On Tuesday, officials said on Facebook that new signs are being installed near schools throughout the city. Pomona officials issued an apology after adult content was apparently included in the city’s recently mailed recreation guide. FRESNO MADERA HOMELESS COUNT RISES 3.2% AS CALIF SEES OVERALL DECLINE The homeless population in Fresno and Madera counties saw a modest increase in the latest Point-in-Time count, even as overall numbers declined across California and the nation.
