The concept of “identity” can convey countless answers to the individual, but is identity just a part of our view? In this Podcast, Bhante Sathi illustrates Pali terms and concepts relevant to the discussion at hand. Through mindfulness and self-observation, we can see how our views and identity are shaped only by our environment. And by cultivating awareness of our identity, we can develop more open and compassionate views to relate to ourselves and others. Are you putting in the hours, doing the deep work, and ticking all your boxes of progress—yet still feeling completely invisible to the world around you? Welcome to the high-performance trap, where chaotic seasons, digital noise, and heavy environment dramas constantly whisper that you are falling short. In this raw, highly anticipated repost episode of the Interviewing Jesus Podcast, host Kristen Wambach tears down performance-based lies to reveal a profound, liberating reality: how God and you celebrate you, even when those around you are completely distracted.Diving deep into the ancient wisdom of Zephaniah 3:17, Kristen pulls back the curtain on a truth most believers miss. God is not an aloof orchestra leader standing on a pedestal, ticking a baton and demanding perfection. He is a mighty warrior actively moving through the details of your ordinary life, singing a literal, loud soundtrack of triumph over your existence. Moving past old, pre-cross frameworks of judgment, Kristen delivers an immediate, outcome-focused layout to shift your heart from the exhaustion of striving for visibility into the secure rest of your true, intrinsic worth.EPISODE TAKEAWAYS The "Monday-Morning" Choice: Happiness is one of the most powerful choices you can make; you do not have to wait for a massive external breakthrough to experience joy when you choose to celebrate the small stuff, like ordinary consistency and quiet acts of kindness. The Validation Shift: Embracing Zephaniah 3:17 permanently shifts your internal perspective from an exhausting cycle of seeking God's approval to simply resting in His preexisting pleasure. Clean Relationship Boundaries: Learning to hold your head high and celebrate your daily growth in His presence acts as a critical line of defense that helps you avoid calamity in relationships. The Emotional Audit: You possess the structural choice to refuse to defend, carry, or entertain other people's bad attitudes, keeping your own heart in perfect peace because their happiness is not your responsibility. Redemptive Imperfection: The cross permanently removed performance-based judgment; your imperfections are no longer areas of rebuke, but the exact places where His grace is most perfectly displayed.

In the middle of busy, demanding days, it's easy to try to force growth in our own strength. This guided Lectio Divina invites you to slow down and rediscover a different way—the way of the Spirit. Centered on Galatians 5:22–23, this contemplative experience gently leads you through the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.Through four movements—listen, reflect, respond, and rest—you'll engage Scripture not as something to master, but as a space to encounter God. With soft guidance and unhurried silence, you'll be invited to notice what word or phrase draws your attention and how the Spirit may be forming something new within you. This practice reminds us that spiritual fruit is not something we produce—it is something God grows in us as we remain open, present, and connected to Him. Find a quiet place to listen.Narrator: Sharie BehnkeTake your next step at communitychristian.org.As we move toward the IGNITE Gathering, find more resources, gathering times, and ways to engage here.
In this powerful and deeply reflective episode of The Healing Version, Deborah sits down with Cristiano Colla—a former personal trainer turned spiritual storyteller—to explore the journey from chasing perfection to embracing authenticity. Cristiano shares how his life shifted after a transformative experience in the Peruvian jungle, where he worked with ayahuasca to confront childhood trauma, emotional wounds, and limiting beliefs. Key Takeways: Perfection is an illusion—true growth comes from embracing imperfection Childhood wounds (like abandonment) often shape adult relationships Shadow work is about self-awareness, not self-judgment Triggers are mirrors—they reveal what needs healing within Overthinking can block your purpose—learning to trust your body and intuition is key Healing is your responsibility, even if the pain wasn't your fault
In this powerful episode of The Healing Version, Deborah sits down with Amy Vincze, a seasoned EFT tapping coach and founder of the Soar with Tapping app, to explore how emotional healing truly begins at the root. Amy shares her deeply personal journey—from a life-altering breast cancer diagnosis to uncovering the emotional and energetic blocks that were impacting her mental and physical health. Through that journey, she discovered EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique)—a science-backed, mind-body practice that helps regulate the nervous system, release trauma, and restore inner balance.

It's a somatic meditation and embodiment practice designed to support nervous system regulation, gentle emergence, and inner transformation during times of transition. This meditation may resonate if you're sensing movement beneath the surface but can't yet name what it is. Welcome to Our Ram Dass Series: The visionary musician and guide East Forest reveals the profound intersection of sound, psychedelic ceremony, and our modern spiritual emergency—and why music is the essential "technology" for navigating the depths of consciousness and inner transformation.East Forest explores the "architecture" of the inner journey, explaining how intentional soundscapes can amplify healing and bridge the gap between our daily lives and the sacred. He discusses his deep collaboration with Ram Dass, the role of plant medicine in modern healing, and why the "real work" of shifting our world begins in the privacy of the human heart. He reminds us that in a time of "information sickness," reclaiming our own consciousness is the most revolutionary act we can perform. If this conversation resonates, you don't have to navigate these shifts in consciousness alone. The process of inner integration and finding your unique path through this spiritual emergency affects EACH PERSON DIFFERENTLY.
“Just like I can choose to stop making that line on that canvas, I have choice to stop making that pattern in life.” – Veta McFall Professional artist and Hoffman Process graduate Veta McFall felt a growing call for change within as she approached her 40th birthday. Until then, she’d been a commissioned portrait painter of people and animals. This was a call for deeper creativity. It started a mysterious process as she began to paint with her hands and watch the abstract art appear without any expectations. Veta had no idea what the paintings would eventually become. These new abstract paintings “would literally be a visual representation of her personal inner transformation.” More than Veta’s painting changed; her relationship with her husband changed, too. As a couple, they had been in a multi-year cycle of tumultuous upheaval. Veta felt compelled to stop that cycle. That was “the most difficult winter of our, and our whole family’s, life.” This was when both Veta and her husband came to the Hoffman Process. Veta attended in April 2025, and her husband came seven months later. They now have a shared Hoffman experience and profound spiritual connection. As Veta tells us, “It’s like the artwork started, and the artwork had to be this catalyst for change for me, and I thought it was just in the artwork, but it led to change within me as a person. It led to change within my relationship. It’s like I understand all of it now.” Listen in to hear the lessons Veta's art taught her post-Hoffman. We hope you enjoy this inspiring conversation with Veta and Sadie. More about Veta McFall: “What's my medium? Life.” For Veta McFall, art is the act of bringing something into existence that did not exist before, allowing creation to emerge directly from the soul. Veta is a lifelong professional artist who built a thriving career creating large-scale, black-and-white commissioned portraits of people and animals. Known for their precision and emotional depth, her dramatic works, where every eyelash and reflection mattered, moved audiences deeply. Alongside her studio practice, she taught portrait drawing and painting at a Waldorf high school for over a decade. As she approached 40, Veta felt a growing call for change. While her work was successful, she realized it was shaped largely by the expectations of others rather than her own inner truth. This pivotal moment coincided with her discovery of the Hoffman Process, marking the beginning of a profound personal and artistic transformation. Out of this shift emerged The 1985 Series, a collection of 100 large-scale paintings defined by color, freedom, and expression. Each piece is titled only by the number in which it was created, intentionally leaving meaning open to the viewer. Midway through the project, after completing Painting Fifty, Veta traveled alone to the woods of rural Canada, an experience that became a turning point in her life and work. After completing the Hoffman Process in April 2025, her art evolved again, revealing deeper coherence and clarity, as if the messages within the work had finally been fully understood. Born in St. Petersburg, Russia, and raised in the Waldorf education system, Veta comes from a multigenerational family of artists. Today, her work reflects an integrated life, where inner transformation and creative freedom meet, and where life itself becomes the medium. Learn more at www.vetaart.com. Follow Veta on Instagram. Most of us start the new year thinking about goals, resolutions, and vision boards. But the kind of transformation we talk about on The Inner Edge doesn't happen on a poster board—it happens inside of you. In this episode, Janet guides you through a powerful internal practice she calls a mind vision, a mental image of your future self that becomes the compass for how you show up, lead, and live this year. Instead of describing the concept alone, Janet takes you through a grounding, experiential exercise that helps you embody this future version of yourself—shifting the way you make decisions, hold boundaries, and carry your presence each day. This is the deeper work of becoming, not performing. In this episode:✅ Why traditional vision boards only focus on outcomes and what they miss✅ The difference between wanting change and becoming the person who naturally creates it✅ How your “future self effect” shapes behavior, confidence, and decision-making✅ A guided mind vision practice to clarify who you're growing into this year✅ How to stop letting old patterns, anxieties, and versions of yourself lead your life✅ Why identity, not goals, drives real, lasting transformationAbout Janet Ioli:Janet Ioli is a globally recognized executive advisor, coach, and leadership expert with over 25 years of experience developing leaders in Fortune 100 companies and global organizations. She created The Inner Edge—a framework, a movement, and a message that flips leadership from mere success performance to presence; from ego to soul. In this late-night edition of The Vital Point, host Jonathan Schecter sits down with author and spiritual thinker Bob Peck for an expansive dialogue on awakening, integration, and the universality of mystical truth. The episode begins by exploring Bob's book Original Sin is a Lie, in which he unpacks how spiritual messages across traditions—Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, and others—point to the same essential truths beneath cultural dogma. As the conversation flows, the two dive into the mythic life of the Tibetan yogi Milarepa- the murderer-turned-enlightened-yogi—and what his story reveals about karma, practice, and liberation. The dialogue is candid and layered, mixing personal anecdotes, spiritual humility, and mythic storytelling with critical reflections on religious rigidity, spiritual bypassing, and the psychedelic path. Whether you're a devoted practitioner or spiritually curious, this episode invites you to remember: it's all a dream—and the practice is the point.

We often look outside ourselves for answers, thinking the next business move or “secret” strategy will change everything. But as Keith Kalfas says, “A problem can't be solved at the same level of thinking you were at when you created the problem.” In this powerful episode, Keith shares how true growth begins on the inside—by shifting your mindset, building your inner foundation, and daring to ask bigger questions of yourself. The breakthroughs you're after aren't somewhere “out there”—they start with who you choose to become. Keith reminds us that upgrading our standards, being true to our calling, and seeking wisdom are what really transform our business and our lives. Hear the whole conversation and get inspired to level up from the inside out. What You Will Discover: The Power of Mindset and Inner Transformation. A significant portion of the episode is dedicated to discussing how your internal beliefs, mindset, and emotional patterns directly impact your business success. You'll learn why personal growth, faith, and consciously aligning your values are essential for achieving sustainable results. Foundations for Leadership and Team Building. Discover how effective leadership isn't just about tactics—it's about building the right internal “latticework” or foundation within yourself. Deep insights into overcoming limiting beliefs, handling employees, and being the leader your business needs. The Importance of Accountability and Community. Keith emphasizes finding accountability partners and surrounding yourself with people who challenge you spiritually and professionally. You'll hear stories about how being held accountable and tapping into peer groups can dramatically change your trajectory. Balancing Material and Spiritual Success. There's a strong thread about connecting your heart to your work, integrating service and passion, and understanding the role spirituality (specifically references to God and faith) plays in driving success and fulfillment. "If you see your life and your business as a curse and you're asking why is that not happening for me?... would you think that a multiple six or seven figure business and all the things that you say you want are just going to show up in your life and fall in your lap without you first becoming the person that is required to be a good steward of those things?" - Keith Kalfas Episode Overview: [00:00:37] The Privilege of Participation: Your Business & Your Future Keith delivers a heartfelt message on seizing your future, emphasizing that operating a business is already a win. He shares a quote from Joshua Latimer: “It's a privilege to even be able to participate in what God is going to do anyway.” He challenges listeners to shift their mindset, master internal belief systems, and recognize that external success mirrors internal readiness. [00:02:45] Mindset Change: Solving Problems with New Thinking Drawing on insights from Albert Einstein and real-world entrepreneurs, Keith emphasizes the transformative power of mindset and self-leadership. He unpacks the concept of business pillars—marketing, administration, production, and sales—while encouraging listeners to shore up weak spots in both their business structure and personal consciousness. [00:05:04] Interior Empires & Personal Development Keith discusses the concept of “interior empires” by Robin Sharma, diving into personal growth, self-discipline, and the necessity of healing past traumas for sustained business success. He shares personal anecdotes of friends who restructured their entire lives to become more present, fulfilled, and abundant. [00:09:03] Money, Morals, and Meaning: Why You Need a Connected Heart Keith explores the tension between working for passion versus money, advocating for a conscious, heart-connected approach to service. He draws from teachings by Dr. Wayne Dyer, using the metaphor of a magnet to explain the necessity of embracing life's highs and lows for personal and professional growth. [00:18:00] Urgency & Commitment: Make the Change Now Keith shares tough love, urging listeners to stop procrastinating and get their house in order today—not tomorrow. He references Tony Robbins on the dangers of drifting through life and stresses the importance of making committed decisions to change your standards and outcomes. [00:19:45] The Power of Faith & the Holy Spirit Keith reflects on his spiritual journey, discussing the impact of asking God for wisdom and the transformative effects of healthy spiritual fear and humility. He encourages practical spiritual steps such as repentance and prayer as a means to true inner change. [00:21:34] Transformation Stories & Healthy Accountability Sharing a powerful testimony about his aunt's newfound peace through faith, Keith underscores the power of spiritual transformation. He advocates finding spiritually strong accountability partners to hold you to your highest standards—emotionally, spiritually, and in business. [00:23:45] Final Takeaways: Who Are You Being? Keith distills the episode down to a core truth: your business results flow directly from who you are being. He invites listeners to reflect on their identity, motivation, and the cost of NOT becoming who they are meant to be—for themselves, their families, and their legacy. Key Takeaways Mindset Shapes Your Future - Your success starts within. Transform your mindset and beliefs to unlock the growth you want for your business and life. When the Seasons Change, So Do We Do you ever notice how the air shifts right before a new season begins? The light feels different, the silence between moments gets louder… and suddenly, you realize, you've changed too. It's not just the weather. It's a mirror. Every autumn, every spring, nature's reminding us: nothing blooms forever, and nothing stays barren forever either. We talk so much about growth, but real growth? It's cyclical. It has endings. Inner growth isn't about constant positivity or progress, it's about honoring the death of an old version of you so a truer one can take root. Just like trees shedding leaves to survive winter, we have to let go of what can't come with us into the next chapter. This isn't loss, it's renewal. Because what we resist releasing… rots. But here's the problem, most of us fight the fall (pun intended!) We cling to relationships past their season, careers we've outgrown, habits that once protected us but now suffocate us. Why? Because stillness scares us. We confuse silence for failure, when it's actually the soil recharging. Winter isn't punishment, it's preparation. If you're in a season of confusion right now, maybe things feel like they're falling apart, don't rush it. Nature never rushes, yet everything gets done. Your life has seasons because your soul does too. This fall, don't just watch the leaves change, let something in you die that's ready to go. And when spring comes, it won't just be flowers blooming, it'll be you : ) So today, take a walk. Feel the shift. Ask yourself: What season am I really in? And what's ready to fall away… so something better can grow? Thank you for tuning in. Peace and love always, Amber xoxo

The yoga community is like one big family, not united by fancy poses but by a shared love for this ancient practice. It doesn't matter what shapes your body can or can't make; what matters is that you keep showing up and giving your best effort. What binds us is presence, not perfection. The practice calls forth a quiet courage and insight within us and it weaves us into a community of fellow seekers. One of yoga's subtle gifts is clear seeing, not just of the body but of the mind and heart. Its promise is not mere physical skill, but an inner transformation that dissolves confusion and reveals freedom. At the start of every Ashtanga practice, we chant an invocation. It's not just ritual, it's a reminder of why we practice and what we're really here to transform. Key Line: Saṃsāra Halāhala Mohaśāntyai “For the pacification of the delusion (Moha) that is the poison (Halāhala) of Saṃsāra.” Quick Word-by-Word Meaning Saṃsāra (संसार): From sam- (together) + √sṛ (to flow) - the endless cycle of birth and death. Literally “the continuous flowing together.” Halāhala (हलाहल): Deadly poison - like the mythic poison Śiva contained in his blue throat. Symbolizes the toxic nature of worldly entanglement. Moha (मोह): Delusion - the ignorance that clouds clear seeing. Sāntyai (शान्त्यै): “For pacification” - calming the poison of confusion. Why It Matters This ancient line reminds us: the real work of yoga is inner alchemy. The Guru and the practice help neutralize the poison of confusion so we can see clearly and live freely. When we chant, we remember: the obstacles aren't just outside, they live inside us as fear, attachment, and illusion. The path of yoga transforms poison into nectar, chaos into calm, confusion into clarity. Listen in as we explore more hidden meanings behind this beloved chant and how it can deepen your practice.
