I am very excited to bring you this podcast. Episode number 1 is me...NDV. The reason for this is to set up what the podcast is all about. It will also give you an idea of what kinds of questions and topics I will be bringing up with the artists that join me, and give you my take on those topics. I have been blessed to have had a long career in the music business and I have gone through a lot to get to where I am today. Navigating personal relationships, family dynamics, business, my own doubts and misgivings, and so much more. It can be a wild ride playing music for a living. The actual music is only one part of the whole picture. In this first episode I talk about how my career has put my marriage to the test. I give tips and advice on how to deal with the uglier side of the music business. I talk about the only time I've even been fired from a gig and more. If you are thinking of making music your life's work, or if you just like to hear about what it is like on the inside, then I hope you will join me for this first episode and then every other Tuesday. Every artist has their own story, attitudes, and desires. It is fascinating to hear.

This is an episode for fans of the movie "Sliding Doors" or chill Aussie guys or Barbenheimer. Basically, everyone. We are talking Oscar Piastri and Nico Hulkenberg. What do they have in common? Eerily many things. They're both "rookies" who came to F1 full of promise after crushing F2/F3 and getting into karting in a similar fashion. Granted, one is 14 years older and has driven for 6 F1 teams already! First, we dig into "the Hulk". Why he's a cheugy millennial (in the best way possible) and how his "Just Ken" + Big Dad Energy rebranding is exactly what he needs. Is he the most underappreciated driver? And what to make of his almost rumors with Ferrari -- should Red Bull be considering him now?Next, we dive into burgeoning mogul and flip flop model Oscar Piastri! Disclaimer: we remain huge stans. We talk about where his story diverges from Nico, why he's Max's ultimate rival and more.We end with a game contrasting them and a quick update on another ex-rookie, NDV. Next up, Zandvoort!Links:Melbourne GP coverage: A MEGA race down under + justice served in Brazil Oscar Piastri's hot fire flip flops: Shoe Thongs - Official Oscar Piastri ShopOther driver profiles:Bonus episode: Fernando Alonso - the god of mischief BONUS episode: Are we ALL George Russell?
Both Testosterone and anabolic androgenic steroids (AAS) adversely influence the immune system, affecting leucocyte growth or activity, and antibody and cytokine production, particularly when used at supraphysiological doses, mimicking a condition of secondary immunodeficiency [R, R]. Secondary immunodeficiency, much more common than primary immunodeficiency (that is to say those caused by genetic defects affecting the cells of the immune system), is characterized by various factors that affect a normal immune system, including infectious, iatrogenic, metabolic and environmental factors. These immune deficiencies are manifested clinically with an increased frequency or unusual complications of common infections and occasionally with the onset of opportunistic pathogen infections. https://youtu.be/ceqSC6GYks4 Nandrolone And Anadrol Effects On The Immune System Nandrolone Decanoate and Anadrol directly induce the production of inflammatory cytokines Interleukin 1 Beta (IL-1β) and Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha (TNF-α) in human peripheral blood leukocyte cultures [R]. Testosterone and DHEA had no direct cytokine inducing effect in the same model. Nandrolone Decanoate also inhibits interferon production in NDV-infected mouse L-929 and human WISH cells. Winstrol And Trenbolone Effects On The Immune System Winstrol and Trenbolone were found to be genotoxic and cytotoxic to human lymphocytes in a dose dependent manner [R]. Testosterone, Teslac, Anavar And Winstrol Effects On The Immune System To evaluate how anabolic steroids affect the immune system, five commercially available steroids with various types of structural differences were studied in a rodent model [R]. Animals were divided into five groups and treated with Testosterone (group 1), Testosterone Propionate (Group 2), the steroidal aromatase inhibitor Testolactone (Teslac) (Group 3), Anavar (Group 4), and Winstrol (Group 5). Significant immunosuppression was observed with all groups. However, by day 10, the Teslac, Anavar and Winstrol treated group showed immunostimulation and actually exceeded baseline immunity while the Testosterone treated groups maintained immunosuppressed. To truly test the effects of endogenous androgens on the immune system a second experiment was then performed. Ten animals maintained in a similar manner to the initial experiment were either treated intact or were castrated and then treated for 8 days, with Anavar (1.1 mg/kg/day), Testosterone (1.1 mg/kg/day) or Anavar combined with physiologic amounts of Testosterone (15 μg/day). Anavar was selected because it has the greatest anabolic activity of all Testosterone analogues as compared to Testosterone (androgenic/anabolic activity = 1:13). In the intact animals after 8 days of treatment with Anavar, serum Testosterone levels were measured by radioimmunoassay on tail vein blood. Levels were either undetectable or very low, reflecting what would be significant HPTA suppression. Immune function (DCH responses) measured at the same time revealed a 41% increase over baseline. The Testosterone treated group experienced a 36% suppression of immune function. Further treatment for 8 days with Anavar combined with physiologic amounts of Testosterone eliminated the immune system enhancement provided by Anavar monotherapy and returned the DCH responses to levels that were not significantly different from baseline. The results were different in the castrated animals. Castration, resulted in an increase in immune (DCH) responses. The mean observed change was 90% greater than intact (pre-castration) baseline. That means that castrated rats had a 90% improvement above and beyond rats that weren’t castrated. Eight day administration of Anavar to these animals had an immunodepressive effect returning the DCH response to baseline. Eight day treatment with Anavar combined with physiologic doses of Testosterone produced an even greater suppression, 45% change from baseline. These observations indicate that immune alterations do occur with anabolic steroids which are immunosuppressive when the steroid nucleus is intact and immunostimulatory with nuclear alterations. How Steroids Influence Immune Function The hypothesis to explain the immune system responses to steroids is as follows. Exogenous androgenic anabolic steroids produce two effects on the immune system: (A) a direct early effect on immune function which is suppressive and, (B) an indirect delayed stimulatory effect mediated through the negative feedback on the pituitary. (B) results in inhibition of gonadal Testosterone through diminished LH release. A decrease in the synthesis of Testosterone results in low serum Testosterone level and immune stimulation. Castration, by abolishing the modulation of Testosterone secretion eliminates the effect of (B) but leaves (A) intact. In summation, the more suppressive a steroid is the more it can indirectly enhance immune function, simply by suppressing the endogenous production of Testosterone and its metabolites. However, anabolic steroids will also be genotoxic and cytotoxic to human lymphocytes in a dose dependent manner. So, the only reason anabolic steroids can enhance immunity is by being more tissue selective than Testosterone and by shutting down the HPTA, not by inherently being protective. They too will be inherently immunosuppressive, just to a lesser degree based on their tissue selectivity and magnitude of impact on endogenous androgen production suppression. At the end of the day, the data all suggests that the lower your levels of steroids are in the body, the higher level your immune system will function at in parallel. Are You Increasing Your Risk Of Viral Infection When You Are On Cycle? In summary, the vast majority of studies suggest that steroid use decreases antibody formation, Natural Killer (NK) lymphocyte activity, T and B lymphocyte maturation and stimulation resulting in immunosuppression [R]. Supraphysiological doses of common anabolic steroids have been shown to directly influence the production of certain cytokines, altering immune function. The results from both animal and human studies suggest that supraphysiological doses of AAS can negatively impact the immune system. The takeaway from all of this is that with an easily spread virus infecting thousands of people throughout the world right now, it would be prudent to reduce your exogenous AAS use at least down to therapeutic levels to support immune function during this time where having increased vulnerability to viral infection is the most risky. Regardless if you are young and believe you are invincible based on the mortality rate statistics showing that the elderly are the most at risk of being symptomatic or ending up in critical condition, you may still be increasing your chances of becoming an infected carrier who then transmits the virus to the elderly (including your parents or grandparents) as a result of self-induced immunosuppression.
Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 1The things that makes us happy shouldn’t be the things that destroys us - cherish moderation, balance, and peace. What makes you happy shouldn’t destroy you. What makes you happy should make you whole, not empty.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 2If its so good to us, then it shouldn’t destroy us.If you love something or somebody, don’t destroy or disorient that thing or person. If we don’t know what moves us, we won’t be driven to search, seek, endeavor, venture, travel, experience, experiment, or dream.Part 3Twelve Multiversal “Mindry” (TMM) (with “Mindry” meaning the industry of the mind) are :1. drive2. will3. seek4. endeavor5. ambition6. initiative7. Exponentiation8. venture9. travel10. experience11. experiment or12. dreamPrince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 4Life is lived by seeking the unknown and not running away from the challenges of the odds or ruins of life.Life respect those who don’t take it for granted and would live to fight for a positive ending.Life will choose you for its purpose and discard you for your negative purpose.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 5Thy natural mine is thy mind. Mind the way you use it - for thy mind, if not mindful, shall be inferior in the midst of great minds. The mind that thinks, is the mind that leads. The mind that thinks is the mind that lives.Part 6Sometimes you protest too much not because wrongs or injustice, or prejudice, or inequalities, or inequalities, or transgressions are scare but because we are soon consumed by life not always going our ways.Once great things or ideas or ideals become human, they become suspect - for human intention is subjective to its intelligence or lack thereof; or its motive, reckless disregard or outright naïveté.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 7The greatness of thy being is not enhanced by thy geographic location or domicile of being but limited by it.If a being finds its relevance from it being as a Geographical Locational Being (GLB), reverence is not always to itself but to irretrievably glorious pasig it’s being - that it didn’t contribute to but is a mere beneficiary of it.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 8Each time the past is evoke scarcely does it make the world a better or united place - always about one group better than the other or under the undue canopy of the other, or one group always blaming the failings of its being or future in the other. As a Multiversalist, the relevance of the past is a lesson for the present to benefit a positive future.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 9Life is kind to those who don’t take it granted.Sleep is nice to those who don’t waste sleep time for nothing. As I sayeth to thee, exercise, sleep, food, water, laughs, smiles, reflections shall you take seriously.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 10If life is cheap, why was it given to you? Because life isn’t cheap and so are you not. Live life to prove it’s worthiness.Nature does nothing in vain.An apple tree does not grow an apple for futility or nothing.Humans need the apple more the nature, the apple tree, or the apple itself does.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 11The apple we eat is a product of a tree, that tree is the product of the natural environment or ecosystem, that natural environment or ecosystems is part of nature, and that nature is all humans got - in order to be called human beings or living things. The human being is both it’s externalities and internalities - nature is a vital part of both.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 12Eat time you cut a tree or pollute the waters and atmosphere, or waste and destroy natural resources, always remember that the first victim or casualty of a Natural Human Influence Disaster (NHFD) are humans themselves or the livelihood they hold dear.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 13Take away the nature in humans and everything falls apart not apocalyptically - but by the reckless actions of the being itself destroying the preciousness of nature, the natural environment or ecosystem. To each seed of nature, nurture in them the preservation and protection of nature from the cruel or uninformed minds or hands of fellow humans.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 14The apple came from am apple tree thinking the apple tree has no control of or nothing to do with its Genetic Essence of Growth (GEG) or Genetic Essence of Being (GEB) - just as humans unintelligently or recklessly (at best) destroy the natural environment or ecosystem as if they are not products or byproducts of nature.Humans sometimes treat nature as if they are byproducts of nature or unintended or unintentional consequences of nature.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 14Nature is human’s oxygen without which there is nothing.Humans recklessness or willful destruction of nature is alarming to humans themselves or the prosperity they do build or dreams of.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 15The future is nature and if you destroy nature you destroy that future itself. If sustainability is human, then reckless natural environmental or ecosystem illiteracy is inhumane and inhuman.Love nature in thy actions, deeds, and omissions.Part 16Nature and the natural environment or ecosystem is trillions of year in formation not to be destroyed by few Hazardous Harmful Humans (HHH).Nature is an egg - soft and fragile but nutritive, healing, resourceful, and motherhood. If there is only one wisdom left for humans, it’s to preserve the ecosystem.Part 17Humans haven’t develop their intelligence to be independent of nature. As a natural dependent variable (NDV) therefore, it shall be unwise to hurt, harm, injure, or destroy that which you wholly depend on it.Nature will be OK without us ( for there are other creatures of nature) but we won’t even be here and be this long without nature.Zaarrianism.
