We begin with the gun-to-the-head offer to Ukraine and its implications for the U.S.'s global role. We move on to the Hegseth resignation watch & Trump's abysmal record in the courts, ending w/ thoughts about what concerned citizens can be doing now.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Dear Human Being reading this, It's me, God, and boy, do we have a divine dispatch for you today! We just recorded a brand new episode of The God Pod, and you're not gonna want to miss this one. We dug into some juicy topics that are hotter than hell's furnace, so grab your popcorn and buckle up. First up, we tackled the question that's been on everyone's mind: Who exactly is trying to push Biden out? Surprise, surprise—it's the millionaires and billionaires pulling the strings. The regular folks? They're still supporting him. The real puppet masters here are the wealthy elites, and we're exposing their game. Then, we dove into something Ted Lieu mentioned that's flying under the radar: the Epstein files. Yeah, you heard that right. Lieu said, “Something I've heard that doesn't seem to be getting covered is the Epstein files ... Donald Trump is all over this ... y'all might want to look at that.” The #TrumpPedoFiles should be the hottest hashtag right now. And if that wasn't enough, MSNBC played a side-by-side clip of President Biden speaking at the NATO summit and Donald Trump's unhinged rally from last night. Let me tell you, it was like watching a Shakespearean actor next to a guy screaming on a street corner. Biden's all about diplomacy and coherence, while Trump's rambling about airports and mothers helplessly watching their kids overdose. Seriously, what alternate reality is this guy living in? Speaking of Trump's rallies, his latest performance in Doral was a doozy. He goes on about how “Mothers will never again be forced to watch their children overdosing and hosp--lee. And we will never allow mothers to watch their child hopelessly dying in their arms, screaming, ‘What can I do? What can I do? Help me God, what can I do?'” And don't get me started on his rant about dirty, crowded airports. Someone really needs to give this guy a reality check. So, what are you waiting for? Dive into the latest episode and get the full scoop. Celebrate with Us: We just hit a milestone—over 500 paid subscribers! Five years after Jeffrey Epstein's death, survivors of his sexual abuse are still seeking justice through various avenues. Despite the establishment of a victims' compensation fund, which began accepting claims in 2021 and offers a confidential forum for monetary compensation, many survivors feel that true justice has yet to be achieved. On July 9th, Congressman Ted Lieu held a press conference where he made serious allegations against former President Donald Trump, suggesting that Trump was complicit in Jeffrey Epstein's criminal activities. Lieu highlighted a longstanding association between Trump and Epstein, underscoring that their relationship extended beyond social interactions and implicated Trump in Epstein's criminal enterprise. However, the congressman only opened the door wider for criticism of his own party for their ties to Trump, including a sitting congresswoman and a whole host of other powerbrokers within the Democrat machine. Since Mr. Lieu opened that door, we are going to take a walk right through it. (commercial at 12:32)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:

Stacey Plaskett, Democrat and Delegate to Congress from the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI), has been actively seeking the dismissal of a lawsuit filed by survivors of Jeffrey Epstein. The lawsuit, which targets various officials from the USVI, accuses them of enabling Epstein's sex trafficking activities. Plaskett has described the suit as "legally and factually frivolous" and argues that the claims against her lack any substantial basis, suggesting that her inclusion is an attempt to unfairly malign her reputation due to her high profile.Plaskett's legal team contends that the lawsuit does not meet the necessary pleading standards and that there is no evidence connecting her to Epstein's criminal activities. They argue that her interactions with Epstein, including accepting campaign donations from him, do not imply any knowledge or involvement in his illegal actions. California Democrats are at the forefront as the party tries to decide whether to stick with Joe Biden as its presidential nominee. The president remains steadfast in his determination to run, and today support seems to be shifting in his favor. House and Senate Democrats met separately today and it's clear from their comments afterward that there is no consensus yet. Some still want President Biden not to run again, and they've said so publicly, some are saying privately that they'd prefer Vice President Kamala Harris replace the president at the top of the ticket. But no new members of the House or Senate called for that today, while several reiterated their support for the president. The leaders of the House Democratic caucus, Pete Aguilar and Ted Lieu, both from Southern California, made it very clear that right now, the party views President Biden as its nominee and the focus is on winning this election, defeating Donald Trump and making Hakeem Jeffries the next Speaker of the House. They did leave some wiggle room, repeating that “right now” Biden is their nominee, but that could change, and it appears that much will hinge on the president's public performance at the NATO summit in Washington this week. For more on this, KCBS Radio anchors Patti Reising and Bret Burkhart spoke with KCBS Insider Doug Sovern.
Nicolle Wallace is joined by Claire McCaskill, Eddie Glaude, Tim Miller, Andrew Weissmann, Ian Bassin, Ben Rhodes, Kim Atkins Stohr, Rep. Ted Lieu, Harry Litman, and Dr. Michael Anderson.
MAGA nation launched a coordinated campaign this week against Trump's felony convictions followed by a literal call to arms and a dark promise of retribution. A great roundtable of Bill Kristol, Congressman Ted Lieu, and Tara Setmayer considers the danger of the MAGA rhetoric. We then move to analyze the Hunter Biden case and its relationship to the Trump convictions, closing with a discussion of whether the executive order on immigration allows Biden to reclaim the upper hand on the issue.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

What will 2024 look like? Political/Rights Pelosi, AOC, Other House Dems Hit with Ethics Complaint – Accused of ‘Repeatedly' Misusing Funds An ethics watchdog has filed an ethics complaint against 10 Democratic lawmakers, claiming that they are using public resources for partisan political purposes. The Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust said the Democrats “repeatedly” used official resources for political gain, according to a news release on its website, naming Democratic Reps. Nancy Pelosi of California, Cori Bush of Missouri, Jamaal Bowman of New York, Sean Casten of Illinois, Greg Casar of Texas, Maxwell Alejandro Frost of Florida, Ted Lieu of California, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, and Ritchie Torres of New York. Although Democratic Rep. Ayanna Presley of Massachusetts was not mentioned in the release, exhibits of her allegedly using official resources for political gain were included in the examples filed with the complaint. “The law at issue is simple,” the release said, noting that government resources cannot be used for “campaign or political purposes.” The release said that “official House photographs and video, government buildings, a Member's official website and social media accounts, and anything created by government employees” are considered off-limits. “The rules additionally reiterate that campaign social media accounts cannot contain any official content or resources and cannot re-post official social media posts,” the release said. However, FACT said the Democrats regularly use official resources or content on social media, honing in on X, formerly known as Twitter. To make its point, the complaint attached 91 pages of examples. One example showed Pelosi using House video on a campaign website. Another showed Omar using C-Span footage on her Instagram account, while another example showed Pressley speaking on the House floor in a post on X. “These violations are rampant and obvious, and clearly the OCE's failure to act has encouraged continued violations. This failure has also incentivized these Members to use House proceedings for political campaigning rather than doing what is in the best interest of the country,” Kendra Arnold, Executive Director of FACT, said in the release. “Likewise, it is also clear why these Members are doing this, it's for a political advantage and one that is paid for by the taxpayers. The OCE has both the authority and a clear responsibility to ensure each ethics violation is dealt with...

Live from the Heart of America—I'm Steve Gruber— Your Soldier of Truth—the Tip of the Spear against socialists—here ready to fight for you from the Foxhole of Freedom—AND—please my friends REMEMBER TO THINK while its still legal—this is the Steve Gruber Show— Here are 3 big things you need to know right now— Number One— Claims in Canada that hundreds and maybe thousands of Indian children were buried in mass graves in government schools—turns out to be a complete fraud it appears— Number Two— The spreading trouble with Joe Biden's scandals are fueling more Democrats to push for him to step aside—but he can't—because then he is a lame duck—and Kamala Harris becomes President—which nobody wants— Number Three— Well the way on you and the United States Constitution was raised to a threat level I have not seen before—as the Governor of New Mexico, Michelle Lujan Grisham, issued a public health emergency and she says as a result she can suspend Constitutional rights in the land of enchantment— The problem is—that is simply not true—BUT lets sort this out for a bit—to me its clear this is another test run on how to erode and destroy the rights of American citizens—under the guise of “its an emergency”… To me this is clearly another exercise being conducted under that banner—we first saw plenty of public emergencies during Covid—banning people from working, gathering or even travelling to second homes—all under threat of penalties from the government— I also don't believe this happened in a vacuum—there is no way Governor Lujan Grisham pulled this stunt without first running up the flagpole in Washington—I simply don't believe she did this all on her own—this was a planned play that was called and executed—and if you think this is being put in place to target criminals on the streets of Albuquerque—well you would be wrong— SO, you heard the Governor right there—say she could argue that law abiding citizens in her state that have obtained a license to legally carry a concealed weapon—should be arrested—she didn't say could be arrested—she said should be arrested—for walking down a public sidewalk—committing no crime at all—BUT being at odds with her illegal public health order banning Constitutional rights— This is a very odd series of comments—I mean these are the same Democrats that have implemented soft on crime policies all over the country—getting rid of cash bail—letting criminals walk the streets as the revolving door of justice keeps spitting them back out—and spitting in the face of law abiding, tax paying citizens—and it just got more strange the more she talked— So then she delivered the foundation for her ill-advised executive order—you see the Governor apparently thinks her oath to defend and protect the Constitution of the United States is just arbitrary—she can uphold her oath—or she can ignore it—it depends on how she feels on any given day—she thinks the Constitution is subject to her discretion—in fact it seems that listening to her—she thinks SHE IS the law of the SHE IS the Constitution—and if she declares an emergency—then its up to her to decide what rights the peasants in New Mexico have and don't have— And when it comes to the point—that everything she is going after are already crimes—that are being committed by criminals—again—she says she has a right—a Constitutional right to be safe apparently—and continues to dodge the vaild points being made by the reporters in the room—and for once the media is actually doing its job and holding a free wheeling socialist tyrant accountable for illegal executive orders— As you can imagine it didn't take long for a lawsuit to be filed against the Governor for her illegal abrogation of the Constitution—and there will likely be more— As that litigation is filed—some County Sheriffs in New Mexico say they cannot and will not enforce such a measure—including the Sheriff of Bernalillo County, John Allen—who says despite the recent tragedies—he cannot in good faith pursue and prosecute those citizens that are otherwise following the law—and who are protected by the Second Amendment— Even some fringe left Democrats are rejecting the Governors over-reach—Ted Lieu of California—an avid anti-gun liberal—says there is simply no such right for a state to declare an emergency and suspend any portion of the U-S Constitution— So, this is just the latest black eye for a Party that is listing in the polls because of the failing leadership of Joe Biden—and this will strengthen the argument from millions of Americans that Democrats do indeed want to take the guns away from those who are the most law abiding citizens of all—those that have legally bought guns and gotten a concealed carry permit— And on social media a push to have the Governor impeached—and Republicans in the state legislature are expected to file those complaints very quickly— Elon Musk on his social media platform X—called for Lujan-Grisham to be removed immediately for her reckless disregard of Americans rights— And what about the polling?
