It shocks me how timid people are. Some people at best only incrementally improve if at all. Most are content to plod through life just doing what they have done in the past year, or the same thing they have done their entire life. Never stretching, never unleashing their greatness. Most people and companies for that matter only strive for at best, incremental growth. Successful people strive for something greater.
