Today The Menace's Attic/Just Another Menace SundayBombshell Radio Today's Bombshell (Bombshell Radio)Friday's 5pm ESTAnd Sundays 6pm EST#classics #pop #rock #classicrock #themenacesattic #BombshellRadioHow does Dennis The Menace come up with these sets? Well, it's kind of like Russian roulette. He starts with way more songs from six decades of rock and roll than there is time to play, and sorts them in ways that even he can't explain. Then he puts a few into each set, and attempts to write a fun introduction to each one. About 24 hours before show time, he looks at the playlist again to see if he still likes it and often changes it again. But the most fun of all, is that he never practices the segués ahead of time. It's real live CD's and vinyl which means scratches, skips and engineering mistakes that are often the most fun part of the show. This Week – Episode #899(05/25/2019) “It Would Be Very Responsible To Say That I’ve Been Spending Time Thinking About The Future Of The World, But Fact Is, I’m Letting The Musicians On The Show Do It For Me!” Opening SongDo Wah Diddy Diddy – Manfred Mann (Ascot)Set #1 It All Started With Rick, And From There, The World Seemed To Spin At All The Right Speeds – Those Being 33 1/3 and 45 RPM!Celebrate Youth – Rick Springfield (RCA)Black And White – Three Dog Night (Dunhill)Ball Of Confusion – The Temptations (Gordy)Set #2 If This Set Makes You Feel A Bit Unsettled, Simply Call The 800 Number On The Back Of The Package, And Customer Service Will Make You Feel Just Fine!Of The Lites – C.R.A.C. "The Menace's Attic: Six Decades of Rock and Roll by Theme featuring music from The Monkees, Joe Jeffrey Group, Ike & Tina Turner, The Mamas & The Papas, Henry Gross, Bananarama, Donna Summer, Bachman Turner Overdrive, The Box Tops, Blur, B-Movie, Billy Ocean, Herman's Hermits & Teena Marie. How does Dennis The Menace come up with these sets? Well, it's kind of like Russian roulette. He starts with way more songs from six decades of rock and roll than there is time to play, and sorts them in ways that even he can't explain. Then he puts a few into each set, and attempts to write a fun introduction to each one. About 24 hours before show time, he looks at the playlist again to see if he still likes it and often changes it again. But the most fun of all, is that he never practices the segués ahead of time. It's real live CD's and vinyl which means scratches, skips and engineering mistakes that are often the most fun part of the show. This Week – Episode #835(03/03/2018) “It’s Not Spring Yet, But Even If It Was, Those Of You In New Zealand Would insist On A Show About Fall, So Basically, I Had To Scrap The Show About The Seasons Again And Be A Man For All Seasons Like Say, Oregano!”Opening SongSuddenly Last Summer – The Motels (Capitol)Set #1 The Fact Is, Everything Is Relative, Which Is Why Your Aunt Can’t Come Along On Our Date Tonight.
