The goal of this episode is to help you step into the role of the main character in your own life, rather than a supporting character in someone else's. I share a story about how I was willing to do whatever it took to introduce myself to two people on the street because I had a strong intuition in my body that I was meant to know them. Let's just say it involved running down the street and running through a building. This story will inspire you to trust your body as a valuable tool when it sends you important signals and will help you channel main character energy to follow the guidance of both your body and mind.Book a 60-Minute Life Coaching Consultation: https://scheduler.zoom.us/drew-ross/life-coaching-consultation
You'll hear a personal story that I experienced when drinking a virgin pina colada at a beach bar in Florida, that totally changed my perception on not giving up too soon. This episode will help you not throw in the towel yet, if you're thinking about throwing it in. If you have thrown in the towel and giving up was the best option you had at the time, what would it look like to pick that towel back up? This episode explores all sides.Book a 60-Minute Life Coaching Consultation: https://scheduler.zoom.us/drew-ross/life-coaching-consultation
I share a few personal examples on how I found myself in tough circumstances, decided to push through and stay the course anyways, and was rewarded because of my valiant efforts. Creating the habit of pushing through when circumstances are tough will create a version of you that's unstoppable. When turbulence happens, planes stay the course and still continue the soar. The same is possible for you.Book a 60-Minute Life Coaching Consultation: https://scheduler.zoom.us/drew-ross/life-coaching-consultation
"Every bit of this journey is fun" is available to you at any time. I talk about this quote and how it can totally change the way you show up for your life and your business, even when (at times) things can get tough. When you think about how it's fun, you'll look for ways that it's fun, and you'll find ways that it's fun - this energy is so helpful even when you feel like the odds are stacked against you.Book a 60-Minute Life Coaching Consultation: https://scheduler.zoom.us/drew-ross/life-coaching-consultation

I read a passage from my newsletter that talks about how the deeper you go with your work, the deeper relationships you'll experience as a result. "Deep" can be something different to everyone, but what I want you to imagine is that the more work you share, the more ideas you bring to the world, the more you express elements of yourself that maybe you've never expressed before, the more you go for it, the more the world will get to know who you are. The deeper you go with you and your work, the deeper your relationships become. I've experienced this firsthand and I hope this podcast episode can inspire you to do the same in your own way.Website: https://www.drewrosscoaching.com/Instagram: @drewrosscoachingEmail: drewrosscoaching@gmail.com

You'll learn how you always have the choice about your own emotional state, no matter what's happening with others around you, and I take this section of the book one step further by giving tips on how you can practice choosing your emotional state when nobody else is around. Meg Ellis, Houston-based Life Coach, writer, speaker, and fitness enthusiast, joins the podcast to talk about the Saturn Return period. Here's a Vogue article if you'd like to read more about it. During a Saturn Return, individuals often find themselves reassessing various facets of their lives, seeking clarity on their future commitments (aka - who they want to be). The Saturn Return marks a phase of self-discovery and introspection, where you get to truly define your identity and future aspirations. It's a time when you recognize areas where you may have strayed from authenticity and feel compelled to overcome people and things that no longer serve you. This episode will help you get through it, it will help you make sense of it, and it will help you prepare for the next one you experience. Even if you aren't in a Saturn Return, this episode will help you navigate growth periods in life with better awareness. I watched a live yesterday from a lady named Simone Seol (whom I love) and it uncovered some truths on why inconsistency might be found in content creating & copywriting, so I decided to talk about it for episode 87. Here is the live so you can view it for yourself, it's 19 minutes. You'll learn why inconsistency isn't really a problem, where it stems from, and how more consistency can be found. I then go into why your dream audience might be in front of you right now, and how treating them as such could be life changing for them and for you.Website: https://www.drewrosscoaching.com/Instagram: @drewrosscoachingEmail: drewrosscoaching@gmail.com
