Send us a textIn this 3rd part of our Coverage JonBenet, we will go over some of the suspects, and why they were, or are, suspects.In todays episode we will listen to the evidence against: John Mark Karr , the man who was extradited from Thailand after a recorded conversation, where he admitted to an employee of the Daily Boulder Camera, that he was the one who killed JonBenet, but it was an accident (with this sicko, please take this trigger warning, you are going to hear one of the most vile quotes you will ever hear!)We'll touch on Sandra and Bud Henderson, who owned a business called Henderson Technology, John Ramseys company Access Graphics would supply Henderson Tech with equipment, and in hindsight it is a huge red flag that Sandra took a job —-technically, she took a job working for a company that Johns ended up merging with, and therefore would end up working for Access Graphics—, and would eventually be responsible for billing her own company, soon after the merger, Access Graphics ceased business with Henderson Tech, as it was discovered that Sandra was altering the Henderson account, and they owed Access 145,000$- Sandra was of course, fired, ordered to pay back money, served time in prison, and all this, naturally put a strain on Sandras marriage, leading to a divorce in 1995. Was this enough motive to kill a child?And for the last suspect in todays episode, we will discuss Bill McReynolds, who is one of the most well known suspects, because this was the Santa Claus who had been hired for 3 Christmas's in a row, to play Santa at the Ramsay's ‘kid' Christmas Party. And, strangely Bill's own daughter had been kidnapped back in 1974…..on December 26th…. In dieser Episode spricht Martin Auerswald mit Sandra über ihre Erfahrungen mit dem Chronischen Fatigue-Syndrom (CFS). Sandra erzählt von ihrem Weg zur Genesung, den Herausforderungen, die sie bewältigen musste, und den verschiedenen Faktoren, die zu ihrer Erkrankung führten. Sie betont die Bedeutung von Stressmanagement, Mikronährstoffen und der Entgiftung des Körpers. Zudem wird die Rolle psychischer Symptome und deren Behandlung thematisiert. Sandra blev introduceret for træning da hun startede i militæret, og det fangede hende straks, hvordan kroppen kunne formes gennem øget aktivitet. Træning blev hurtigt til hendes hobby, hendes arbejde og til sidst hele hendes liv. Hun begyndte at vælge det sociale fra, til fordel for træning og “sunde valg”, Til sidst havde hun spændt sig selv så hårdt for, at hun drømte om at komme ud for en ulykke, blot for at få en pause. Først da hun blev gravid, og måtte forholde sig til en ny hverdag som mor, indså hun at kropsoptimering ikke var alt. I dag har hun sit eget studio, og vejleder i træning og kost med fokus på det hele menneske. @Sandras_lykke

Venu de Gascogne, ce jeune aristocrate s'impose à Paris comme mousquetaire, corps militaire d'élite au service du roi. C'est un serviteur zélé de Louis XIII, Mazarin puis Louis XIV. Ce dernier décide de refonder la Compagnie des Grands Mousquetaires du roi. D'Artagnan en est le sous-lieutenant, soit le numéro 2 de la Compagnie.Mais dans les faits, c'est bien d'Artagnan qui gère les Mousquetaires. Leur devise n'est pas 'Un pour tous, tous pour un' mais 'Quo ruit et letum'en latin ce qui donne en français : 'où elle tombe, la mort aussi'. Ce 'elle', on comprend de quoi il s'agit en regardant le dessin qui accompagne la devise : c'est un boulet de canon tiré par la compagnie des mousquetaires. En 1659, D'Artagnan se marie avec une veuve richissime, Anne-Charlotte de Chanlecy. Mazarin et Louis XIV en personne assistent à la cérémonie. C'est dire l'estime que le cardinal et le souverain lui portent.Le roi incarne le retour de la paix et de la prospérité. A la mort de Mazarin, Louis XIV amorce son virage absolutiste : il veut gouverner seul. C'est D'Artagnan qui est mandaté pour arrêter et surveiller de près le puissant surintendant des finances Nicolas Fouquet. En 1667, il reçoit enfin sa récompense suprême : il obtient la charge de Capitaine-Lieutenant de la première compagnie des Mousquetaires. D'Artagnan va retrouver le champ de bataille. En 1673, il participe au siège de Maastricht, dans les Pays-Bas actuels. Louis XIV veut agrandir son royaume et faire de la France la première puissance européenne. La ville est prise en deux semaines, mais D'Artagnan y laisse la vie.Vers 1700, un jeune mousquetaire, Gatien de Courtilz de Sandras, prétend écrire une biographie du célèbre capitaine-lieutenant des mousquetaires grâce à ses papiers personnels. En réalité, il n'a aucune archive. A partir de ces mémoires romancées, Alexandre Dumas écrit au XIX siècle sa trilogie sur d'Artagnan : Les trois mousquetaires ; 20 ans après ; et le Vicomte de Bragelonne.
