Another loaded week of sports law. Juwan Howard (5:41) slapped Wisconsin assistance coach Joe Krabbenhoft. Was the 5 game suspension enough? Will we see other punishments come down? Brian Flores (17:46) was hired by the Steelers as Senior Defensive Assistant and will be the linebackers coach. How does this impact his lawsuit? Does it help his case that he took a "step back" in terms of his position with the Steelers? Bruce Beal's (28:42) right of first refusal is in jeopardy if there is a forced sale of the Dolphins from Stephen Ross. The right of first refusal only kicks in when there is a voluntary sale by Ross, but in a forced sale situation, the NFL may have the authority to prevent the right of first refusal clause. Dan Wallach has more here. It is reported that a confidential settlement was paid by the Dallas Cowboys (32:03) for $2.4 million in 2015 regarding voyeurism allegations against Richard Dalrymple, Cowboys longtime senior vice president for public relations and communications. Dalrymple recently retired, holding his position at the Cowboys for 7 years after this settlement and these allegations. Should the House Oversight Committee expand their investigation of the Washington Commanders to include the Dallas Cowboys organization? Deshaun Watson (47:36) is back in the news as Watson's attorney Rusty Hardin states that the District Attorney's office should be making a decision to bring criminal charges by April 1. *** Have a topic you want to write about? Greeny begins with some presidential trivia from Hembo as ESPN NFL Insider Dan Graziano joins to help answer the trivia and give insight on the situation in Green Bay with Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams. The Wendy's Big Show Hour One: We had planned on opening the show with an NBA All-Star Game recap. That changed when Juwan Howard and Greg Gard had a heated exchange after Wisconsin men's basketball's win over Michigan. The scuffle included Howard laying a hand on Wisconsin assistant Joe Krabbenhoft and players throwing hands, too. Sparky, Gary, and LeRoy react to the postgame theatrics and hear from the callers and Jim Polzin from the Wisconsin State Journal.
Unfortunately a time out led to pandemonium and a scrum.Juwan Howard the head coach of the Michigan State Basketball team struck Joe Krabbenhoft with a open hand slap to the side of the head after Wisconsin's head basketball coach Gard was less than professional in the congratulatory line up. Coach Gard was antagonistic annoying and bothersome and Howard became agitated about the two time out calls by the Wisconsin's Head Coach. However, during their scrum Howard struck Krabbenhoft who uttered some words further a displeasure to Howard but the slap the scrum and the mini melee was a complete spoof up by Howard. We want to wish Kelly Smiley the freelance photographer a speedy recovery as she fell from a scaffold while attempting a strategic shot of Super Bowl Champion Matthew Stafford yes the CANCER CULTURE VULTURES WERE OUT IMMEDIATELY BUT IF YOU ALL LOOK IT WAS WATER IN STAFFORD'S HAND NOT A ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE AND HE WAS SHOCKED AND DISPLAYED EMOTIONS WHEN HE SAW HER FALL! as far as brands are concerned the customer service industry since the pandemic is one of the worst industries as consumers scramble to pay bills and make payment arrangements the agents that they talk to do not report the correct information to the consumers profile causing derogatory marks there needs to be a watch dog group for this industry . Congratulations Stephen Curry the first recipient of the Kobe Bryant All Star trophy as he scored 50 points and set ALL STAR 3 point record
