Welcome to the Always Bayern Chelsea show. We have a massive winning weekend of football to breakdown in this one. Bayern Munich continued their wonderful form vs. Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga and Chelsea had an absolute thriller against the best team in England, Liverpool. Danny and Jim jump through countless hoops to get you covered on this joyous weekend. While Danny was visiting his brother and witnessing the UW Whitewater football team completely collapse in embarrassing fashion, he still manages to cover Bayern's epic 3-0 victory over Frankfurt in the Bundesliga. This team is simply special right now and we take a look at why. Danny reviews Vincent Kompany's lineup and tactics, the match highlights, scoring and substitutions, player performances, and hands out match awards. Bayern didn't take long to continue their unstoppable form. Luis Diaz scored second into the match and ended up with a brace and an assist. Harry Kane of course scored a marvelous goal. Serge Gnabry and Raphael Guerreiro provided assists as well. There's just so many positive things to discuss after Bayern stifled Toppmöller's electric attack. Next up for Bayern Munich after the international break is Der Klassiker with Dortmund. And then things get hairy. Jim pops in after attending a wedding to give you all of the Chelsea football coverage you could ever desire after such an impressive 2-1 win over the Champions of England, Arne Slott's Liverpool. Jim reacts to Enzo Maresca's lineups and tactics, match highlights, player performances, and Chelsea's overall up and down form of late. Moises Caicedo scored an absolute screamer to put Chelsea ahead early assisted by Malo Gusto before Liverpool equalized. Finally, the lights were not too bright for the young Estevao William who scored the winner assisted by Marc Cucurella in the dying moments of the match, sending Stamford Bridge into an absolute frenzy. Chelsea will face off against a cratering Nottingham Forest after the international break. Stay tuned right here at Always Bayern Chelsea for all of the latest coverage and news. Welcome to the Always Bayern Chelsea show. We've got a weekend of football to dissect. Bayern Munich continued to roll in the Bundesliga beating Werder Bremen. Harry Kane and Vincent Kompany had a historic night. Over in the English Premier League, Chelsea and Enzo Maresca continued to look undisciplined and lost what turned out to be a chaotic & exciting match against Brighton. We open this episode up by discussing Bayern Munich's 4-0 win over Werder Bremen under the Friday night lights in the Bundesliga. Vincent Kompany continues to press all of the right buttons as Bayern continues to play like a well oiled machine. We take a look at everything this match had to offer including lineups, tactics, match highlights, player performances, scoring, substitutions, and of course match awards. Jonathan Tah opened up the scoring for Bayern with a cheeky back heel off of a cross from Michael Olise that ended up deflecting off of Luis Diaz before finding the back of the net. Harry Kane then scored a brace earning him his 100th goal for Bayern in a mere 104 matches. Kane became the first player ever to reach that mark in that few matches, beating out Cristiano Ronaldo and Erling Haaland. Konrad Laimer scored a goal of his own assisted by Tom Bischof before the final whistle. Diaz also notched an assist. It was a great effort all across the board for Bayern who will now travel to Cyprus to play Pafos in the Champions League before returning to Germany to face off against red hot Eintracht Frankfurt. Chelsea continues to struggle losing 1-3 to Brighton & Hove Albion FC in the EPL after a good start was squandered by a Trevoh Chalobah red card. Enzo Maresca now has some soul searching to do after Chelsea's form has fallen off of a cliff. We review everything in this match including tactics, match highlights, player performances, key moments, and overall strategy. Enzo Fernandez scored Chelsea's only goal in a sorry effort. Chelea will hope to turn things around in the UCL against Benfica. After that it's back to England for a showdown with Liverpool. Stay tuned! Welcome to the Always Bayern Chelsea show. BAYERN MUNICH ARE FRANZ BECKENBAUER SUPER CUP CHAMPIONS. FOOTBALL IS BACK. We cover it all in this episode of the show. We kick things off with a beautiful rendition of “Feeling Good”. Then, we dive into Bayern Munich's incredible 2-1 victory over VFB Stuttgart to pick up their first trophy of the season. Tensions are rising between Bayern Munich and Stuttgart as Stuttgart remain firm on holding Nick Woltemade captive despite the player's desire to move to Bavaria and Bayern Munich offering over double his current market value to make the move happen. In this episode we break all of that down and we look at Vincent Kompany's tactics, lineup, match highlights, scoring/substitutions and even hand out player awards. Harry Kane opened up the scoring in this with a wonderful goal while Luis Diaz found the dagger late assisted by Serge Gnabry. Heck of a performance by Manuel Neuer and Dayot Upamecano as well. Next, we move over to Chelsea Football Club for their disappointing English Premier League home opener draw to Crystal Palace 0-0. We break down Enzo Maresca's lineup/tactics, match highlights, scoring/substitutions, and of course hand out match awards. While Chelsea's defenders held strong lead by Reece James and a clean sheet from Robert Sanchez, the attack lead by Cole Palmer was extremely lackluster. Chelsea hope to move past this one when they take on West Ham on Friday 8/22. Bayern Munich plays their first Bundesliga match on the same day against RB Leipzig. Stay tuned for full coverage of those matches and of course don't forget to listen for our special shoutout to HULL CITY in this one.
