We Back baby. Sorry for the late upload, but the God's of technical issues were once again conspiring against us. Match week 13 of the 2023/24 Premier League season was wonderful... if you support Arsenal or Villa. Villa moved into the top 4 for the first time in a century lol and Arsenal are back in familiar territory at the top of the tree. Man City and Liverpool played out a drab 1 - 1 so both teams missed the chance to be number 1. Chelsea got spanked by Newcastle... but I thought Chessy were back? And there was a wonder goal from young Alejandro Garnacho! Tune in for a full rundown!

Good day people. Disclaimer Alert! The opening 40 minutes of this weeks podcast was dominated purely by talk of Manchester Unite Sport Directive. It seems that everyone is now turning on Eric Ten Hag and his most trusted lieutenants - Lisandro Martinez, Casemiro, Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford. We do get round to covering the rest of the weekend's action, so tune in for a full rundown of the weekends action ___________________________________________________________________________

The Premier League is the gift that keeps on giving. Chelsea carry on where they left off last season by losing 3-1 to West Ham. It just goes to show that money won't always buy success.Tottenham Hotspur beat Manchester United in a comfortable 2-0 win at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Manchester United are terrible and in trouble.Brighton look like they could break into the top 4. Scary times!Tune in for a full rundown of the weekends action
We Back Baby. The Premier League and in fact, club football as a whole is back and so are your friendly neighbourhood Armchair Gaffers.Manchester City and Arsenal both got off to convincing wins in their respective pursuits of Premier League glory. The main question is, who can push them? At first glance, Newcastle United look good value for money after their humbling of Unai Emery's Aston Villa.Liverpool and Chelsea both seem unconvincing and at time of recording Manchester United still haven't kicked off their campaign.Tune in for a full run down of the opening day action!
As expected, Manchester City beat Manchester United in FA Cup final to move one step closer to becoming only the second English team in history to win the fabled Treble. Surely it's just a formality? We also look at who we think has been the flop of the season as well as the manager of the year
It's official. Manchester City have won the Premier League for the third time in a row. Is Pep Guardiola's legacy now greater than Sir Alex Ferguson's?Arsenal did their best to push City all the way until game week 37 but alas they ran out of steam. The fight for the last two relegation places will go right down to the final day. Two of Everton, Leicester or Leeds could join the sorry Saints in the Championship next year Tune in for a full rundown of all the weekend's action #weknowitall ___________________________________________________________________________
What a way to go out. A 3-0 loss to Brighton at home. We have to admit that the crumble is in Arsenal's DNA. The boys can still be proud of themselves for amassing their highest points total in years and pushing City until the final couple of weeks.Elsewhere, Southampton were the first team to get relegated this season. Now we just need to see who will join them. Leicester and Everton look favourites if you ask me.Tune in for a full rundown of all the weekend's action #WeKnowItAll
We Back Baby! The Premier League title race is still on. It's advantage Manchester City but Arsenal will be hoping and wishing that Guardiola's men will drop points somewhere in their next five games. At the other end of the table, it's just a matter of who will join Southampton in the Championship. Will it be Everton, Leicester, Leeds or someone else?Tune in for a full rundown of all the weekend's action!
Another sensational weekend of #premierleague football. Manchester City all but secured their 3rd league title in a row with a 2-1 win away at Fulham.Tottenham finally showed some mettle and staged a remarkable comeback at Anfield, only for Lucas Moura to gift Diogo Jota a last minute winner. Jota shouldn't have even still been on the pitch.Tune in for a full rundown of all the weekend's action and also click the link below to grab your tickets for our end of season live show #WeKnowItAll ___________________________________________________________________________
Tottenham Hotspurs aka Spurs have sunk to an all time low. Losing 6-1 to this Newcastle isn't so bad. But the manner of the loss, SHM! Being 5 nil down after 21 minutes is just unacceptable. We have to give Newcastle their credit because they played with rhythm and intensity but Spurs helped them along the way. What's better than to draws in a row? Three draws in a row. Instead of squandering a two goal lead to draw, Arsenal decided to give their opponents (Southampton) a two goal lead before coming back to draw. Surely the title race has to be over now... surely? Manchester United beat Brighton 7-6 on penalties to set up a mouth-watering all Manchester FA Cup final vs. Manchester City. Tune in for a full rundown of all the weekend's action! ___________________________________________________________________________
This is it. The beginning of the end for #Arsenal The bottle job has started. The crumble begins now. Twice in the last two matches, Arsenal have somehow given up a two goal lead and snatched defeat from the jaws of victory (Draws = Defeats at this stage of the season). Are their title hopes over? Bournemouth got their revenge on #Tottenham with an unexpected 3-2 win to make up for their surprise 3-2 loss earlier in the campaign. Spurs look like a club is disarray. Luckily for #Spurs though, their shortcomings are being masked by #Chelsea and their litany of woe. Words can't describe the madness that's coming from Stamford Bridge. They could get relegated. Tune in for a full rundown of the weekends action
It was another fantastic weekend of #PremierLeague and #FACup football. There we're fireworks in both competitions. Antonio Conte lost the plot in his post match after Spurs threw away a 3-1 lead to draw 3-3 with bottom of the table Southampton. #Arsenal continued their march to their first league title in nearly 20 years with a routine win over managerless Crystal Palace. Manchester United beat Fulham 3-1 in the FA Cup thanks to 3 red cards to Mitrovich, Willian and Coach - Marco Silva Tune in for a full rundown of the weekends action ___________________________________________________________________________
We Back Babyyy!!!! Another Monday so another Podcast. This week we touched on the BBC and Gary Lineker and all that mess going on over there. We start the show with #Liverpool and their shock loss to bottom of the league Bournemouth. Is #VVD finished? Arsenal look the real deal. They have all season What does Jack Grealish do? ___________________________________________________________________________
We're not sure if it is Eric 7 Tag or Eric 7 Hag, but what we do know is that #ManchesterUnited were absolutely embarrassed by #Liverpool at Anfield. The red devils conceded SEVEN goals (six in the second half) but didn't even have the decency to respond with even one goal. #TenHagOut was trending on twitter yesterday by the way. There were other games in the Premier League over the weekend: Arsenal showed the Champion's credentials by coming back from two goals down to beat Bournemouth 3-2 thanks to a 97th minute winner by Reiss Nelson Manchester City kept the heat up by beating Newcastle 2-0 in a win that was less routine than the score line might suggest Chelsea finally scored and won a game of football ball
#ManchesterUnited beat Newcastle 2 - 0 in the mucg coveted Carabao Cup Final at Wembley Stadium to win their first trophy since 2016/17 and manager Eric Ten Hag's first piece of silver ware in his first season at the club Tottenham beat #Chelsea comfortably to firm up their grip on 4th spot in the #PremierLeague and at the same time heap more misery on #GrahamPotter and his struggling blues #Arsenal dominated Leicester without having too many clear cut chances and remain two points clear of #ManCity despite playing a game less
#Chelsea are stinking out the league. It was cute when they were battling with Liverpool for mid-table supremacy, but now Liverpool look like they've sorted their act out and Chessy are still bleeding out. #Arsenal meanwhile, look to have overcome their storm in a teacup and are back on top of the league thanks to a 4-2 win away at Villa and also thanks to #ManCity dropping two points away at Forest. Manchester United under the stewardship of Eric Ten Hag and the goal scoring of Marcus Rashford look like they really really mean business. Where will they finish this season? Tune in for a full run down of all the weekend's action
Arsenal's title push is over. Manchester United are back in the title race.. again. Tottenham are terrible and Manchester City keep the pressure on league leader, Arsenal. These were just some of the headlines in another eventful weekend of Premier League Action. Elsewhere, Southampton finally sacked the imposter/worst manager in Premier League history in Nathan Jones. Tune in for a full rundown of all this weekend's action. And remember, we're not the Gaffers, you Are!
You can't predict what will happen in the Premier League. That's why we love this game. City and Arsenal both dropped points this week which leaves the state of play exactly as it was going in to match week 22 Liverpool are in freefall. Who knows how much worse it can get? I still don't think they've hit rock bottom. Klopp Out? Chelsea still look short despite spending a King's ransom on new players. And Manchester United are officially in the title race!

We Back Baby!!! Happy New Year you filthy Gaffers out there. Our New Year's resolution is more content! On today's agenda: Manchester City aren't the imperious tiki taka team that we think they are. Haaland is breaking records every week but #City are mainly breaking their fan's hearts #Spurs are paying the price for conceding the first goal in pretty much every match they play Rashford is on fire And #Arsenal ... what more needs to be said And remember, we're not the Gaffers, You Are! ___________________________________________________________________________

Was this the best group stage ever? The shortest and most exciting group stage in the history of the #FIFA #WorldCup has come to a close. Some big names have crashed out and things will only get better from here. We've said goodbye to: #Germany, #Belgium and Roberto Martinez, #Ghana and their arch nemeses #Uruguay, #Spain we're out albiet briefly. Romelu #Lukaku the less said the better. Today we were joined by a good friend of the show, @The CNSR Football's coming home it's coming home it's coming..! and #BukayoSaka is the guy that's going to bring it back. England demolished #Iran 6-2 as expected and even the naysayers haven't got much to say about: #GarethSouthGate his tactics, squad selection, nada! This match was giving very much Wakanda Forever vibes... Debut goals from #JudeBellingham and #BukayoSaka along with goals from #Sterling and #Rashford made this game a forgone conclusion. But the question is, how far can #England go? And remember, we're not the Gaffers, You Are!

The final round of fixtures before the #WorldCup break was supposed to me a time to go out on a high but not for #Chelsea. Peter Drury described Chelsea's style of play as a new kind of Pressing - #Depressing and it's hard to argue. They lost their 3rd straight #PremierLeague match on the spin and head in to the World Cup in Qatar on their worst run of form in over 10 years. #Newcastle on the other hand are looking like genuine #Top6 contenders #Arsenal are top at #Christmas and playing some of the finest ball in the land and lead #ManCity at the top of the tree by 5 points #DarwinNunez and #Liverpool look to have finally turned the corner Tune in for a full rundown of all the weekend's action
It was truly a Good Ebening for #Arsenal fans The Gunners managed to return to the top of the #PremierLeague thanks to a 1 - nil win away at #afterChelsea after #ManCity scored a much deserved last minute penalty courtsey of Erling #Haaland against Fulham to temporarly go top of the league Count Emery returned to the league and to haunt #TenHag and #manunited #Liverpool had just too much for #Spurs and #Almiron can't stop scoring Tune in for a full rundown of all the action from Game Week #15august And remember, we're not the Gaffers, You Are! ___________________________________________________________________________
