put it. The self driving cars story? Saved for next week.
AI needs vast data centres to power it but communities around the world are increasingly pushing back against the large, ugly “sheds” appearing on their doorsteps. In the US, one proposed Utah data centre is set to be larger than Manhattan. Meanwhile, architects in the UK are looking at ways to make data centres more attractive, functional and useful to local communities. So Danny Fortson and Katie Prescott ask whether better design, waste-heat reuse and local benefits could make AI infrastructure more acceptable.Plus, Danny speaks to Jason Kelly, co-founder and CEO of Ginkgo Bioworks, who explains how AI and biology are coming together through autonomous “cloud labs” that could transform scientific discovery.Would you hate data centres less if they were more beautiful? The National Endowment for the Arts has been with us for sixty years, coinciding conspicuously with the ascendancy of nihilistic works that pollute our public spaces. Justin Shubow aims to change all of that. He's a top candidate to chair the NEA under the second Trump administration and has a particular interest in the proper design of federal architecture. What have columns and Roman arches to do with the re-moralization of the free citizen? Listen in to find out. Plus, James, Steve and Charlie adjust to Biden's just-declared 28th amendment; they work their way through the confirmation hearing highlights; and lose themselves in a David Lynch-like daydream.- Sound clips from this week's open: David Lynch on movies (KGSM MediaCache) and “Mr. Baseball” on family (MLB Media)

As he sat down with The Fellowship recently, Jordan Marcellino quoted Isaiah 58:12 when telling how God called his family back to Israel—to live, to work, and to restore the beautiful Holy Land he calls home.“Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings.”And today, the holy work of rebuilding, repairing, restoring, and raising up the Holy Land is being done through the Beautiful Land Initiative (BLI), founded by Jordan and his wife Hillary in 2015. With a wide array of projects—from voluntourism cleanups to beachside bins, from education to archaeology of the land of the Bible—BLI connects those who stand with Israel to the Holy Land that they love, making it even more beautiful in the process.Jordan chatted with The Fellowship at the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB) convention in Nashville, TN, sharing of Israel's beauty, of God's call to him, and how the Beautiful Land Initiative is inspiring and empowering all of God's people to appreciate and take ownership of His Holy Land. For more information on today's episode visit mybiblicalroots.org.

Our conversation today covered several food-related topics as we chatted with several Virginia Cooperative Extension agents about their various programs. Karen Poff, Senior Extension Agent, Family & Consumer Science, Virginia Cooperative Extension office is based in the Warren County office, but serves all five surrounding counties. She also manages the Northern Shenandoah Valley Financial Education Program. Hannah Copp, is an Associate Extension Agent in Family and Consumer Sciences, focusing on food, nutrition, & health. Joanne Royaltey is a Program Associate with Frederick County Cooperative Extension, and an Extension Master Gardener. Karen gave details about the Super Pantry program. The Super Pantry program is a six-week course during which families receive instruction about food preparation, basic budgeting, food safety, and other life skills. Super Pantry offers low-income families the tools to improve nutrition, overall health, and self-sufficiency. In addition, the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank provides families with food boxes for the duration of the program. Super Pantry is a collaborative effort between the Food Bank, the Virginia Cooperative Extension, and the Smart Choices Nutrition Education Program (SCNEP). A registered dietician from the Virginia Cooperative Extension teaches each session. For more information about the program, reach out to Kimberly Costa, FNP Program Assistant via phone 540-665-5699 or email kimcosta@vt.edu Hannah gave us some insight into the food and nutrition programs she offers and talked about the benefits of food preservation.
