In the fifty-fifth episode of Collecting Real Estate, we interviewed Anne Marie & Jeromie Sheldon from Spero Equity Management. Jeromie and Anne Marie Sheldon along with their six children reside in Grand Island near Niagara Falls, NY. Jeromie was stationed at the Niagara Falls AF Reserve base, and retired from the Air Force on Oct 1st of this year after serving as a pilot for 24 years. He was recently hired by UPS to fly 747 cargo planes overseas from Anchorage to Asia, Europe & India. Anne Marie, is a real estate professional, and a licensed physical therapist. Their real estate investing journey began with SFH rental in 2015 and moved into multifamily March of 2019 when they attended a real estate conference. Currently, they are LPs in over 2,000 doors, independent GPs on 17 units, and recently started a LTR business renting beds to UPS and FedEx pilots in Anchorage, AK. Their long term goal is to use the proceeds from real estate investing to establish a healing/wellness center for veterans with PTSD.
