Courses, cuisine, ménage, lessive, accompagner les enfants à l'école, puis leur faire faire les devoirs... Peu de personnes se précipitent pour réaliser ces tâches domestiques. Alors que nos quotidiens sont déjà bien rythmés par le travail, il faut encore s'occuper d'organiser la vie familiale de retour à la maison. Si certains ont l'opportunité d'embaucher une aide, pour la grande majorité, les tâches domestiques reposent sur les épaules du foyer. Et surtout sur celles des femmes. En France, par exemple, 68% des femmes font la cuisine ou le ménage chaque jour, contre 43% des hommes, selon l'Observatoire des inégalités. Un partage inégalitaire qui accroît leur charge mentale et fait croire aux enfants que seule maman sait s'occuper de la maison. Sources de disputes, de sentiment d'injustice, de pertes de temps, les tâches domestiques finissent par gâcher la vie de couple et familiale. Comment améliorer le partage des tâches ?
