The panel are back on Last Word On Spurs in another busy week around Hotspur Way as Tottenham have signed defender Marcos Senesi on a free transfer following his departure from Bournemouth. The 29-year-old will officially complete his move to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 1 July, subject to international clearance. Senesi, capped three times by Argentina, decided to leave Bournemouth earlier in the season after rejecting three contract offers from the club. The centre-back - who has also just been included in Argentina's squad for this summer. We also reacted to the news that Tottenham have confirmed that Ben Davies has signed a new contract with the club, while Yves Bissouma is leaving as a free agent. Davies joined Spurs from Swansea City in 2014 and will now extend his stay in north London into a 13th season, having made 363 appearances for the club to date. Only 20 players have played more matches for Tottenham in their history, including Davies' former team-mates Heung-min Son, Hugo Lloris, Harry Kane and Eric Dier. Spurs did not confirm the length of Davies' new deal, but widespread reports on Wednesday said it was a one-year extension. As one player commits there future, one departs as but there was no new deal for Bissouma, who played the full 90 minutes in the Bilbao showpiece. Bissouma made 111 appearances for Spurs after arriving from Brighton in 2022, scoring two goals – both of which came in the Premier League in 2024-25. We reflect on the potential Bissouma had and why that quite never materialised during his time at Spurs. We close on Spurs' pursuit of both Jan Paul Van Hecke and Savinho and whether we feel both deals will eventually be completed. It's done. Spurs are still a Premier League club. Just. Jonny and Adam close out the 2025/26 season on An Echo of Glory with a phone-in special looking back at the 1-0 win over Everton that kept Tottenham up and sent West Ham down. Joao Palhinha forcing in a header off the post from a corner was the moment that saved our season, and after a campaign that has tested every Spurs fan to breaking point, survival on the final day feels less like joy and more like collapsing over the line. But finishing 17th with 41 points is not something any of us are willing to dress up. This is the joint-fewest home wins for a side that stayed up in Premier League history. Two seasons running we've finished one place above the drop. The Europa League trophy from last year feels like it belongs to a different club. And now the real work begins. The boys go through the Everton game, the Palhinha goal, the nerves at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and what it actually means that we're still in the top flight for a 49th straight season. Then we open the phones. Your calls, your reaction, your verdict on a season that has put us through everything. And we get into the rebuild that has to happen this summer. What does Roberto De Zerbi need? Who has to go? Who must stay? What does a credible Spurs squad look like in August? Thank you for being with us this season. Every episode, every call, every comment. It's meant everything. Get involved below, smash the like button if you've stuck with us through all of it, and we'll see you across the summer as the rebuild unfolds. Having seen West Ham United lose on Sunday, we knew a victory would be a massive step towards survival and gave it a real go against Leeds United, with Mathys Tel scoring a stunning opener after a goalless first half. But we were pegged back 16 minutes from time when the visitors were awarded a penalty which Dominic Calvert-Lewin converted. We discuss a game in which both sides had plenty of chances throughout the game, Antonin Kinsky making two world-class saves while Joao Palhinha, Pedro Porro, Richarlison and Rodrigo Bentancur also going close for us. So we're not out of it. We're not in it either. Spurs 1-1 Leeds at home, another night that started with hope and ended with that same nervy feeling that's followed this team around all season. Mathys Tel gave us a goal worth the ticket price. A proper curler from the edge of the box, his fourth of the season, the kind of finish you actually remember. Then a few minutes later he flings a leg at a clearance, catches Ampadu in the face, and Calvert-Lewin levels from the spot. Two contrasting moments that pretty much sum up his year in N17. But the moment everyone will be talking about is James Maddison stepping back on a Premier League pitch for the first time in 368 days. Standing ovation. Twenty minutes including stoppage time. Sharp from the off, nearly won us a late penalty, looked like the player we've been missing all year. Whatever you think of where Spurs are right now, that moment lifted the roof. The bad news? One win at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium since December. Two points clear of West Ham with two games to play. Chelsea away on Tuesday. Everton at home on the final day. We're still above the line, but only just, and if West Ham win at Newcastle on Sunday we could be back in the bottom three before we even kick a ball at Stamford Bridge. De Zerbi wasn't happy with the officials. Kinsky was brilliant again. The fight goes on. Pull up a chair, get the kettle on. Full reaction, every angle, and the survival picture as it stands. Bad Bunny continues to dominate headlines this week with multiple major developments. The Puerto Rican artist just broke the record for the most-watched Super Bowl halftime show in history, drawing 135.4 million viewers worldwide during his performance at the NFL's flagship event. His set surpassed Kendrick Lamar's previous record of 133.5 million viewers from last year's halftime show.On the streaming front, Spotify released its first-ever most streamed lists, and Bad Bunny's album "Un Verano Sin Ti" claimed the top spot for most streamed albums globally, cementing his position as one of the world's biggest music acts. The artist's real name, Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, also accepted the Best Música Urbana album award for "DeBí Tirar Más Fotos" at a recent awards ceremony.Dating rumors have circulated on social media this week after a viral post from a parody entertainment account claimed Bad Bunny was romantically linked to singer Sabrina Carpenter following a brief interaction at an awards show. However, there is no credible evidence supporting these claims. According to entertainment sources, Bad Bunny's most recent high-profile relationship was with Kendall Jenner, and he has been described as single since that ended. The Grammys moment that sparked the rumors has been widely interpreted as nothing more than a supportive reaction between fellow artists.Looking ahead, Bad Bunny's DeBí Tirar Más Fotos world tour is in full swing, bringing his unique blend of reggaeton and Latin trap to audiences across multiple continents. His only UK stop will be at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on June 27, 2026. In Madrid, the artist will perform ten consecutive concerts at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano stadium in early June, with each night selling approximately 50,000 tickets at an average price of 150 euros. Thanks for tuning in to this week's entertainment update. The 37-year-old ex-midfielder revealed he hoped the Italian would one day take charge in Spurs after playing under his guidance at then-Serie A side Benevento in 2018, serving as his captain during that period. With us as a player between 2010 and 2014 and now a regular matchday hospitality host at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Sandro also cut his teeth as a coach under Roberto during the latter's time at the helm of Brighton & Hove Albion. Sandro says he's delighted to see one of his mentors take over at the club and believes the 46-year-old has the qualities needed to make a real impact on the squad and even revealed how a special invitation from Roberto once meant he was unable to celebrate a Spurs victory! Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Broadcaster Marcus Buckland, Billie T and Luke as Nottingham Forest became the latest team to come to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and comprehensively beat us in the Premier League, as Spurs fell to their 10th home defeat in the Premier League this season. In fact, their home form is the worst in the top flight this season, managing just two league wins at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium all season. Our fans lined the streets in a magnificent show of support before the game, but following Igor Jesus heading home from a corner at the end of the first half, Tottenham Hotspur failed to recover. Morgan Gibbs-White doubled the visitors' lead just after the hour and substitute Taiwo Awoniyi finished from close range late on. Igor Tudor did not undertake the post-match media duties as he has just been informed of an immediate family bereavement, we discuss where this result leaves his future and whether Spurs will look to make a managerial change during this break. We also discuss whether any manager can keep Spurs up at this point or whether it will be solely down to this group of players to find something from somewhere in order to ensure Tottenham Hotspur retain their Premier League status. We headed into the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for a high-stakes relegation six-pointer and walked away with a dominant 3-0 victory that has sent shockwaves through the Premier League. Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Billie T, David Harris and Ian Lubin as we preview Tottenham Hotspur's Premier League clash against Nottingham Forest, argubaly one of the club's biggest home games in modern history in the fight to retain our top-flight status. We discuss the headline news that Tottenham goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario will undergo hernia surgery after Sunday's game against Nottingham Forest, with his potential absence opening the door for Antonin Kinsky to return following his Atletico Madrid horror show. In more positive news Joao Palhinha is back in the frame after missing our last two matches following his clash of heads with Cristian Romero in the first leg of our Champions League tie with Atletico Madrid earlier this month. Igor Tudor also expects Dominic Solanke to be available after the striker missed Wednesday's return match against Atletico at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium over a small problem. There is also hope for both James Maddison to still play a part in Spurs' season and also Mohammed Kudus to return to training after the International break. Finally this week we have seen an incredible show of unity and support from across our fanbase, driven by the clear message that we are all together, always. Supporters, players and staff have shared this rallying call ahead of Sunday's fixture against Nottingham Forest – and this message will ring through on matchday as we create an unforgettable atmosphere for the ages. Wolfie looks at the expected line-up for Forest trip to The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium! To Buy Wolfie A Coffee! Click Here: https://buymeacoffee.com/forestfantv The Reds are back on the road this weekend for what can only be described as a season-defining clash in North London. After the historic European nights in Denmark, it's time to refocus on Premier League survival in this massive relegation six-pointer against Tottenham. Spurs have been surprisingly poor at home this season, and with their fans starting to grow restless, there is a massive opportunity for Forest to add to their misery. We've shown a real backbone away from home recently, picking up vital points on our travels, and Wolfie discusses whether we can silence the home crowd and snatch a victory that would send shockwaves through the bottom of the table. Selection is the big talking point heading into this one. Following that incredible "B-Team" performance against Midtjylland, the manager has some serious thinking to do. Did those midweek heroes do enough to force their way into the starting XI for a game of this magnitude? Wolfie breaks down the expected lineup, looking at whether we stick with the tried-and-tested Premier League starters or reward the momentum of the European victors. With survival on the line, getting the balance between defensive solidity and that clinical counter-attacking threat will be the key to unlocking a vulnerable Spurs backline. Can we build on the European high and bring three points back to the City Ground? A win here wouldn't just be three points; it would be a statement of intent that Nottingham Forest belongs in the top flight. We want to hear from you in the live chat and the comments—who makes your starting XI, and can we really pull off a massive upset in North London? Drop your score predictions below and let's get behind the boys for a huge afternoon of football. YOU REDS! #nffc #spurs #premierleague Learn more about your ad choices. Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Billie T, Luke and Marlon from as a traumatic night ended in defeat after conceding four goals in the opening stages of our Champions League last 16 first leg at Atletico Madrid's Estadio Metropolitano. Although we scored twice through Pedro Porro and Dominic Solanke to give ourselves a glimmer of hope for next week's return in N17, we were dealt a series of self-inflicted blows in the first half which gave the home side a huge advantage in the tie. The loss was our 19th defeat of the season in all competitions, and the first time in our entire history, we have lost six consecutive matches. Igor Tudor is the the first manager in Spurs' history to lose each of his first four games in charge, we unanimously conclude his time at the Club is up and discuss where Tottenham should turn to next, in our bid to retain our Premier League status, ahead of a trip to Anfield to face Liverpool on Sunday in the Premier League. Domination Derby: Arsenal Destroy Spurs 4-1 Away from Home as Eze Delivers, Raya Recovers and the Premier League Lead Returns to Five PointsArsenal respond in the only way that matters. After pressure built following Manchester City's win, the North London Derby became more than just another fixture — it became a test of control, intent and composure. And from the opening minutes, Arsenal delivered one of the most dominant performances ever seen at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. We break down the starting XI decisions, the absence of key names, and the early intensity that set the tone. The discussion then moves into the opening goal — Saka's persistence, Eze's sharp finish — and the familiar frustration of conceding immediately after taking the lead. There's an honest assessment of Declan Rice's error, David Raya's positioning, and whether Arsenal are gifting opponents moments rather than being broken down. But this episode isn't about collapse — it's about response. We analyse Raya's in-game recovery, Gyökeres' growing confidence in front of goal, and the structural adjustments that kept Arsenal on the front foot instead of retreating into caution. Timber's contribution, Mosquera's composure, and the subtle tactical shifts in midfield all come under the microscope.Eze's performance is given full attention — his decision-making, positioning, and the wider question of how Arteta has finally unlocked his best role. We also examine the ongoing Trossard debate and what Odegaard's return could mean ahead of Chelsea. The numbers tell their own story: territorial dominance, touches in the box, xG control. But the episode goes deeper than the stats — into mentality, game management, and the standards required in a title race.Part Two features the Matchweek 27 whip-around, where we assess Manchester City's narrow win, Liverpool's controversial late goal, Chelsea's dropped points, and the developing relegation battle. VARse returns with discussion on Forest, City, Palace and the automated offside debate.Arsenal restored the five-point lead. Now the question is whether they can sustain this level of control.Chelsea up next.Chapters:(00:00) - Arteta's Non-Negotiables Intro(00:51) - Line-Up Reaction & “Not North London” Display Debate(03:48) - Early Intent & Fast Start(08:18) - 0-1 | Eze Finishes After Saka's Work(10:46) - 1-1 | Rice Error & Raya Questioned(13:16) - The Longest Half-Time Ever(15:46) - Raya's Save & Regaining Composure(16:47) - 1-2 | Gyökeres Strikes With Authority(18:13) - Disallowed Spurs Goal & Gabriel Controversy(21:22) - 1-3 | Eze at the Double(22:20) - Raya Big Save & Redemption Moment?(24:01) - Saka Injury Concern(24:58) - 1-4 | Gyökeres Seals It Late(28:03) - Match Stats & Dominance Breakdown(31:52) - Trossard Debate & Tactical Adjustments(37:29) - Raya Form Discussion(45:42) - Eze Role Analysis & Arteta Comments(52:34) - PT.2 Whip Around the Grounds (MW27)(59:30) - VARse: Forest, City & Palace Decisions(01:10:56) - MW27 Title Race, UCL Qualification & Relegation Battle(01:18:55) - Closing Thoughts

Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Broadcaster Russ Williams, Marlon and Luke as Ben Davies netted his first Spurs goal for over two years but it wasn't enough to earn us the win as Sunderland hit a late equaliser on Sunday afternoon. The Welsh defender was on hand in the first half to give us the lead on what was his first start of the season – his first goal since scoring in the 4-2 defeat at Brighton on 28 December, 2023. However, the Black Cats levelled with 10 minutes remaining through Brian Brobbey as we had to settle for a point in an entertaining encounter at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The draw in our opening home match of 2026 took our unbeaten Premier League run against Sunderland to 15 matches and leaves us 13th in the table. We also discuss the latest developments of Spurs during this summer transfer window, as Tottenham Hotspur have had an £8million ($10.7m) bid for Santos left-back Souza rejected. The Brazilian side have turned down Spurs' offer for the 19-year-old. Santos are hesitant to accept a bid for the teenager whom they have high hopes for and believe his value may increase in the future. Host Ricky Sacks is joined by returning guests Luke, Marlon and Mitch Fretton as a spirited fightback fell just short as we suffered a 2-1 defeat to Liverpool on Saturday evening, finishing the game with nine men in a dramatic and chaotic ending at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Having been reduced to 10 men in the first period following a straight red card shown to Xavi Simons for a challenge on Dutch international team-mate Virgil van Dijk, we conceded twice in 10 second-half minutes to Alexander Isak and Hugo Ekitike as the visitors made the most of their numerical advantage. But we pulled one back through substitute Richarlison, his fifth career goal against Liverpool, and had the visitors on the ropes for the final stages, only to suffer another dismissal when Cristian Romero was sent off for a second yellow and we couldn't find that equaliser in the closing minutes.
