Äntligen ska vi prata om 1700-talet igen, nämligen Jacques-Louis Davids ikoniska målning “Marats död” från 1793, som finns på Kungliga museet för sköna konster i Belgien och i en kopia från 1800 på Louvren. Davids tavla visar den döende tidningsmannen, revolutionären och politikern Jean Paul Marat och det är en vacker och stillsam död vi får se här. Inget får en att ana den rafflande och våldsamma historiska berättelsen som ligger bakom motivet. Målningen härstammar direkt från den franska revolutionens epicentrum. Målaren David och motivet Marat var inte bara vänner, utan båda politiskt aktiva i Nationalkonventet under den franska revolutionen. Medan Marat inte överlevde revolutionen, kunde David med nöd och näppe undgå giljotinen. Nuförtiden räknas konstverket till ett av de viktigaste i den franska konsthistorien, men då det begav sig fanns ingen plats för den i Frankrike. Konstnären själv fick rädda undan tavlan, gömma den i flera år och ta med sig den till sitt exil i Belgien, där den finns än idag. Jacques-Louis David är en av de viktigaste målarna i den franska konsthistorien, men när han gick bort, nekades han till och med att bli begravd i Paris. Some say that Mashiach (the Messiah) will arrive on the scene first and organize the building of the Third Temple. Others say that the Third Temple will be constructed first, and then Messiah will appear. ANSWER: The Third Temple will be built first, before Mashiach arrives; however, there will be a FALSE mashiach appear on the scene before the REAL Messiah appears to Israel. The Prophet Daniel was given a message by the Angel Gabriel that in the future the False Mashiach will command that the sacrifices and offerings in the Temple be stopped. This, of course, substantiates the fact that the Third Temple will be built. (Tanakh: Daniel 9:27)In 1,000 B.C.E. the Tabernacle of G-d was in Jerusalem (Psalm 76:2 תהילים)—and knowing that Satan did NOT invent Islam until 1,700 years later ―the “power players” in Israel have a clean shot for the goal. However, Temple service can NOT begin without the “parah adumah” (Red Heifer). Based upon Numbers 19:1-10, a red heifer without spot or blemish―that has never been yoked―must be sacrificed before the Temple can be built. In 1987 the Temple Institute inaugurated its “Raise a Red Heifer in Israel” program. Due to laws restricting the importation of live cattle into Israel, the Temple Institute imported frozen embryos of red angus, implanting them in Israeli domestic cows. “This is the statute of the law that the Lord has commanded: Tell the people of Israel to bring you a red heifer without defect, in which there is no blemish, and on which a yoke has never come.” (Torah: Numbers 19:2) ■ THE TIMING OF ITS CONSTRUCTION The timing of the construction of the Third Temple will have intercorrelation as follows: G-d, Geopolitics and Gas. ◙ G-D Because of the return to ONE language (Binary 0-1-0-1) and ONE goal (Globalism), G-d has already planned the future destruction―AGAIN―of the Global Sytem: Babel. Just as biological evolution is driven by the survival of the fittest genes in the gene pool, cultural evolution may be driven by the most successful memes.— Richard Dawkins ► An amusing or interesting item (such as a captioned picture, image, GIF or video or genre of items) that is spread widely online especially through social media. The power of a meme is insane, they widespread in a matter of seconds over multiple different social media platforms. Reaching millions of people usually becoming rapidly popular on a scale of humor and relatability: both contributing factors that have the power to influence the average individual. Memes were used very effectively during the 2016 Presidential campaigns in the USA. And―probably―will be used moreso in the 2020 campaigns … as well as in Israel and in Europe. But have you ever considered that memes not only influence your political alignment(s) … but also your eternal alignment?! Have you also considered that memes can―and may―be created, designed, and anointed by “other than human” forces?! There are competitive voices seeking your vote … and there are TWO major forces recruiting YOU for a life―an eternal life―of service: your eternal vote! ■  WHY IS ISRAEL'S MOSSAD NOT DOING ITS JOB The Institute needs to increase the number of Katsas and Marats involved with cyber and social intelligence (in comparison with KGB) especially in countries vulnerable to political change that may be critical to the peace and prosperity of Israel: such as USA and other pro-Israel areas. The Mossad needs to be more “Tanakh oriented.” There are LOTS of clear, easy-to-understand, prophetic KEYS to alert Israel―and God's People―about present and future geopolitical trends. Their language was ONE; Their goal (purpose) was ONE. Building the Tower of Babel―ONE language, ONE goal―resulted in God confusing their language, and caused "same language" people groups to migrate to different global sectors and regions. The sin of the people of Shinar was the desire to reign over the world and to determine their own destiny apart from God. “ONE language, ONE goal” was the first meme! Since then, communication has been the most demanded commodity in history! Remember: ONE language = 0-1-0-1; ONE goal = globalism. Binary PLUS globalism. Most people do NOT discern what's happening outside―and inside―their “meme-fed” domain of globalism. Even though there are opposing views and voices inside the meme-bubble, those inside the meme bubble are not cognizant of the peripheral bondage. (See Tanakh: Zechariah 13:8 and Jeremiah 30:6-7). ■  WHERE DOES RELIGION FIT INTO ALL OF THIS The New Global Governance Leader will appoint a Head of Global Religion who will be a "FALSE Prophet" who persecutes Jews and REAL Christians. The Head of Global Religion (the FALSE Prophet) will demand people worldwide to worship the New Global Governance Leader (FALSE mashiach―referred to in Brit Chadashah as “The Beast”) … and will construct an image of him, demanding the populace to also worship the “image.” The head of Global Religion―the FALSE prophet―will also decree that people worldwide receive a "mark" or number―or number of―the New Global Governance Leader's name: represented by “666.” Don't laugh ... it's true. Stick around long enough & YOU may be deceived by it ... unless YOU act. Without this "mark" or number you will NOT be able to buy or sell―or possibly even trade. However, I am NOT sure how this will play out on the underground―dark web―market: that is a project for believers inside the Institute (Mossad). Do NOT take this "mark" or number. Refuse it! That is, IF you want to go to Heaven ... instead of Hell. It will be BETTER to have your head decapitated than to take this "mark" or number. Marats død i juni 1793 blir starten på Den Store Terroren i Frankrike. Krigen går dårlig og landet herjes fremdeles av borgerkrig og opprør. De beskrivs som superbillig arbetskraft. De är uthålliga och de klagar aldrig. På ett falskt visum går det att ta sig till Sverige. Väl här finns arbetstillstånd att få - men priset kan bli högt.Kaliber har granskat vägen från gränsstationen i Kazakstan, där tusentals uzbeker passerar varje dag, till jobbet i Sverige där svarta pengar väntar, och ibland ingen lön alls. Skolflickorna uppträder i folkdräkt. Vi är i Kazakstan och i snart en vecka har man firat vårens högtid, Nauriz, med traditionsenlig sång och dans. Men våren är också startpunkt för något annat i Centralasien – med den börjar en massvåg av migrantarbetare sin resa mot okända öden – till Ryssland, men också mot Schengenområdet och Sverige. Förra veckan berättade vi om svartarbete inom byggbranschen. Och om jobben som trots ROT-avdrag i slutändan kan vara svarta. Och vi träffade bland annat byggjobbaren Calle Fridén, som beskrev hur hans kår drabbats av lönedumpning. Och han är inte ensam. På Hjorthagens dagcenter i Stockholm, vägg i vägg med härbärget Vinternatt, sitter tre polska byggjobbare och vilar i varsin fåtölj. Vi får inga jobb längre, berättar en av killarna. Dino, som är föreståndare, tolkar. De har i sju års tid kommit regelbundet till Sverige och aldrig haft problem med att hitta arbete, låt vara för lägre lön än vad svenska byggjobbare får, men ändå. De förklarar efter hand att det numera alltid finns någon annan, som kan göra jobbet mycket billigare. Det får de höra när de söker jobb nuförtiden. Polska byggjobbare, är de plötsligt för dyra? Uzbekerna säger de, de gör våra jobb för halva priset! Bilden av en ny grupp på den svenska arbetsmarknaden får vi också när vi kontaktar myndigheter och fackförbund. Vi pratar med bland annat Byggnads som är remissinstans när Migrationsverket ska ta ställning till om personer från länder utanför EU ska beviljas arbetstillstånd. Vi träffar ombudsman Christer Carlsson. På hans kontor finns högar med sådana ärenden. Vi får en lista med företag där uzbeker har fått arbetstillstånd. Vi ringer upp några av dem. Flera av arbetsgivarna vill inte låta oss träffa de anställda, vissa ber att vi ska återkomma. Men några uzbeker får vi inte träffa genom dem. Vi fortsätter att söka på arbetsplatser, härbärgen och via ideella organisationer. Vi får höra många berättelser om uzbeker som får jobba för slavlöner, svarta löner och ibland inga löner alls. Men uzbekerna själva vill ogärna prata med oss. De verkar rädda. Vi vill veta mer om varför och framför allt hur de kommer hit. Vi åker till Kazakstan, som har blivit ett transitland för uzbeker. Busskonduktörerna försöker överrösta varandra vid hållplatsen. Bilarna okynnestutar. Vi har rest till Shymkent, en dammig och bullrig stad nära uzbekiska gränsen, ibland kallad för Kazakstans vilda västern. Vi får kontakt med frivilligorganisationen Sana Sezim som hjälper migrantarbetare, och jag får följa med deras jurist Marat Dzjakupov till gränsstationen Tjernajevka. Från och med vårens ankomst passerar uppemot 6000 uzbeker varje dag den här gränsen, för att arbeta på annan ort, berättar Marat. Gatan från gränsen är kantad av improviserade växlingskontor i husvagnar och några kiosker. Det finns gott om tiggare. På var sin sida längs vägen finns stora parkeringsplatser där bussar väntar på att föra migranterna mot sina nya arbetsplatser, främst till Moskva och andra städer i Ryssland. Arbetarna går i grupper, i led, bär tunga vinterkläder trots att det är mitt på dagen och gassande hett. Allt som inte får plats i ryggsäcken eller hockeybagen, bär de på sig. Men utan Marats tränade öga skulle jag inte förstå vad som egentligen sker här. Varje ny grupp av arbetare får, så fort de passerat gränsen, en sorts förman, som nästan obemärkt dyker upp och börjar leda gruppen i en given riktning. Och han håller stenhård koll på att ingen avviker eller samtalar med någon utanför gruppen. Vi följer så diskret vi kan efter en av grupperna. Efter femhundra meter svänger vi in på en parkering. Titta! Titta! Säger Marat. Nu samlar de in passen. Vad du än gör, lämna aldrig någonsin ifrån dig ditt pass! Så lyder gästarbetarens första bud. Så fort man lämnat ifrån sig passet har man förlorat sin rörelsefrihet, sin identitet, man är ingen i forna Sovjet utan pass, förklarar Marat. Förmannen lämnar passen till chauffören, när de kommer fram lämnar han passen till husbonden. Han visar med blicken på ett par civilklädda poliser som övervakar transaktionen. Ett kvarter bort finns en ogräsbevuxen gård inhägnad av en trasig betongmur. Här berättar Marat, fanns en slavauktion tills för några år sedan. Så fort killarna kom över gränsen blev dem inspärrade där och sedan kunde de som behövda köpa dem för sina arbeten. De kunde vara fångna där i månader, ibland fick de mat ibland inte, berättar han. Men till slut fattade uzbekerna att inte kunde stanna vid gränsen så nu åker de direkt vidare med buss, säger han. Kolonn efter kolonn av arbetare passerar i en tillsynes ändlös ström.  De bär sina tunga väskor, tas ifrån sina pass och stuvas in i bussar och körs iväg mot okända öden. På en parkering lyckas jag komma i samspråk med en grupp som strax ska kliva på bussen mot Jaroslav. Tolken i gruppen är frispråkig och säger att brukar vara ungefär fifty-fifty, hur många som får betalt för sitt arbete. Fifty fifty?! Men varför åker de då?, undrar jag. De chansar, de tar en medveten risk. – Vad ska man göra? säger en äldre byggjobbare som kommer från staden Bukhara i södra Uzbekistan. – I pengar får jag bara ut 20 dollar på ett år. Resten får jag betalt i vetekorn. Marat berättar att många migranter/arbetare tar sig till Moskva som ett första steg, för att sedan söka sig vidare västerut, en del till Baltikum, andra till Schengenområdet, bland annat Sverige. Men en del blir kvar i Moskva längre än de tänkt. En av de är Fatima. Hon är uzbekiska men uppvuxen i en by utanför Shymkent. Hon berättar att hon och hennes syster blivit föräldralösa och att de såg arbetet utomlands som en chans att tjäna ihop pengar till studier. De kom till Moskva för att arbeta i en livsmedelsbutik. Men i stället för ett vanligt arbete med lön och lediga helger, blev de slavar, säger hon. De fick börja klockan 6 på morgonen och jobba tills affären stängde, klockan tre på natten. Utan lön. Sju dagar i veckan. Tillsammans med tio andra pojkar och flickor sov de i en källare under butiken Fatima berättar att ägarna tvingade de anställda att slå och bestraffa varandra, som ett sätt att utöva kontroll genom att söndra och härska. Slå henne! Slå honom! sa de. Lydde man inte blev man själv slagen. Efter fyra års fångenskap lyckades hon fly med dagskassan och kunde muta en tågkonduktör att smuggla henne hem till Kazakstan utan pass. Hon flydde en gång tidigare också, men den gången gick hon till polisen i Moskva, som körde henne direkt tillbaka till butiksägarna. De misshandlade mig så jag inte kunde gå på en vecka. Nu är hon fri. Men någon riktig glädje finns inte, säger hon. Hennes syster är fortfarande fast och butiksägarna har hotat mörda henne, om Fatima försöker driva en rättslig process. Fatima träffar jag via organisationen Sana Sezims psykolog. Khaditja Abysheva, som startade organisationen för 12 år sedan, berättar att även Sverige seglat upp som ett problemland på senare år. Med vetskapen om att arbetsmigranter ofta blir lurade i Moskva, söker sig de som kan vidare västerut, säger hon Det kom allt fler oseriösa tidningsannonser om jobb i Sverige, berättar Khaditja. Men sedan vi började vi sätta in våra egna annonser på samma sida, med varningar så har de slutat med det. Nu har de börjat jobba mera kamouflerat, säger hon. Jag och Marat åker ner på stan i hans risiga gröna Lada, av sovjetiskt datum, som han skickligt manövrerar genom den galna trafiken. Han berättar att flera turistbyråer i skymundan också är en sorts bemanningsföretag, och i praktiken fungerar som ett viktigt led i handeln med arbetskraft. Han pekar med handen. Odnodnevki – endagsfirmor, kallar han dem. De stänger och dyker upp under nya namn, från en dag till en annan. Jag gömmer min bandspelare i ryggsäcken och går in i en av dem. Jag utger mig för att ha gott om kontakter med arbetsgivare i Sverige, som är intresserade av billiga gästarbetare. Det är en man och en kvinna i min 40-årsåldern som driver byrån. I början är de lite avvaktande, men snart ser de möjligheten att tjäna stora pengar. Många väljer turistvisum, men vi kan också ordna polska eller baltiska arbetsvisum som en väg in i Schengen, förklarar de. Och arbetare som vill jobba i Sverige finns det obegränsat. – Och vi har kontakt med firmor i Uzbekistan också, vi kan värva arbetare därifrån, hur många som helst! Städare, kockar murare, plattläggare, betong-, rivningsjobbare, hur många du behöver! Det visar sig att de skickat arbetare till Sverige tidigare. Jag får ingen siffra, inget namn på några företag, men de berättar att uzbeker och kazaker inte är bortskämda. --  De behöver inga pensionspoäng, bara någonstans att sova och pengar som de kan skicka hem till sin familj. 500 Euro i månaden räcker för dem, det bästa är om du betalar kontant i handen, säger kvinnan. – Det är olagligt det de här firmorna ägnar sig åt, säger Khaditja, men det är när de börjar värva arbetare, locka med falska löften, luras, vilseleda, det är då det går in i nästa fas, det är då man kan börja prata om människohandel, säger hon. Organisationen Sana Sezim har kontakt med flera personer som varit i Sverige och haft olika problem med sin arbetsgivare. Vi vill gärna träffa dem. De tackar först Ja, men hoppar av en efter en. De är rädda, säger Khaditja. De har kanske vänner eller anhöriga som är kvar i Sverige, bröder, fäder, släktingar. De tänker att de kan råka illa ut om de säger något. Jag visar henne listan jag fått av Byggnads med alla ärenden gällande arbetstillstånd. Jag frågar vad hon tror det beror på att listan toppas av uzbeker. Det handlar superbillig arbetskraft, säger hon utan att tveka. Folk härifrån är dessutom uthålliga och tålmodiga,  de klagar aldrig, ställer inga krav. Det viktigaste, säger Khaditja, innan vi skils åt, är att det finns en ordentlig uppföljande kontroll från myndigheternas sida. Att man inte bara lämnar migrantarbetarna i sin utsatthet. Ja, hur är det med det? Vilken kunskap har svenska myndigheter om arbetskraftsinvandrarnas om arbetskraftsinvandrarnas situation? Vi träffar Jerk Wiberg, på Gränspolisen. Han har flera kartonger med papper från Skatteverket bredvid skrivbordet. Varje gång en utländsk medborgare som saknar uppehållstillstånd ansöker om en A-skattsedel, är Skatteverket skyldigt att underrätta polisen. En dryg tredjedel av alla handlingar gäller människor från just Centralasien. Men gränspolisen har svårt att hitta dem. På grund av regeln om sekretess mellan myndigheter är uppgiften om var de här personerna ska arbeta någonstans bortstruken. För arbetare från Centralasien finns olika sätt att arbeta i Sverige. I Jerk Wibergs hög finns de som troligtvis är i Sverige illegalt. Som har rest hit på ett turistvisum, eller köpt ett arbetsvisum, kanske via någon mindre seriös resebyrå, likt den vi besökte i Kazakstan eller som den vi ringde upp. Så här lät det i Kaliber förra veckan: Men det har också blivit mycket lättare att få svenskt arbetstillstånd och arbeta här helt legalt. 2008 införde regeringen de mest generösa reglerna för arbetsinvandring i hela OECD-området Innan prövade arbetsförmedlingen behovet av arbetskraft, nu är det arbetsgivaren som avgör helt själv. Men arbetsvillkoren och lönen måste vara i nivå med svenskt kollektivavtal. För att försäkra sig om att så sker, låter Migrationsverket berört fackförbund yttra sig om den lön och de villkor som arbetsgivaren erbjuder. Förra året utfärdade Migrationsverket knappt 20.000 arbetstillstånd till människor från länder utanför EU. Det har varit så många ärenden att yttra sig om att byggfacket har fått vika två heltidstjänster enbart åt det. Och flest ärenden har gällt uzbeker, något som ombudsman Christer Carlsson tycker är märkligt. Jag och min kollega Jonna Burén tar återigen hjälp av den lista på företag som vi fått från Byggnads. Vi försöker kontakta arbetsgivarna för att fråga varför de valt att anställa just uzbeker. Billig arbetskraft som jobbar hårt. Mycket mer än så får vi inte veta. Vi får inte heller veta hur de har det. Hur mycket vet Migrationsverket om hur de här uzbekerna har det på sina svenska arbetsplatser? Det finns alltså väldigt lite information om de här arbetarnas situation i Sverige. Den största uppföljande kontrollen som har gjorts genomfördes av Hotell- och restaurangfacket, som förra året besökte ett 60-tal olika arbetsplatser. Per Persson är ombudsman. – Vi kollade upp 60 arbetsgivare. Ingen skötte sig by the book.  För ett och ett halvt år sedan genomförde Polisen en  stor razzia på ett livsmedelsföretag som tillverkar färdigpaketerad mat. De flesta anställda kom enligt polisen från Kazakstan och Uzbekistan. Många var papperslösa, och flera av dem avvisades kort därefter till sina hemländer. Ägaren misstänktes för brott mot utlänningslagen, men förundersökningen lades ned. Men Kaliber har fått ta del av vittnesmål från tidigare anställda, som säger att de fick betala för sina arbetstillstånd. En av dem säger att han fick betala tillbaka 5000 kronor från sin lön varje månad, kontant. Och att det var samma för alla som fick arbetsvisum genom anställning på företaget. Vi hör honom på en dålig telefonförbindelse från utlandet. – Han sa att han hade gjort så mycket för oss, så vi måste betala honom för det. Det här är din lön, allt över det får du lämna tillbaka, sa de till mig. Han berättar också om hur de ofta drog av på personalens lön, hur de kunde säga att du får resten nästa månad, men så fick man inte det. Och vi som arbetade var rädda för att klaga, säger han eftersom de hotade oss med utvisning. – Ja, så sa de. Vi ringer Migrationsverket och säger att du arbetar dåligt och att vi säger upp kontraktet. Facket har identifierat flera problem och upprepade gånger uppmanat Migrationsverket att inte utfärda fler arbetstillstånd till företaget. Nina Johansson på Migrationsverket säger, utan att gå in i detaljer att de inte har beviljat alla arbetstillstånd till det aktuella företaget. Facket, säger hon, är en remissinstans men har ingen vetorätt i frågor som arbetstillstånd Vi kontaktar företagets VD. Han förnekar bestämt de uppgifter Kaliber fått ta del av, och säger att företaget aldrig krävt anställda på pengar på det sätt som beskrivs. Den här sortens upplägg med arbetstillstånd mot betalning får också vi beskrivet för oss av Per Persson på Hotell- och restaurangfacket,  när han berättar om sina kontrollbesök på ett 60-tal arbetsplatser. Det har varit svårt att hitta uzbeker som vill ställa upp och berätta om sin situation. Bara några få vågar prata med oss. En av dem träffar vi på en bänk i centrala Stockholm. Men när vi ses har täckt halva sitt ansikte med en sjal. Han förklarar att rädslan handlar om flera saker. Man kan bli av med jobbet om man säger nåt, man kan bli utvisad. Men det är också så att den uzbekiska säkerhetstjänsten finns i Stockholm, säger han. – De rapporterar hem vad uzbeker här i Sverige säger, vad de sysslar med. Han berättar att många landsmän, precis som han själv, blir lurade när de kommer hit. Han betalade en resebyrå fem tusen dollar. I summan ingick visum till ett Schengenland och att en kontaktperson skulle möta honom i Stockholm, ordna boende första månaden och ordna ett jobb. – Men det var ingen som mötte mig. Jag kom till ingenting, säger han. På något sätt har han ändå hankat sig fram. Men gång på gång blir han åter lurad, berättar han. Till exempel när han skottade snö från hustak i vintras. Han var lovad 80 kronor i timmen, men i slutändan fick han ingen lön alls. Och han pekar med handen: – Jag jobbade på en restaurang härborta. Jag arbetade från 8 till 22 på helgerna. Jag skulle få 400 om dagen, men de betalade mig bara 200, säger han. – Ägaren visste att jag inte hade ett svenskt personnummer, att han kunde utnyttja mig, säger han. – Men vet du Per, säger han, om jag hade fått 400 kronor om dagen, då skulle jag jobbat sju dagar i veckan och varit nöjd med det.
