It's a mini Television Without Pity reunion as the gang and former recappers Dan Rogge (DJB), John Ramos (Couch Baron), Kim Reed (Kim), and Joe Reid (Joe R) play Mullendash -- a game invented and played at the TWoP annual summits of yore. Take the game Balderdash and replace the cards with items from Jim Mullen's Hot Sheet from the pages of Entertainment Weekly. The set up to a Hot Sheet "joke" is read and players must create their own punchline in that particularly confounding Mullen style in an attempt to fool the others that they are The Mullen. It's a game full of WTF, shame and pretzeltine mental gymnastics!

Ganz einfach: Man kennt nichts anderes.
On the season finale of TWOP, Jo and Tina chat with Gotham FC Midfielder and Former Tarheel Brianna Pinto. We all know about Brianna's impressive career on the field, including her long stint with youth national teams, becoming the third overall pick, and of course her time with the Full U.S. WNT. What you may not know, is the athlete that is on track to graduate from UNC Kenan-Flagler School of Business and the US representative at the 68th FIFA Congress where she spoke in an effort to win a bid for the 2026 Men's World Cup. Brianna's story goes far beyond her ability on a field and what better way to end a season than to chat with a true representative and role model of the NWSL.
On this week's pod we got a solo TWOP pod! Jo and Tina get vulnerable and chat about their college post-season experience and their lack of success in winning championships. So much thought and conversation goes into the x's and o's but what about the mental aspects of pursuing a team championship, how did we deal with the pressure of a whole season coming down to a single game? we dive into it all through our own experiences.
It's the first birthday of Two Weirdos One Podcast (TWOP)! In honor of one full year of podcasting, we wanted to do a year in review. We discuss our favorite episodes we've done so far and then share quite a few hilarious bloopers that you may or may not have heard in previous episodes. If this type of episode isn't your thing, we totally get it. If that's the case, be sure to come back next week for our regularly scheduled programming of true crime, hauntings, aliens, and everything weird! Thanks so much for a great year, weirdos. We love you all

Just a quick life tip for your Tuesday: Don't sell any of your organs to anyone.. ever.. especially to random people online! This week, Ashley teaches you about organ buying and selling that goes on in different parts of the world. Yes, there are people out there in the 21st century that will pay you for your kidney and then sell it off to the highest bidder! (We at TWOP do not support this business venture and neither does the government) We start over in Israel and other parts of Europe and then end on a major case in the United States! These rumors started circulating as a conspiracy then became hard fact after these guys were caught. Happy New Year! We're off for the holidays so we've released two of our Patreon episodes from Extra Extra Hot Great! See you next week for a new episode. EEHG 023: The Post-Buffy The Vampire Slayer Power Rankings In the years since BtVS seemed to dominate the cultural conversation -- and our TWoP forums -- some of the main cast have gone on to bigger and better things; others have gone on…Dr. Phil, with disastrous results. In today's Extra Extra Hot Great, we're ranking the top ten cast members listed on the IMDb, plus Joss Whedon, to see who's chosen and who's cancelled based on what they've done since the show ended in 2003. EEHG 028: Measure Twice, Cut Once In an era when there is, by any reasonable assessment, rather a lot of TV, we tend always to be grateful when a new show doesn't give us more than we would care to handle -- when episodes aren't too long; when a season doesn't feel like it's been overstuffed. The reason we appreciate that is because there are so many shows that we like, but that do impose themselves excessively on our time. It's one Hell of an episode this week as we discover the truth about Meg Masters from Andover, MA and her connection to the Monster of the Week. We've also got a bit of a format change, as Dean does the Plot Recap and Amanda does a Feels Recap that goes in-depth into the truckloads of Winchester Family Feels this episode provides. BEWARE: Here there be SPOILERS for Season 14, episode 13, "Lebanon" (aka the 300th episode). If you would like to skip the spoilers, Amanda will let you know when they start, and the Dean's Dirty Guitar riff and the second of silence will let you know where they end. (For the rest of you, we're sorry about the silence, but please have empathy for your fellow unspoiled fans.) All that, plus a Lore Break with Sammy, an LVP award, and 5 ways Plushies Make Everything Better, this week on Plushienatural! 1.16 "Shadow" on Superwiki An article about the purchase of John's truck by a fan The original TWoP recap of "Shadow"

Lilly, Lena, and Special Guest Rebecca, shine a light on the series that woke them and broke them, the equally awesome and frustrating Supernatural! They go over the pilot in all it's mid-2000s perfection, and run around in circles talking about the most trashfirey episodes list they came up with. This episode has everything: songs, bad jokes, crappy audio, toxic masculinity, alpacas! Lena makes a bunch of Gilmore Girls references that only sometimes work, Lilly has TWOP flashbacks, Rebecca is a ghost! Join us as we salt and burn this show into the crispy flames of the trashfire and probably shoot at it for good measure, I guess. Episodes Covered: 101 - Pilot 303 - Bad Day at Black Rock 311 - Mystery Spot 313 - Ghostfacers 615 - The French Mistake You can find us on the social medias at @TrashfireTVPod, @scenicrailway (Lena) or @slaydonistic (Lilly) or email us at trashfiretv@gmail.com. Yet another reboot of a '90s WB "classic" has hit the earth in Roswell, a "reimagining" of Roswell -- and we were very lucky that the TWoP recapper of that "fine" original, Dan Blau Rogge, could join us to wonder who the new version is for, why the consistent element among the two series had to be the crappish acting, and when the show will stop being quite so obvious about the double meaning of the word "alien." Next, we went Around The Dial with Fosters spinoff Good Trouble, Adam Ruins Everything, True D Season 3, and Project Blue Book before John "Pottsy" Potts tasked us with competing against each other on a reality show in an Extra Credit (and two of us...Nailed It!). Dan proposed Getting On with/for The Canon; a Korean Villainess won and an American music journo lost; and Tara Hammed it up in a non-regulation Game Time. Submit to our technicolor hands of healing with an all-new Extra Hot Great! GUESTS

In this gangbuster episode of Trashfire, Lilly and Lena get WAY into the details of the show that's finally firing on all cylinders. Lena points out all the plot holes and paradoxes because she's a pedantic, Lilly gets to recap her favorite cliffhanger of all time, and both agree that the Hotness levels are series best. We’re joined by two of the co-founders of the website Television Without Pity, Tara Ariano (@TaraAriano) and Sarah D. Bunting (@TomatoNation), to discuss the lemonlyman.com plotline—inspired by Aaron Sorkin’s own posts on TWoP. We’re also joined by David Wade (@davideckelswade) who was national spokesman for then-Senator John Kerry’s presidential campaign and who later served as Secretary Kerry’s chief of staff. We compare President Bartlet’s hot mic moment in this episode with a famous one from John Kerry when he was a candidate. For more, visit thewestwingweekly.com/316.
There are only a few dozen people on the planet, still working today, who both understand how the internet was originally developed and were actually present and involved during its early evolution. Tim Pozar is among this respected and elite tribe. Our interview attempts to add color to these early days as we follow his vast career and the decisions he made pre and post running the first ISP in San Francisco and his work with Alexa and The Internet Archive. Tim is a genuine and humble technologist, problem solver and entrepreneur through and through. Today, he works to solve complex network problems for enterprises large and small while also running the San Francisco Metropolitan Internet Exchange. Unfortunately we did not have time to cover even a fraction of the projects he's been involved with over the years, or discuss the countless hours he has spent pro-bono working to bring the freedom of the internet to every nook and cranny of Northern California. The old TWoP bullpen is reunited as Pop Culture Happy Hour's own Linda Holmes joins us for a discussion of American Crime Story, Ryan Murphy's dramatization of (this season) the O.J. Simpson murder trial. Where will your panelists fall on the matter of John Travolta and his Robert Shapiro eyebrows?! After Liv's latest report on Face Off, Around The Dial stops at Jane The Virgin, Rehab Addict, Hollywood Game Night, Drunk History, Ken Burns's Prohibition, and an ad from the '80s that maybe should have stayed there. Linda makes her (couch-)explosive case for the induction of the "Honeymoon In Metropolis" episode of Lois And Clark: The New Adventures Of Superman into the Canon. Finally, after naming the week's Winner and Loser, Game Time revisits the age-old question Is This Anything? Pull on your gloves and your Bruno Magli shoes and listen up! TOPICS Lead Topic:

With a Time Warner Cable outage preventing Sarah from joining us, we have to soldier on with our two guests, John Ramos and Nick Rheinwald-Jones, for a discussion about the new, Kickstarter-supported Veronica Mars movie, given that John was TWoP's Mars recapper the whole way through, and Nick is fan enough to have actually contributed his own cash money to the Kickstarter campaign! We move on to click Around The Dial for our biggest TV obsessions of the week. With a brief pause for a couple of Twitter Tiny Triumphs, we switch out The Canon for The Nonac — the pantheon of terrible episodes of otherwise good shows — as Nick and John join forces to tag-team their submission: the Amends episode of Buffy The Vampire Slayer. After Tara (and Sarah, in absentia) name the week's Winner and Loser, we dig into a new Game Time that still might feel strangely familiar. Listen up — and don't forget to bring Backup! GUESTS
