Where did it land on the Endless List? Find out on the podcast or check out the complete Endless List on our Medium page.

There will be no Nintendo NX at E3 2016, but they will be showing up the new Zelda Wii U game. Which will now also be an NX game. Sean and Vinnk wonder what this means for the release of the next installment of the Zelda series, if the full NX system will launch in March, or just one component of the rumored handheld/console hybrid. Also, more Zelda in Pile of Shame, and a decidedly non-Zelda game is Vinnk's Future Retro! Originally Broadcast 2011/07/15: Since we can't get our hands on a New 3DS because of Region Locking, we thought we'd once again take a look at how it came to be, and how Nintendo is the only company left still doing it. Region locking is nothing new. Though it hasn taken many different forms, it wasn't always deliberate. Many handhelds were exempt from this scheme (including the Game Boy and DS series), but with time all things change. SeanOrange and Vinnk discuss the very state of affairs that necessitates the existence of organizations like Operation Rainfall, how they came to be, and where they might go from here. Also, another Rebel in Japan! "An Open Letter to Nintendo" is only available at FamicomDojo.TV: https://famicomdojo.tv/podcast/9. Why not head over there now and take a listen? Our trip through the frozen lands of Skyrim comes to a close with a few final thoughts on Bethesda's epic. But the latest Elder Scrolls title wasn't the only big game to come out in November. Nintendo decided to throw the Wii a going away party in the best possible way with The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. However, that's not all, weary traveler. Rob and Stephen were recently blessed with the Diablo 3 beta, and they certainly have lots to say about the Lord of Terror's return to the land of Sanctuary. Zack brings the podcast home with a great deal of news, including something that should make Operation: Rainfall members very happy. Finally, in another developer interview, Chris Wilson of Grinding Gear Games joins Rob and podcast newbie Bob Richardson to talk about Path of Exile. Featuring: Robert Steinman, Stephen Meyerink, Zachary Pintchik and Derek Heemsbergen Special Guests: Bob Richardson (Reviews Editor, RPGFan) and Chris Wilson (Producer and Lead Designer, Grinding Gear Games) Questions? Operation Rainfall is so far one third successful, but the only way we'll be getting Xenoblade Chronicles is through GameStop or the Nintendo online store. Sean and Vinnk explain their misgivings with GameStop, why they're sure Nintendo expects Xenoblade to fail (or at least doesn't care if it succeeds), and actual precedents that should exonerate Nintendo for being so cautious. Xenoblade, Pandora's Tower, and The Last Story have been released in Japan and Europe, but the US has been passed over. That's where Operation Rainfall comes in: to urge Nintendo of America to release these games that have already been localized for the major languages spoken in North America. At a time when the Wii is suffering a drought of games -- let alone good ones -- don't we deserve better? SeanOrange and Vinnk interview Chris Ward from Operation Rainfall to discover their goals, headway they've already made through Amazon.com and a reply from Nintendo, and why it's a bad idea to send raw meat through the US Post Office. This podcast is brought to you by the Famicom Dojo Video Series.
