Today’s episode is a bit different from the regular Ask Annie episode, because this question was something I got asked personally. “Why should I pay for easy things?” If you are just starting your business, you may have had to decide whether to hire a VA who can handle the easy tasks or not. Of course, if it’s easy then, why not just save the money, right? In doing business, there may be a lot of tasks that are easy to do; however, it can take up time. If you spend your time finishing these easy tasks, then you’ll have less time for the hard things. If you try to both, it will only tire you out faster. For full show notes head to Brainy Boss. The featured Brainy Boss listener question for this week is: “How to do I find the motivation to get stuff done that I don’t really want to do?” Motivation is generally the willingness to do a task or work. That is why many people believe that without it, you can’t achieve anything. In this episode, we talk about why discipline is better than motivation, and how to improve on your self-discipline.
