Adam Gontier and Matt Walst celebrate the release of Three Days Grace's new song, "Mayday," open up about how Gontier returned to the band and tease a new album for 2025.

The guys from Three Days Grace dropped a new single today called 'Mayday'. That's the start of what they have going on. Drummer, Neil Sanderson joined the show to discuss the single, bringing Adam Gontier back into the band, and more. He also told me about the record label he co-owns with producing legend, Howard Benson.  Wolfgang Van Halen is up second. He came through Detroit with 3 Doors Down and Creed, so we talked for a few minutes before soundcheck. He told me about playing at the Rock Hall induction ceremony last month. Insane that he got to jam Ozzy's 'Crazy Train' with so many rock legends. We talked about opening up shows, working on new music, and his first year or marriage for starters.  Thanks for listening!

MUSIC Garth Brooks has been accused of sexual assault and battery in a lawsuit filed yesterday in Los Angeles. In his tear-jerking video for his new single “Temporary,” Eminem reveals that he's going to become a grandfather. The song, included on the rapper's latest album “The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce),” is dedicated to his daughter Hailie Jade, who surprises her father at the end of the video by gifting him a jersey that reads “Grandpa” with the number one on it and a photo of her ultrasound. Three Days Grace have announced that original singer-guitarist Adam Gontier has rejoined the band -- and current singer Matt Walst is sticking around too. On Wednesday the band posted an audio message on their social media with Gontier leaving a message for Walst saying he was going to be late getting to the studio. A few hours after the Three Days Grace announcement Saint Asonia, Gontier's band with Staind guitarist Mike Mushok, posted a note on their social media that said "Thank you for all of your love and support. Catherine wasn't born into the cult of Jehovah's Witnesses. There was a lot of abuse and bullying that went on in her home, both parental and from her siblings. Her family was lacking love, and one day she thought that she found it when she met a young man. That young man ended up bringing her to Jehovah's Witnesses, and she took to what she thought was “The Truth”. Eventually she would realize that both her husband and the Witnesses around her, including a sister that became her best friend, were narcissistic. Throughout her journey with them, she would look for love from emotionally unavailable people, mirroring her upbringing, only to eventually find a relationship through her ministry work that led her to realize that she was the one that needed help.
