Here's what to do when everything feels overwhelming as an ADHD adult. ADHD can cause you to feel decision paralysis or analysis paralysis. Sometimes we become so overwhelmed with the thoughts in our brain that we literally can't move on. The executive dysfunction can take over and make it difficult to prioritize what's important and ignore what's not.
