Comment inclure les systèmes éducatifs et les enseignants dans ces démarches nationales ?  Un sujet qui va bien au-delà de l'école, quand on sait que pour des éditeurs africains, les manuels scolaires, constituent l'essentiel de leur chiffre d'affaire. Cela signifie que la vie intellectuelle, littéraire du continent est impactée par la survie des éditeurs nationaux. Avec : • Vincent Bontoux, consultant auprès de divers bailleurs de fonds (Banque mondiale, Banque asiatique de Développement, Banque islamique de Développement, Enabel, feue USAID, etc.) sur des projets de manuels scolaires dans les pays en développement (principalement en Afrique, mais aussi dans le Pacifique et en Amérique latine), en collaboration avec les gouvernements nationaux  • Michel Levenez, consultant pour des éditeurs français et acteur de l'édition et de la commercialisation du livre sur le continent africain depuis plus de 30 ans • Anges Félix N'Dakpri, fondateur et gérant de Gad Éditions, commissaire général du Salon International du Livre d'Abidjan (SILA) et président d'honneur de l'Association des Editeurs de Côte d'Ivoire (ASSEDI).   En ouverture d'émission : L'école autour du monde, l'actualité de l'éducation, avec Marie Raichvarg, directrice du développement institutionnel, en charge des enquêtes auprès des adolescents chez Acadomia.
