The Adventures y el remix de 1985 “Send My Heart” publicado como single en 1984 contando con un Extended Mix en el formato de 12 pulgadas, pero un año después se publica en Estados Unidos con la remezcla que podéis escuchar en este podcast. Aztec Camera y la versión 12 pulgadas de “Somewhere in My Heart” del año '88, esta versión tiene mucho mas fuerza que la versión de 7 pulgadas, lo mismo ocurre con “Sanctify Yourself (Extended Mix)” de Simple Minds. Ese paso fue construido a base de Besos, con Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me el grupo de Robert Smith rompió todas las barreras de un 1987 muy musical que marcaría el rumbo de sus siguientes años. Con su séptimo trabajo de estudio, The Cure consiguieron abrir las puertas del mercado estadounidense vendiendo un millón de copias de este disco doble de 18 canciones que muestran las relaciones amorosas desde distintos puntos de vista.  “La razón por la que este disco es tan diverso es porque ha habido aportaciones de los cinco, que es algo que nunca había pasado”, señala Smith es una entrevista.
