The first couple are explained away as accidents, but the third is clearly murder. Furthermore, the newly constructed stable collapses. He's dragged before Lord Roose Bolton, as he's one of the few people who wanders the whole castle, and therefore has the opportunity (and let's be honest, the motive) to sabotage the Bolton cause.
