Lubicie wracać do swoich ulubionych pozycji? Tim Ferris "Tools of Titans": https://amzn.to/34gnpFC * James Clear "Atomic Habits / Die 1% Methode": https://amzn.to/3dQkmaE *
There is so much in the public forum about the challenges facing women - all of them genuine and in need of focus and attention. And yet there is radio silence on the challenges for men - a social taboo that is keeping men quiet and suffering. It seems in our search for gender equality, we have succumbed to gender silencing. Has the pendulum swung too far?

It's been a while since I last dropped a podcast, but today I wanted to not only rebirth the podcast but do it with transparency. Most of the things we aspire to have in life such as wealth, debt free lifestyle, awesome bodies, are located on the other side of fear. I discuss how an exercise from Tim Ferris Tools of Titans helped me visualize what was really holding me back from taking action on my own goals. In most cases what we fear the most is what we should do. I invite you to take out some time and review your fear(s) and answer a couple questions below. 1. Write in detail about your greatest fear and what was the worse situation you can think of that would happen if you decided to go after what you are truly passionate about. 2. Would you die? Will the outcome have a temporary or permanent impact on your life? 3. What is it truly costing you spiritually, emotionally, financially to continue to delay taking action? 4. What are you waiting for? Connect with me on Instagram and Facebook @abundantwealthsolutions
"Good". He's an ex-NAVY S.E.A.L. and one of the scariest people you're likely to come across. His mindset and his attitude towards getting things done has now been turned to the business world and he's shaking things up as much inside companies, as he did on the battlefield. He's Jocko Willink and he doesn't need ten words. He only needs one. So in this special episode, I curate three of my favourite Jocko stories and explain why he has such a huge impact on my life, and could do on yours as well. Hooyah!
